Bent metal

I received my 4 metal prints today. 2 turned out good, 2 washed out photos. All have bent edges and one of the best photos has a crease (metal bent) right on the side of the face. I'm not even going to try to get this redone because it sounds like no one even gets an answer. (I don't need the stress) I will not recommend or order from this company again.

I wanted 8 of the same gift from printerpix. I had to place 8 separate orders because they would not allow me to combine my groupons into one order. I emailed them minutes after placing the last order to see if I could have them delivered by the event the gifts were for since they were all duplicates of the original order. I also asked if they could be consolidated into one shipment since they were all being shipped to the same location. It took 5 emails to the same customer service rep and he never answered either of my questions. He would respond with random, cookie cutter responses that did not address either of my concerns. When asked to be put in touch with a manager who could actually answer my questions, my email was ignored. I never received a response. I then sent a separate email to custom service requesting to speak to a manager in case this particular rep refused to pass along my request. My other email was also ignored. This issue has been ongoing since January 25th. My questions were never adequately answered. I looked on the website today and 6 of my orders have shipped which means that even if someone did answer me today, they couldn't help because the shipments have already been sent. Horrible service to never answer a customer's questions and then refuse to let them communicate with a manager. Will NEVER use Printerpix again.

The order was made in the beginning of December as a x-mas gift we received the calendar at the end of january wow lost a whole month of the year! Also pictures were wrong or missing and birthdays were also missing from dates we do calendars a lot for gifts for relatives and this was the worst experience ever! Stay away from Printer pix

It took them almost 1 month to process and deliver my personalized calendar. When it arrived, today, it is bent and the paper quality is really bad. I should have stuck with Walgreens calendars, like I used to do every year. STAY AWAY

Horrible

If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one star.
I ordered two disappearing mugs from them and I received one of them broken and both do not seem to work.
I contacted printerpex multiple times through email and their website and I have not received a response (it's been over two weeks of me emailing them with no response).
I would actually recommend everyone to NOT buy anything from printerpex! Nothing at all! Unless you're fine with no communication, rudeness and straight up disregard for any customers.

Dreadful company

Finally, after two months of frustration, broken promises, countless emails, appalling customer service, Printerpix have replaced the 100-page photobook which they had acknowledged as being substandard.

The pity is that the replacement is worse than the original!

Not only are the photos still lifeless, lacking depth of colour and contrast, but the page edges are marked, two pages were stuck together, the binding feels fragile - and they have failed to print the final page.

(Note: The fault does not lie with the photos. Our daughter used the same photos to produce her photobook with another company and the book is lovely.)

This is what Printerpix wrote when they dispatched the book

"As agreed we have quality assessed the photobook and we are happy with the colours and with the way how it was printed."

If this is an example of their quality control it is no wonder their products are so poor.

Do not use this company.

So disappointed

I ordered my calendars more than a month ago and they're still not here. They were Christmas gifts too. I'm so disappointed! When after contacting printerpix and her giving me expedited shipping for free they still haven't arrived though it's been a week since I've gotten an email saying they've been shipped. I can't find a tracking number either. So sad to say I'm very disappointed in my experience with printer pix.

I ordered Christmas cards from them two years ago. After paying for them, we waited, and waited, and waited and they never showed up. We were able to contact customer service online, and they offered a coupon code (which expired in a year) for a free order of 70 cards, including S&H. A year later I am back trying to order cards again. I put in my special code and it credits me for 20 cards, no S&H. I tried calling numerous times - never did get through to anyone. I began to doubt that number was every answered by a live human. All emails were responded to via a form letter and were absolutely no help. The last email I received was nearly a month after I sent them an email. I can't say anything for the quality of the pictures - I don't even know if they actually print them or are just a sham. Just save yourself the trouble and stay away.

As I was reading thru the reviews I've noticed there's more bad then good... so I got nervous on my item that has not been shipped at the time... but it has been ordered...
I was kind of eating myself up that I haven't doubled checked first if the site can be trusted...
Then I figured it is what it is and not stress about it cause sometimes there's exaggeration
I did call customer service and asked for a tracking number and they were so nice about it...

Fast forward: I finally got my item 3-4 weeks later... I couldn't be happier with the product I order #magic mug... Its beautiful!... and I was happy to see the mug well wrapped in bubble wrapped (which I constantly read items were poorly wrapped). And a "fragile handle with care" sticker on the box (which I constantly read... there were no marking on the box)...
Overall I'm a happy customer... But if u noticed 4 stars and not five... the only reason I gave for stars and not five its because the time... it took a while... I wish they will speed that up in the future.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones!.
Remember, sometimes it's all about the attitude.

I just received my calendars. They were delivered in a flimsy envelope, and were creased and bent. The paper is too thin, and the calendar is printed on both sides, so when I wrote in events, it ruined the back side, which is another month! Plus, I ordered on 12/24/17, and received it on 1/14/17! Not a good experience for me all around! I felt compelled to let others know - This was my first experience with them, and I tried it based on a promotion I received, but feel that even with the discounted price, it was a waste of money. Sorry to say.

BAD BAD BAD!

I ordered 13 days ago and my stuff just today went to production. I don't know when I will received it.

I have also bought several coupons but only after the order I discovered that I need a single shipping per single coupon. This was not written anywhere on the their website!

