Small company, heard really good things from other people, this was my negative-turned-positive experience. Threshold for free shipping advertised on website was not initially honored either online or on over phone. I went through with my order because the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer and was difficult to find. An email from Mudify asked for a review, so I wrote about my negative experience. The next week, the COO called me to ask about the review. I explained the same info, sent a screenshot showing the free shipping as (still) advertised on their site, and the COO refunded the shipping, honoring what was initially advertised. I really appreciated the follow up, and will definitely consider ordering from Mudify in the future.
Threshold for free shipping g as advertised on website was not honored either online or on after calling *AS NOTED ON WEBSITE BANNER*. Also, shilling price is way high.
I ordered a lift kit online from Mudify. There was actually quite a few lift kits that were listed for the same price. So I chose one and added to my cart and proceeded to pay. Everything went through and even got a confirmation email. Then days later after I reach out to get a shipping status, I start getting emails stating that the price I bought it for was a glitch and the sale wouldn't be honored. I understand glitches but still believe prices listed should be honored. I actually like this company just a really bad experience.

Modify has got their stuff together. Urgency about my needs and attention to ordering and shipping details resulted in the lift I wanted when I wanted it. The "medium" is perfect ride and stance combined with 17" wheels and BFG KO2 285/70-17. I did have to remove the stock mud flaps and relocate the fender well liner in front of the front tires to eliminate all rubbing. Did I say Mudify has their stuff together?
Mudify Team was quick to answer questions and kept me informed on order updates. I was very pleased with their service and I love my OME lift kit!
Everything that arrived, came utterly destroyed, no packing paper or anything, just whatever you ordered, in a box free to move around and get destroyed by FedEx. Shocks arrived with chipped paint( due to poor shipping) one of my leaf springs is lost and hasnt arrived yet, so I can't even install my lift. A bolt is missing off the strut since the packaging was so poor, box broke open and they didn't screw the nut on tight enough so it fell out in transit.
After being in contact, and talking with mudify, they did refund me $100, to make up for damaged leaf spring, they also sent out another leaf spring to replace the one that was lost, only for the new one to show up just as damaged as the first one. Mudify can blame it on FedEx all they want, but that just means they need to package better to compensate for it. I won't do business with mudify again because of this experience. Even if it was truly FedEx to blame, obviously the FedEx in their area are incompetent and I would like things I order to arrive, and to arrive undamaged.

I wasn't aware modify doesn't assemble their own shocks which made much shocks come in later then the rest of my stuff. Also my everything came on different days which was annoying

1. My initial purchase in July 2022 of the Old Man Emi Heavy Duty Suspension Kit for my 2011 Toyota Tundra cost $1639. 98 did NOT include the required shackles which additionally costs $305. There was a "hiccup" with the Mudify website and it did not include the required shackles in the initial invoice. Mudify sales had to send me an additional invoice for the shackles. I was NOT happy!
2. When the suspension kit was installed by my mechanic, it was discovered that the shackle kit was missing a grease fitting. I'm still trying to get Mudify customer service to send me one. Update: They won't send me a missing part that costs less than $10.
3. I asked back in July if I would need to replace the upper control arms and Mudify sales said that I would not need them. Well, it turns out that I did! You cannot adjust the camber without aftermarket control arms. I had to purchase an Icon UCA kit for an additional $807. I again was NOT happy!
In my opinion, I could've purchased a better kit with the total price of $2,751.98.
This has been one costly and frustrating experience (monetarily and time).
If you plan on purchasing this kit, beware of the hidden costs.
I would do more research and buy a better kit for $2,751.98!
I will NOT be buying again from Mudify after all the frustration they've caused with this purchase.

First off the website is super easy to navigate! I loved that kits are already built out depending on what you're looking to do with your ride! I picked a kit I thought would suit my needs but I had questions. Here's where good gets great. Customer service! I got a call from them and we spoke about what I was doing with the truck as well as what I wanted out of it and how I wanted it to ride. We went over everything and they helped me pick the perfect kit! I just installed it and couldn't be happier! My gx 460 rides better than new and I have all the ground clearance I need! I really can't thank the team enough for all the help and guidance! Won't be the last time I order from them!
