I felt stupid because just afterwards I started to read the reviews about the company. Horrible. I tried to track down who is in charge. After I called them several times, tried different strategies to see who is in charge a representative on chat (amazing, I thought the guys on chat are simply $#*!ed) told be that the manager is Erica Close. I called them and ask about Erica Close. First representative admitted that he knows Erica Close after I told him that she personally asked me to speak with her. He said that she is the manager. While waiting on hold the phone suddenly got "disconnected" and I called them again. I told them I contacted BBB and they said that Erica will give me a call. She finally did and I started to tell her everything. After a long discussion I realized that they produce whey more than they can deliver. They are based in the UK. After I told her that I will sue them (which I am about to do it), she told me that a manager from UK will give me a call, his name is Omar Barlas. I never waited for that, I got in touch with a lawyer. I have already 6 people who are ready to confess that they have been scammed.
I still haven't gotten my 25 pictures printed and I sent my order in the beginning of November 2015. I have sent customer service 3 emails and they haven't responded back to me. I don't think it's really that hard to print pictures. I should have gone to Walgreens way easier and would have gotten them right away.
I paid for 2 photo books for Christmas but the site is difficult to use. I tried on 4 separate occasions to upload my photos and each time it wouldn't save them. I contacted customer services but all I eveer got was an automated reply. I the end Groupon gave me a refund
Oh my god, worst experience ever. I bought a eCoupon on Cyber Monday for a ceramic coffee mug. I spent nearly 2 hours chatting with 3 different printerpix to find out if 2 pictures would be embossed on the mug. I was finally told that only one picture could be used and that picture would be put on both sides. My order was supposed to be free shipping. As it turns out, when I placed the order, there was no free shipping. I had to pay $5.99 for shipping that would take up to 15 days for my product to arrive. It was promised for Christmas. So after getting a mug with only 1 picture on 1 side it arrived the Tuesday after Christmas. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone. After 3+ months the picture faded quite badly. One star is too high a rating for this company. If I could rate 0 stars, I would have done that.
DONT USE PRINTERPIX TERRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered and paid for 4 kitchen calendars and only 3 were sent. I telephoned and got told a manager would ring me to help process the outstanding calendar I never got a phone call. I emailed 4 times with no replies. I spoke to a very rude person called Mohammed who was no help and kept telling I had only paid for 3! They are no help whatsoever and are so rude.
I purchased a Groupon for Printerpix and it was a disaster. I ordered 50 Christmas cards and then bought a voucher for a photobook. I only received 10 of my cards and my voucher wouldn't work. I tried to contact Cusomer Service several times and could never get my issue resolved. Terrible service!
I ordered 5 calendars on the 14th of December. At that time their site had a countdown clock saying that all orders made until the 16th will be delivered before chriatmas. Guess what. Now their site says that everything ordered after the 13th will not be delivered for christmas. Called them and they said their website said that 13th is the last day since black friday. Awfull liars! Waste of money. Would love to give 0 stars
I saw a promotion for metal prints, and went ahead and paid for the "voucher". Then I attempted to order the print, and their website was so poorly constructed, their promotional "overlay" interfered with the ability to put something in the cart. After well over an hour, I called, and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I gave up. Tried again the next day and got a live person, who would not own up to the dysfunctional website until I pressed her for quite some time.
Finally was able to order... it took 22 days to get here, and arrived today. Box was totally intact, so no fault of UPS, but the metal was so thin, it had already bent along the top edge! Metal is not much better than thick tin foil, and it comes with nothing on the back at all! No hook, but it wouldn't hang right anyway, being this super thin. It's just garbage! The photo is fine, but what good is it if you can't display it? I bought another one from Adorama, and it's gorgeous; there's no comparison!
Printerpix also sends some Buyer protection guarantee, but it is unclear how it works. I've started the process of trying to return it, but don't hold out much hope! Having read others' experiences, I can assume that I'm stuck with their garbage. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Waste of money! I'd go zero stars if there was that option!
UPDATE: Someone from their UK office responded to this review and said they'd send me out a hanging kit. That never happened. Additionally, after well over a month, the US Printerpix people responded by asking me to provide every detail possible, which I did. Finally, yet another email from them said they were unable to help me without my calling them (I tried that route before and was on hold forever). So... NEVER again! Pity, since I teach photography and would be a great link to potential customers.
