Though their products are great but their services are pathetic. Hoping they will improve it in near future or else they will collapse sometime soon.

I had signed up for a PayTM account online and completed the full KYC as well. The PayTM representative had informed me that I would get an official notification from PayTM in my email and also an SMS. But unfortunately, I did not receive either of those. I have tried to contact PayTM customer care many times. But I don't believe there is such a thing called as Customer Service for PayTM. You have absolutely no chance of speaking to anybody to get your issues sorted. I even changed my Password on their IVR as I could not manage to speak to a representative.
So I actually know my password and my screen lock ID information for the PayTM App. But on their App it doesn't give you the option to enter the information.

It asks you to enter your password or Screen lock ID, but doesn't give you the option to enter the requested information.

I guess I should be happy that I have not added any money so far.

No wonder that PayTM customer reviews are so poor. Don't become a PayTM customer if you don't want to be a future aggrieved customer!

I ordered a Bluetooth watch but they given used product and not given label in that and I make return but they didn't accept because they want label rate of the product but they didn't given the label at the time of delivered this too worst company

Paytm Fraud
Today I downloaded paytm.

They gave a offer to avail postpaid service which the limit was *******, by clicking some button Unintentionally I purchased something known as google play card or something for 5000, I requested for refund as I even dont know what it was.

Now they are saying next month you have to pay 5000 for unknown thing.

I went to google pay help, they we cannot refund get it from paytm.

This is fraud, they asking to pay which you have purchased

Paytm offer me zee5 55 discount offer on rs 999 yearly subscription when I applied promo code zee5 charges me full amount of rs 999 instead of ra 450/-, paytm customer care is in hell there is no way to talk customer care executive.

My advice is don't belive in paytm offer bull$#*!. Even I have no faith in paytm.

After returning the money from airline they didn't return my money back. So please guys don't use paytm

I placed order for oxymeter using Paytm site. I called delivery agent to deliver the order. He did not deliver my order. I called him multiple times. Without contacting me, he cancelled my order. I suggest everyone, please do not purchase anything from this site. Very worst

Worst app from last 1year. Worst customer care service. Always give PAYTM FIRST COUPEN, this also useless. Paytm mall charges more than Amazon & Flipkart now. Dont known why this site gone down. Last 5 years I am a regular customer, now I switched to Amazon

Mera paytm number kho gaya to paytm open karne ke lie muje otp chahie jo possible nahi hai. But vo wallet ka payment tranfer karne ke lie mene bahot complain ki. But koi soluation last 4 months se nahi aaya hai. And abhi mene purana number chalu kiya to abhi acount block hai and unblok nahi ho raha hai. And customer care me bhi bat nahi ho rahi. Paytm services very bad

Paytm customer care executive postponing the date of refund, every time I call them they said they will register my complain and take action after 7 days, again I call after 7-8 days again they reapet same.
Airline said they already transferd the refund to the paytm.
Very bakwas customer care service.
