I thought this was a hoak as she kept repeating like if she was not very smart, I told her that I thought she was hacking me.
I called back to talk to her but a real person told me that this was AI.
The hotel will loose customers if you continue this path.
And she had problems with my credit card and she was talking while I was giving her my cc number, I thought she was slow between the ears.
Also had to repeat my email address at least 3 times.
I was not impressed

I asked if there was a security deposit required or if I would need a credit card because I was traveling on business and did not have my personals and she promised that would not be the case.

You lied about price and being an actual employee of BW (stated definitely you weren't a 3rd party, you didn't apply my points to the price. Dishonest but don't worry. B W doesn't give a $#*! even though they say you do it all the time, change things on the web. Very dishonest. But they can't do anything about their 3rd party crooks that represent them. I even have 2 recordings showing how you lie. First I talked to Alex. (spelled the name on recording) Then, Ian wants the review. Texas attorney general will be notified, with all emails, text and recordings if I'm not refunded the difference in what you charged and what the BW Charge would have been at $101.99 a night x 2 nights (military discount). Also $25 for 5500 points you said you applied. All on recordings. Want to hear all the lies. Contact me with your contact # and I will provide to proper personnel. Not the lying dept.

I clicked a sponsored link that lead me to reservations.com to book my hotel. I ended up calling to make my reservation. Everything looked fine and the rep confirmed everything including pricing but never specified the currency of the price. We live in Canada and booked a hotel in Canada and assumed prices were in Canadian dollars. The rep mislead me with the pricing and when I received the email confirmation, he hung up on me as I was realizing pricing was in US currency. Absolutely disappointing with the service and when I immediately called back, they were trying to charge me a cancellation fee. These employees should be ashamed and upper management should be embarrassed with this service.

Answer: Call your credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge. You may have to cancel your card and get a new card and card number, but it's worth it.
Answer: Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!
Answer: Yes, this company charges a fee, which it will not refund even if you cancel your reservation within minutes!

Answer: It can be, if its refundable reservation. Every reservations has a different cancelation policy. Mostly last minute reservations are not cancelable.
Answer: My experience is the same. reservations.com obviously nails a lot of unsuspecting Canadians this way. They don't make any attempt to help you out when they are confronted by this way of hosing us. Its a sleazy organization.
