I'm a customer from Singapore. Its's my first time buying an item from this website. Upon buying, I didn't check the review but after waiting a few days I began reading it but most of the reviews was not a good thing to hear. Eventually it didn't happen to me. Thumbs up to all the customer service. It did takes 2 weeks to arrive but worth of waiting!

No customer loyalty or understanding. Poor communication skills. Tried to sell me more overpriced merchandise instead of help with the issue with the first overpriced item I purchase which fit terrible and was made of poor quality material. I have never had worse customer service where I wasn't even offered an exchange. They simply refused to help. I will not be returning to spend any money with this company and be letting everyone know what a terrible experience I had with both the item purchased as well as the customer service. Terrible terrible terrible.
I purchased a G shock watch from Revolve clothing and received an email not long after saying that they needed to verify that I was the cardholder in order to proceed with my order. This was understandable... I did as they asked which was to report 2 transactions back to them and then they replied to my email saying "We're very sorry, but your order has been identified by our risk management team as a high-risk order for which we will need further verification" and also asking me for a copy of my credit card or drivers license. I sent them a picture of my passport and credit card 2 days ago and still have not received an email saying whether or not they will be sending my order. I'm very disappointed as this has been dragged out for almost over a week now and I've spent 130 dollars but gotten nothing. Zzz
I love shopping the occasions section of revolve clothing as they give me such great ideas for outfits based upon what event I am going to. I want everything from the LA getaway weekend! They have free shipping and returns all the time so they making online shopping easy.
Insider perspective-they only care about the $$. They don't offer their fulltime employees personal benefits such as medical insurance. Most employees in the warehouse are workinng over 50hrs/week at minimum wage. The warehouse staff is predominately ESL workers, who supervisors feel they can threaten with their job in order to bring stats and production numbers up. They even offer "happy hour " on site to employees and will have free lunch Thursdays to try and compensate for lack of employee care. No raises, vacation or PTO given. Lack of commu nication by management and HR. Supervisors rather threaten employees than get HR involved, high t urnover rate. Over priced items, that their own employees wouldn't even be able to afford.
I am so exceptionally unpleased with this revolveclothing. I needed a decent shirt for my new day at work in an enormous business. They sent wrong size! After much rearward and advances I at last got my right Shirt a week past the point of no return. Exceptionally RUDE SERVICE

Revolve's interface is not as user friendly as some of the other shopping sites. Their sales are not typically as competitive as other sites as well. However, they do have great designers and I will shop with them from time to time if I can't find a piece anywhere else.
I was a bit hesitate to order even after reading very good reviews. I live in U. K. and I cannot find level 99 jeans in here. So I decided to risk it…. And I am really pleased. I payed a bit extra for delivery in order to include the taxes so I will avoid paying when the item arrives here. It arrived in 5 working days straight to my door. Excellent service and defiantly will order again.
Find about the site by chance while I was looking for a Juicy Couture track pants, it was full price and I knew there was sell at juicycouture.com, they matched the price as soon as I placed the order, and the customer service representative holed while I submitted my order, I love this site but I'll try not visit because it will make my visa suffer! For me at the end you can't beat free delivery and return, why to hesitate just send it back if you don't like it.
Received my Jeffrey Campbell's well packed and in a timely manner. However, the website advertises Free Shipping to Canada and I was charged a sneaky $5 surcharge. So you need to read the FINE PRINT that states there will be a $5 surcharge on shoes due to the weight. Having to pay $5 isn't considered Free Shipping now then is it? This should be stated loud and clear instead of in the FINE PRINT. Kind of sneaky if you asked me. But overall, great customer service and an equally great selection of goods.
This site is the best. Every item is priced reasonably to what it is worth. Their shipping is amazing and always arrives within the timeframe given (I'm in Canada). Also, from what I understand, they have a great return policy. Woohoo!

This site is great if you are looking for brand name clothing for cheap. Shipping is quite reasonable as well. Around 5 days or so. If you want 30% off your first purchase, you can call them and let them know it is your first time ordering. It's a great way to save a lot of money on your first order!
