Theres no better place for dog-lovers and their dogs than petco. I like to go shopping with Marty once a month and buy him new toys, food and stuff. Theyre really kind and service is excellent. I love petco!

Ordered a bunch of items on 4/4/16 for a cat that I will be getting on 4/10/16. Received order 4/8/16. Box was ripped and the litter box was missing. Called customer service and they offered to send another one but in 3 to 6 business days. I said that won't work and then they said they can expedite it but I can't get it any earlier than Tuesday. I ended up having to get a refund and now I have to go out and buy one. The problem here is is that they didn't care to resolve my problem. Bad business. Shop elsewhere please.
Petco is more expensive than the other pet store I go to. Not enough choices in a certain brand I like so now, I have to drive further p, but it's not worth going there

This is my favorite pet store. I feel they really value their customers. I talked to a chat person a while back and they were really helpful and cared about me and my dog. I would rather shop online with Petco then go to our local PETsMART. I've had way better experiences.

Bought a saltwater fish and tried to return it. Manager said they don't guarantee or do returns on saltwater fish. He also said they could rehome it for me. The people that work in the department doesn't know anything about the fish. There is no signs that tells you that you can't return. But I can leave it with them to resale it again. Do I have stupid written on my forehead. Stay away from the Burleson tx store. They are a ripoff
I am an email subscriber and I always receive coupons and sales. Almost every day. They also offer reoccurring shipment, so I only have order it once and it's mailed to my house every so often! Thanks Petco!
Never a problem at the store. Friendly staff, very well stocked store. Napa County. Plus, they have an onsite no kill cat shelter, where they take animals, that are out of time and going to be killed at public animal shelters. We have a gaggle of cats from there and love them all. Smart critters too. Very intelligent animals.
They decided to stop carrying my brand. I had it on repeat order, so I guess I'm lucky I decided to check the date of the next delivery and, hey, where did everything go? I run a feral cat colony so this is no laughing matter for me. So, I'm going elsewhere.

The staff at PetCo in Council Bluffs, IA is delightful to visit. They make my visit feel very welcome and provide a wonderful shopping experience. They are friendly, personable, and knowledgable about their animals and products. They always make me laugh or smile, too, with their interesting anecdotes.

There is this one lady at my local Yuba City CA store, she goes out of her way to help you.
Even gets you the best deals. She came up with a 5.00 off coupon on and already 50%off crate I was getting. The place is always clean, Your pets are welcome. Makes it nice to fit that little bitty dog that no one else carry's harness's that small. I do have to say they get a little pricy, But when you need it and they are the only one's that have it, I usually pay the price and don't complain. Ours does NOT sell puppies or kittens either. And they do allow the local no kill rescue groups once a month to use their facility in adopting out homeless pets. On application approvals. The place is Great for birds and fish, lots of supply's for just about everything with 2 or 4 legs or maybe more? Also with feathers or scales. If you haven't been there check it out. I just may see you there. Have fun look around.
I have ordered online when I can't find the exact thing I want in the Petco store, i. E. a collar for my Boston Terrier, Trixie. I wanted a pink collar with lots of bling in a medium size. The store was out of that size, so I ordered online, plus some other things I found and ordered with the collar. I get excellent service online or in the Petco store. Good range of products.
