Very happy with the care and support I received during a delivery issue. I put the address in wrong so the order was returned, and they gave me credit for the full amount of my order. Took a couple of days because it was over the weekend and it's the week before Christmas, but I'm very happy with the help and care I received. Susie B was very easy to work with. I love their clothes and their service!
Please do not order from here. I had ordered 4 items and it says delivered on 15th dec and i haven't received anything. I stay in Mumbai and it says delivered to ghaziabad. No one is helping me either get the order delivered to me or refund the amount.
Have tried contacting them but there's no response whatsoever.

Those clothes are so cute, colors beautiful, I buy for my two princesses, quality is very good, size as describe, never too big or too small. I already I wrapped for Christmas and I sorry cannot to show how nice it is, but you can go to the store, and you will not get disappointed, and fast delivery.

A lot of sites like these are suspicious to me. Pat Pat shipped my order really quickly. The clothing is cute—not the most amazing quality but I didn't expect that when I purchased. The most amazing thing for me was their customer service. Quick response, quick refund and they gave me the item I wanted to return for free. I was so very surprised at how professional they were.

Trash junk crap sizes are not accurate. Meant to fit tiny people and not real sized ones. Bought family set for very thin daughter and her very thin husband and very thin children. They were scratchy, did not fit-too tight. My daughter was appalled. I hope no one else is taken in by this site. Good luck reaching anyone. I am going to contest this purchase as fraud. I paid a real price. I live in the US and so does my daughter with her family.
They say they will send confirming order, they didn't, but they certainly charged my credit card. I am going to contest this.

I ordered a coat for my 2 year old on the 9th of October. I was supposed to get it by the 20th A. K. A today and it's still "according to tracking 2,800and some miles away and UPS is still waiting for it to come. This was through Walmart so I assumed it would make it. Still waiting with no word. I'm pissed and my baby is cold.

Canadian Buyers Beware! I just made a purchase on the Pat Pat Canada site, the total was $275 however the company charged my Credit Card $384. When I inquired about the additional charge the agent to me "We charged you in US Dollars when you made your purchase. The amount you saw online is just an estimated amount when converted to your country's currency based on the previously recorded exchange rate since you need to pay your order in your country's rate value"... No where on the site does it say that you will be charged in American Dollars. This is very misleading and should be addressed by the company!
