I ordered two 2017 calendars for Xmas gifts. After placing my order, the email confirmation said 2016 calendars. So I called right away. They canceled my order & I had to redo it. Which was a pain. They reassured me they would be 2017 & are no longer printing 2016. When they arrived they were 2016! I called & called. Finally got through. They said to send a photo of the messed up calendars & they would reprint them. I emailed a photo right alway. No response. Emailed again 2 days later asking when I should expect them, seeing they're a Xmas gift. No reply. Obviously I'm not getting them. Worst company ever! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Honestly, the quality sucks too! Fabness is a much better company for photo products.
Absolutely gave up with this company. Previous years been ok but this time there was five months of just blank pages. Contacted them daily, send pics, even wrote review on trustpilot. That got reaction and to, d me saw problem and someone be in touch. Surprise surprise never heard. Have given up and wouldn't now touch with a barge pole. Don't waste your money customer service rubbish.
I wished I had read these reviews before. I used Shutterfly to create beautiful canvas art of my newborn son, and then my husband found a Groupon from printerpix for $30 to create 4 canvases. So we went with printerpix. Is been over 2 weeks and no sign of my order. I've tried calling several times to see when it will be shipped, and I am now told my phone call cannot be taken due to high call volumes and I am disconnected. I am so disgusted...
I ordered a groupon deal good for 5 11.7"x16.5" calendars for $16. I was able to get around the website with ease and everything uploaded correctly. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to "premium paper" for $4.99/ calendar. Since I had gotten such a great deal, I though, why not! After placing my order, I read some scary reviews and became nervous of what I had just done.
I asked the "live chat" if they could tell me how long it would take to receive my order. They said no more than 8-12 working days. I said, even with being in the USA? To which they responded, that will take 21 working days. I began to panic as this would be after Christmas and I ordered the calendars for Christmas presents.
I am happy to report that my order did arrive earlier this week (less than the 21 days) and they were shipped from Florida.
The quality of the calendars is not bad, but defiantly not worth full price! The groupon deal was 5 calendars for $16, add the $4.99/ calendar upgrade and a onetime $12.95 shipping and handling cost, I spent a total of $53.90 or $10.78 per calendar. The calendars are worth the $10.78... but not more than that. The regular price is listed at $69.95 per calendar on their website for regular price. BEWARE! They are not worth more than $10.78 that I paid, and even that is pushing it as they are printed double sided.
All in all, I did not have a horrible experience as other did... however... if you want a high quality calendar for gifts... i would stay away from this place.
After ordering two 16x20 metal prints using a groupon, I received a copy of the invoice showing that they were shipping me 10 x7 metal prints. When I inquired by phone, I was told I could have the 16x20 size if I would pay an additional fee plus the outrageous shipping fees. When I told them this was unacceptable, they hung up in my ear. Find someone else to order from, these guys are undependable, rude and don't follow through with their promises.
I cannot believe how rude and helpless the costumer service was to me! I called THREE TIMES, because there was a problem with my delivery schedule, they lied to me telling me that they would speed up the process and that I would receive my album photo on time, WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN, after 12 days, my order is still on " Preparing for dispatch " and I wont be able to collect it before a month... I am outraged and will NEVER order from them again.
Really dont bother, SNAPFISH is much MUCH better and propose better products, I only went for Printerpix as they have cheap groupon deals, but lesson learned, its sometimes better to put double the price and get what you want instead of paying cheap and get NOTHING.
I should have investigated before using Printerpix. Wall calendars are cheap and very poor quality. Also shipping is outrageous and poor. They came crumpled and they charged $12.50 for 5 flimsy calendars. They don't even have 1 page per month. You have to flip it over and they printed on the backs. Support is awful. I'm going back to Shutterfly. I don't know why I tried this company. MISTAKE>
I purchased three Printerpix items and two did not show and 1 arrived severely damaged. When I called the toll-free number I was connected to someone not in the US. When I asked to speak to someone in the US, I was told that was NOT possible.
I was told regarding the lost items I needed to do the legwork myself to locate the missing shipments through the USPS, mind you they were not sent via USPS. So, the USPS will not take claim. The item that was damaged I sent the photographs of the damaged items including bent photos and the photo arrived in the wrong size it shouldve been 11X14 just like my Groupon stated (which the person on the phone confirmed) but for some reason I was sent 10x7.
I paid three individual shipping costs because there is not a single shipping rate for three items and I had prepaid vouchers for my items. I just want the items I paid for. 2 10x7 pics and 1 11x14 pic!
I have used many different companies to print photos and have never experienced problems doing so, apart from with Printerpix. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the website trying to do the simple job of printing 200 hundred photos using 2 vouchers (each for 100 photos). The 'help' I received barely acknowledged my complaints and didn't answer my questions or solve my problems. From deleting all of my uploads after I've spent ages getting them onto the system to changing the number of pictures I want back to the default of 1 when I have repeatedly taken the time to go through them and pick out which ones I want 2 of, I have absolutely had it with Printerpix. I managed to use one voucher for 100 photos (as you can't use the two together for some reason) but didn't realise until later that they had added on an extra charge for HD gloss even though I didn't click this option. Because the system mucked up the photos I uploaded for my next order I need to delete them all and start from scratch but whenever I try to do so or when I try to proceed to payment an error message appears. Logging out, clearing web history, shutting down computer, using a different web browser or anything else they have suggested doesn't work. It tells me I have 0 uploads and when I add 20, it then says I have 400. I won't be using the second voucher - I have wasted more than enough time an effort on Printerpix and won't ever use them again.