Having ordered 5 calenders on groupon to save money i then had to spend half an hour on the phone to printerpix just to get my calenders added to my basket and ordered, meaning a big phone bill. Slow to upload pics and makw products
Ordered two mugs at Living Social special price. Second one was charged at full price of $43. Cant get through on phone or email and caused my account to overdraw at bank. Worst company and website I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them. It appears to be a small storefront in Lake Mary, FL with no customer service and a scam running.
Ordered and paid for 10 calendars plus postage... received 1. Emails and calls but zero response. The uk company spend a lot of money on marketing but should invest in a customer service dept. have written to the directors. They don't reply either
I ordered some prints via Groupon back in August and heard nothing, finally emailed earlier this month to ask what was going on and they claim no responsibility and offer no refund and are not willing to give me the product I've already paid for! Terrible company, which I will never be using again. I would give it no stars if that was an option!
While I will absorb some of the blame as this was a Groupon purchase in which I did not bother to research reviews, this is definitely NOT the online printing company one should utilize.
I purchased a personalized phone case as a birthday present on 9/24/2015 under the belief that should provide a adequate amount of time for the product to be produced and shipped out for the birthday on 11/17. I was completely wrong about that. Contacted the company two weeks ago and after more than 20 minutes of hold time was told the cases were on their way in from China.
Contacted them again today and after a LONG HOLD time was told this time that the plastic phone cases were out of stock.
When requesting a refund, I was advised it would take 30 days to refund.
So it's either take my chance on waiting an additional 2-3 weeks or just wait the additional 39 days for the refund.
This company is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and there are several online print companies that one would be better off choosing.
Shame on Groupon for continuing to partner with this company to offer their "deals" despite the horrid reviews.
Awful product,(photo on metal) arrived bent cannot get it taken care of because nobody answers phone or e-mail. Took over 10 weeks to receive. Should be able to give 0 stars.
This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. I have placed an order twice and both times it has taken over 6 weeks to receive the books. I sent an email after four weeks asking where the order was and never got a reply back. When to book did come it was damaged! I called to complain and was on hold for an hour and half before when a recording came on and stated that there were technical difficulties and please try again later, then I was disconnected! I called back a few days later and waited 27 min to talk to a rep who had noting but excuses to give me, "we just hired a bunch of new employees and production time now is so much shorter. You called during our lunch time and two girls left for lunch that is why you had to wait. I will give you a free key chain for your troubles. Oh, you have more books to order, well you might want to do that now because Christmas time is super busy and it will take a long time to get your order." REALLY! Don't thinK I will be order again.
Ordered a 16x20 metal picture, took over a month to get it and when it arrived, in a Flimsy thin box with no internal padding or protection, with the mounting blocks ( which were an extra charge that you had to attach to the picture yourself!) just thrown into the box loosely under the picture, it was damaged. The metal picture had the imprint of the mounting block on it, obviously because of no internal packaging. I contacted customer service, and after a week I recieved an email from Robin asking for pictures of the damage which I immediately sent. After sending numerous emails to Robin it is obvious she either no longer works there or was just a imaginary person. It's no wonder the sell on Groupon at 80% off, they would never sell a picture if they didn't! STAY AWAY FROM PRINTER PIX, ITS TOTAL GARBAGE!
The delivery was quick probably because I live only 4 hours away. However, the item was bday (8/9) gift and it didn't arrive on time (8/12). I submitted new a address via email (8/3) to have the item delivered to the birthday person and yet they still shipped it to me. It now sits at my house until the next time I am visiting. Sorry Mom.
Customer service line is horrendous. Wait time is at least 30 mins. So pack you patience. Last time, I called at 5:20 they kept me on the line for 45 mins then they hung up because they closed (5:30).
The only reason I went with them is because I saw them on Groupon. I would not recommend them to anyone and unfortunately, I will not use them again. I rather go to Walgreens and pay the $11-$20.

I ordered 2 thermo mugs with my baby's picture on them. They were breathtakingly beautiful when they finally arrived 3 months later. So I will be ordering my Christmas presents now, lol... but they did do a wonderful job!
Horrible company, awful customer service. If you place an order they usually take months to produce your order and then usually send only a part of the order and say they are out of materials so its not their problem and you have to wait and some items are guaranteed to be defective or low quality. I've given them 2 chances on both same result described above, poor quality, unhelpful customer service and overall bad and frustrating experience. Stay away of the horrible company... don't fall for the cheap prices... Anywhere online they get pretty awful reviews, and somehow the reviews they post on their website ("claimed to be real") are great. They don't hesitate to lie and post fake reviews and that's exactly who they are as a company