I contacted the costumer service but the reply very slowly. At the end I asked to be refunded (total of 90 Euro!) and at that point they stopped replying. At this point I am going to ask paypal a refund.

Avoid printerpix!

Just received my 'Christmas 'order today?!#$@
Absolutely shoddy work definitely not the $34 dollar wall calendar I ordered... oh wait YES it is!. The Groupon coupon i used, clearly is a red flag for printerpix to pump out crap... THIS CALENDAR CAME DAMAGED my husband literally had to put it TOGETHER?!*#@... shame on me... too embarrassed to give this as a gift THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ON CHRISTMAS?! BBB has given this company an F... in 2014!. Who knew?*!@

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering. I found a good deal on Groupon and jumped on it. I ordered 3 calendars for my family on Christmas. I should have had plenty of time for it to be delivered, but it never did. A week+ before Christmas, I emailed/called & when I finally got ahold of someone they guaranteed I'd receive my order in time. Said they would expedite the shipment just in case. I was traveling for the holidays, so I also changed the address. This was said to be no big deal. I still never received any tracking information and tried to call to make sure I would get the order. I could not get through to anyone. I finally received my 3 calendars on December 30th at the original address. I think they turned out really well, but I am now unable to see the reaction which I was really looking forward to. If I could go through someone else I would.

I ordered mug and they packed in paper only and obviously they sent mug made from glass and I got it broken! If you delivery glass why not use bubbly plastic to protect the glass?! They just want to take your money waste of time and money, I wish I never order from here postage also took forever worst experience ever! Everything about this service was horrible

DON'T BE TEMPTED!

Like everybody else, I wished I had seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered two mugs in November, tried calling and emailing to find out the status and never got a response, then got them three days after Christmas. One mug is fine, the other broken. I called four times, one time I waited 37 minutes. I emailed, to have the delivery address undeliverable. I also tried 5 times to connect on their chatline. Nobody. Worse company ever. Thanks for ruining Christmas for us!

Wish i had read the reviews before placing my order... my story is the same as everyone else. Ordered two mugs and received one broken since they send them in flimsy card board boxes, really! Was asked to send pictures and then was told i would receive my item expedited and receive before Christmas. Still have not received it and it is December 27th. Finally was able to get someone on the phone today and was told that I contacted the UK store instead of the US store, Umm i used the contact link on your site and also called and was told the your co-worker that was emailing me would take care of the situation. Wow really! So today I was told that my replacement was never ordered! One JOB people!

I ordered 5 calendars for family for Christmas, fast delivery however they sent the wrong year 2016 it's December 201why would anyone order the current years calendar. I contacted them by phone 20 minutes on hold to be told I would need to email a photo as proof. I sent the email called back another 20 minutes to be told I would need to do the request again then call back. Informed on this call it was a problem with their app, so had to do it on a PC. Third call another 25 minutes on hold and order complete... CALENDAR HAS ARRIVED TODAY HAS PHOTOS BUT NO CALENDER JUST BLANK SPACE TRIED TO CALL BUT THEY ARE CLOSED SATURDAYS AND TODAY IS CHRISTMAS EVE. DO NOT USED THEY ARE COMOLETE RUBBISH!

I purchased seven items all at once directly off of the PrinterPix website. Printerpix then emailed me seven 'coupon' codes for each of these items individually. What I then found out (but the purchase agreement didn't state) is that each of these items had to be ordered on separate orders and each order ended up having an incredibly high shipping rate. I ordered all seven at the beginning of December, prior to their "receive by Christmas" end date. I had multiple website-driven problems while creating and attempting to order the items. Overall, I used their email option for customer service three times but received no response other then the automated "we have received your correspondence" response So, I then contacted customer service via their chat options twice and both times was told there was nothing they could do on their end. I then used their phone customer service option twice, waited on hold for over an hour both times, and again received terrible (rude) customer service and was told there was nothing they could do on their end. I finally received order completion/shipping notifications on December 15. It is now the day before Christmas and when accessing the track shipment link in the email, it shows that the shipping provider only received the package yesterday. I have had to file a dispute through PayPal at this point and will clearly not receive the packages in time for Christmas as guaranteed due to the 15+ day Printerpix production time (never mentioned anywhere on their website).

Horrible uncring service

Horrible company. Kept me on chat line for an hour. Then told me ring up customer services! Gave up after 40 mins of trying to get thru to operator. Had vouchers but due to technical hitch on website I couldn't save projects, and when i was finally able to do it found out my vouchers had run out of time! Why do they have time limit on vouchers? Lost about £20. Crap service

Wordt service ever

I ordered a canvas print from printerpix on 11/27. Its been 23 days and they still cannot even track status of my order. I called customer care 8 times - 4 times they said they are trying to track status and as ill email update in 24hrs, but no update ever. Remaining 4 times their call system phones give error message "system down" - after ridiculously long wait times. To make it worst, their system says their call center working hours are between 8am-6pm EST, but they will never pick up calls until 9:30am everyday. Finally I called to cancel the order after 23 days and was told that refund takes 15 WORKING days - ridiculous. I was told that cancelation confirmation will be sent in 10 mins and as expected - NOTHING!

This looks like a classic online scam and I would caution anyone looking for prints to stay away from this site.
