I purchased the software to create a short simple pdf fillable form. pdfsimpli.com did not work. The on line chat person kept giving me the exact same instruction that did not work. I had my co-worker try think it may be my problem, but he couldn't get it to work either. I told the chat person to cancel the service since it did not work. I took screen shoots of my request as verification of the request to cancel. Pdfsimpli didn't cancel the order and billed a set-up fee and monthly reoccurring fee. When I called to cancel I was only allowed to leave a message that would be returned within 24-hours. I called nine times and never received a return call. I finally reach a live person, and they said todays call was my first call and would only refund, 1 monthly fee. I said I could e-mail the chat conversation and screen shots of my cell phone call log proving I had called weekly. The girl called me a liar and hung up.
Consumers should be protected from scam companies like PDFsimpli. They charged me 39.95 euros twice EVEN when I had received an account cancellation email. YOU SHOULD NEVER USE IT. IT SHOULD NOT BE FREE ON THE INTERNET. NEVER PLACE YOUR CREDIT CARD.THEY WILL CONTINUE CHARGING MORE THAN 40$ A MONTH JUST FOR USING IT FOR WRTITTING FEW DOCUMENTS

You cancel your subscription and they lie to you and charge you anyways then continue and lie to you and send you on a wild goose chase, I had to have PayPal fix this as they tried to steal money from me. I literally had support agents from this site mock me and lie to my face to avoid giving me my money back from their unauthorized charge.

Please be careful when signing up with this company. They will continue to take money out of your account without your authorization. The customer service is extremely rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated that they did not have supervisors and that she was not refunding my money. I have reported them for fraud. Do not sign up with this company unless you want your money STOLEN.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is 100% a scam; after you authorized a payment of 1,95 euros, they charge 40 euros at the end of the month. I could not even download the document! I had to contact Paypal to cancel the "subscription" I didn't sign up for and already reported the company; I can't even believe they get to use Paypal to scam people! There are some positive reviews on Trustpilot, and it is 100% them; they are masters at scamming!

I seen a charge on my account from these people I never used them i called and they was rude and told me that someone created sn account and there was nothing they could do about it so i called my bank and they reversed my money they wouldn't even cancel they account so so i have to get a new debit card I wouldn't have a gave a star but it wouldn't let me post my review

A scam and a catch 22. They'll entice a busy you by offering a free trial for $1.95, knowing that you probably won't read a fine print that automatically charges your account $39.95 every four weeks. I caught it after a few days though and the chat person responded, "We refunded your payment and it should be in your bank account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank. We also canceled your account from our end." When I didn't see the refund, the chat person assured me of a full refund if I submit "1. Transaction Receipt, 2. Date of the transaction, 3. Amount of the transaction, 4. PayPal email charged", which is a head-scratcher since they must have all these. But all they wanted was proof from me that I was charged more than a month ago, ergo that I was not entitled to a refund - a CATCH 22, since I had only a chat conversation as proof of cancellation!

Do not sign up for a trial with this company. You can get free pdf conversions on the internet. They will auto renew for $39.95 a month for a free service. You can't get ahold of anyone to cancel the service prior to auto renew. Then when you call them off a credit card number... they are combative and rude. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Convert PDF to Word [Free]misleading publicity. We go through the whole process, then we are forced to create an account, and one more step and we are forced to pay to have the document converted. Which would be OK, if it weren't for the misleading advertising (FREE!). I don't mind paying but I can't stand being cheated.
