Ordered the OME BP51 suspension kit with the heavy springs in the rear. The kit arrived with everything and no damage all in under a week.
Everything was in great working order and came in a timely fashion.
Reason I gave 4 stars is because i received everything in a good condition?timely matter but I have not had time to install any of the parts.

Everything turned out great... but, there is a bit of room for improvement which would save customer's and Mudify employees some time.
An email from shipping listing the number of boxes coming would have prevented me from from contacting service to say my rear springs and front coil overs were missing. Then, when they provided the tracking number for the rest of the order, it would have been great to know that there really were 2 tracking numbers. After I received the next box containing my front coil overs, I had to contact service again because I didn't have the rear springs. Service found another tracking number for the rear springs. If only I had all 3 of these in the beginning, we all could have been more efficient and less stressed. But you guys were courteous and prompt with the service and for that, I am grateful.

Was waiting on a return call or email from a suspension expert to help me choose the correct springs for my FJ. No one ever reached out to me. Did some research on line and forums and luckily choose a good fitment for my truck. Thank you.

Hello, I ordered the Bilstein 5100 series shocks with the Bilstein coils. The coils don't quite sit right in the seat on the shocks. The Coils are level on both sides the seat is offset to allow the OEM coil to sit perfectly. After three days of trying to get in contact with them they finally called me back and informed me these coils don't work with the shocks and they will not except returns because I installed them on the truck. The website said this will work for my vehicle, but it doesn't work for these shocks. Very frustrating!

The Bilstein 5100 shocks are specifically designed to work with factory coils, and the coils you selected are actually intended for the 5112 kit. On our website, we specify that the 5100 kit is designed to be used with the stock front coil springs.
