I have purchased a noise blutooth on 19 jan but next day I'll put a request for local product received but Paytm denied to replacement or return, because he told me tyup with service centre and when I am ho to service centre the service also confirm blutooth local product. This is story of fraud company Paytm, never purchase a single product and never recommend to any one for Paytm mall. Any way, fraud paytm fraud

Bakwas company hai. Sabse bada IPO sabki vat lagane vala. No one will trust on paytm in future. Paytm Karo aise bolne ki bagair Paytm Jalao Aisa kahana chahiye. Veru huge loss of shareholders. Sharma sir ye massage padhe to accha hoga, I don't know the meaning of sharma sir Dance while stock listing.

This is fraud company. They give you cashbacks in beginning and after u shift your marginal transactions on paytm then scaling starts. It's better to be with government banks or private one. This fintech company are $#*!ing liars.

I make one transaction of rs 2000 on 9 January 2022 payment goes failed but deducted from my paytm bank a/c i make many calls to paytm customer care and wrote the complaint on 24/7 paytm customer service. But i got big bad experiance no one responded. Till time my money not refund to me. And paytm customer care number is out of reach from my registerd number. How bad it is. Paytm is a fraud app.

I pay the elicited bill, Money Debited my account but elicited bill is not pay UPI I'd ************** amount 1072,

I call 4 time call

Paytm castomar service namber share my all details but still not pending, (1 month's) after that I share 24hrs comp

Hi I have been using their services for long time.

It happened with me twice that some provided me their upi id and when I entered the upi id on my paytm to transfer it was showing their name correctly and when once done with payment you notice that there is slight change in the UPI id. Due to their software issue my money went somewhere else and I lost my Rs. 5000. I told them multiple times to connect me with the recipient but they denied to help.
The sad and good part is that they have both correct and incorrect UPI Ids and those upi ids aren't third party UPI Ids *******@paytm upi ids.
They made me wait, saying the refund will come and after 2 long months of waiting they denied giving the refund. Now they confirmed they won't give the amount back neither they are helping me connect with that wrong upi id person.
This greedy company ate my money.
They made me loose my money because of their corrupt greedy system.
Look at their IPO now. They forgot the great saying jesi karni vesi bharni.

People like Uber taxi, shops are reluctant to accept payments by paytm. They reason this because of late transfer of their money received by them by upto 4 to 5bdays. Paytm is loosing its popularity and becoming a headache for the user.

My account has been blocked since 14 October 2021 after raising tickets. There is nobody resolving my problem two time I visited at noida paytm care. There very pathetic staff. They people not ready to attand customer after waiting 3-4 hours one of guys has come for meet me at he assured your paytm account will be activate with 3 days. But still my account did not active. Its very very pathetic service and employee. I'm going to take legal action against paytm.

They took Rs2500 for the Paytm sound box and after various follow up still have replaced it or returNed the money inspite of mails.

I received a defective product but they declined exchange even though the product is under 7days return or replacement policy..

Don't buy any product from paytm mall. This is full fraud company. I placed my order. And I want return this product according to policy. But they said to me this product not retuned. Wow. What a service paytm mall. Bad service..

The Software designed for paytm is a real mother $#*!er, they are earning from so much fake payments which are being deducted but provider is not receiving that payment. Real $#*! hole app, Google pay, phone pay is far better than Paytm.