The worst experience I've ever had, They make NO SENSE! They cant combine two orders so you have to pay S&H twice. She told me to cancel my order I DONT HAVE TO BUY FROM THEM!
If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. This company is incompetent and rude and doesn't care. Customer service = passing the buck. It's always someone else's fault, this seems to be the response to why things are done incorrectly or not done at all.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a photobook and 5 Groupon vouchers 100 prints for £1 and placed my first three orders paying £2.50 delivery for each. When I received my images every single picture was printed as dark as it possibly could be. I placed a complaint and asked for a full refund for the three orders I've placed and the vouchers I haven't yet used.
That's a total of £22.50 I've spent for the orders I've placed and the vouchers I've not yet used. We have emailed back and forth 30 emails, they asked for proof of payment, proof of PayPal transaction, proof of the prints they sent me and even after sending them all they refunded me £2.50.
It is not the refund I'm so angry about, it's the length of time I spent uploading each and every picture, the length of time I waited for my orders to be delivered and the customer service I've received even till now my complaint isn't resolved.
I've used other printing services such as snapfish and photobox, I didn't pay a quarter of what I've spent with Printerpix but they sent me images of the highest standard.
They are an appalling, unprofessional and amateur company. I would steer away from them at all costs.
Where to start... this company's customer service is a disgrace, I had to send so many emails before I could even get a response and even then the service was horrendous.
The quality of pictures is awful, the pictures are dark and the heads are cropped off people.
Because I had a 2nd groupon voucher I had to use them again, same thing heads cropped off/dark pics but I havent the energy to start chasing them again:(

I would not recommend this to anyone. Pay extra and get printed from Tesco or any nearest photo shop then to buy from these guys.
I was given a groupon as a gift and now that I am trying to redeem the certificate, the website doesn't work. I have tried multiple times but once I select "begin project" I am redirected to a blank page. After reading all of the reviews below, I almost didn't even try to use it, however, since it has already been paid for, I wanted to at least get the money's worth in product. I will never use this company again and will recommend any friends to use only companies that I have used in the past, such as York Photo, they are awesome and never disappoint!
Twenty days after ordering my photobook, it is "still in production" at only 25%. I have made five phone calls to their customer service number. I have been promised the last three times that a supervisor is "in a meeting, but will call me when it is over". No supervisor has called. Today a rep said he would call the printing company and find out what is going on. Three hours later I have not had a return phone call or an email. I have written three emails to the company and no answer from the emails either. I have used several photobook on-line companies, and this is the first problem I have had getting my book. It was supposed to be a gift for Mother's Day. What a mess. I am very unhappy with this company and will never use them again. With this kind of customer service, I doubt this company will remain in business very long when the word gets out about how undependable they are.
I bought some photos for my parents anniversary but the codes to actual get the pictures never worked. I spent hundreds of dollars and after spending hours on the phone/emails with this sad attempt of a company I finally gave up. I tried to get the codes to work for over a month but after that I had enough and asked for a refund. It has been many months now dealing with the worst customer service I have ever seen and I still havent been able to get any money back! I'm 99% sure this is a scam. #worstcompanyever
The entire experience was horrible! There are many companies that care for their customers. This company does not. I purchased 2 vouchers. Shipping was supposed to be included in deal but they charged me an additional $16 to ship (it said 7-10 days and took 6 weeks). I have spent hours on the phone trying to take care of this. After waiting on hold many times and getting disconnected the person was rude- then I asked for a manager and talked to Erica (manager) and she was not any better. It is not fair for me to pay again for shipping my second order so I am out of luck. What a waste of my time and money. They do not answer any emails. Do not order from this company. One star is being generous.
This is the lowest of customer services I have seen in awhile. I bought 2 20-Page A4 Landscape Photo Hard Cover Book from Groupon for Printprix. In the voucher it says the postage for 2 books is a reduced price. Groupon sent me 2 vouchers for the single offer i purchased. I spent hours building the books, when I went to the checkout I could only add 1 voucher meaning I would not get the reduced postage.
I emailed Printapix, the response to the 1st email was some standard response about how long a voucher took to go through with lots of apologies. It was obvious that the person who got this email never read it. I sent a new email and this time they just blatantly said they would not help me. I phoned them today and basically the person on the phone was not interested in anyway. Especially not in taking ownership. He just said it was Groupon's fault.
I have just had one of those online chats with Groupon and was told he is passing it on to a different department. I have no confidence in this but we will see. Luckily I paid by PayPal and may have to get a refund that way. Sadly no one can give me back my time.
I do not know about the quality of their product but I do not recommend using their service because should you run in to trouble you will be running in circles
I have ordered from this company twice and each and every time items take at least 6 weeks to receive! No help from customer service, no help from the company site, email, phone number or chat.
