I have bought a boat earphone from my brothers paytm app... which is not compatible with my handset... i asked for replacement first they accepted then after 3 days they rejected. While on there site they have mentioned 7 days free return policy. Such a hypocrite. Make fool of the customers... now they are not accepting the return and blaming the seller only... no other site do like this they are respossible for their policies mentioned... this is such a online site where no customer executive is available for call. Only they give the link for message where u get unsatisfactory reply... pathetic... disgusting they are... never recommend anyone to buy from paytm mall. They make fool of the customers only and have unauthentic policy system... if there is 0 star i will given them 0 star not even 1... such a waste..

I tried to purchase a mattress from Paytm and tried to cancel it with the reason of not delivering within the specified time and no courier details for dispatch of product available. There after problems started. Nor they deliver my product not they refund my money and ultimately no coustomere care support. When ever I tried to contact them they simply send a useless link which is not usable to contact coustomere care.
Finally don't go to purchase from paytm if we got any problem no one to support and no guarantee for refund

3rd class service, I have a indent gas Booking but cashback not provided, 6 time complain but no any response.

Paytm mall is not a given good services. My complain refund regarding. But paytm mall company not accept rquired know about product. And valid action to return request. I'm requested its a defective and wrong product but no repose last 5 days and my complain closed without any enquiry. I'm not happy with paytm mall.

I made 2 payments of 1500 at a petrol pump.in Delhi. Both transactions failed but the amount got debited from my account.The third transaction was however successful and was transfered to the vendor. I have sent bank transaction details, failed transaction copies and a letter from the vendor that 1500 has not come to him. I sent these proof copies to Paytm through their helpline but no action in my favor has been taken.Im scared to use Paytm now

Do not buy anything from Paytm mall. I trusted it because i was on an assumption that paytm has a good market name. But its fraud. They did not deliver my order and took the money. The customer care does not have any option to talk to a real human capable of problem solving

I had booked flight tickets precovid lockdown but due to pandemic it was blocked with paytm as credit shell for future airticket booking. But to my surprise even after doing so many mail followups and also call followups, they are not even bothered to give a call back or reply to my mail regarding booking of ticket. Almost one month is passed but useless and illiterate staff is not at all bothered to call back or revert on mail. Nonsense Paytm team. Never use this app.

I requested for my fastag closure 3 months back. After several follow-up and fake promises by paytm, the tag is still not closed. Paytm customer service is the worst in the world. Even their senior persons are not reliable and are super dumb.

Useless Customer Care Services.
From my Account, Money reduced (withdrawal) but my recharge not done. It's happen two Times with me.
And their Customers service totally fake.

I have full kyc account fuuly verified and today they stopped 4 incoming payments of 5000 each for no reason, without any message or information. After trying to complain, no mail ids are provided in any site for complaint. On call they said will try and resolve in 3 days?... is it 3 days easy go?, then i explained that i have only handful of senders and recievers all repeated contacts, they explained that their cybercell has bolcked the account, there is no reason can imagine, my simple private account with all known senders, no proper reply, no reply at all, can't explain how long, how much and how is my account is imposed a limit for what reason god knows?
