I am so disappointed with Savage Fenty. I have been a loyal customer. I have 5 member credits for being a VIP member and now I'm being told that my only option is to buy a $17 bra for a member credit that I paid $50 for. I spoke to Julie the supervisor and she tells me there is nothing she can do. 5 member credit is $200 and if I buy 5 $17 bras that means I lose $115. That may not look like much to them but to me it's a lot. I use only Fenty brands. From make up, Fenty skin and this is REEEEEEEAAAAAALLLY DISAPPONTING that they won't honor my money. I have introduced all my friends to Fenty savage because of their awesome bras and this is what I get for being loyal! SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTEDDDDDD!
I tried to like this stuff. I wanted to support, but this stuff is garbage. It looks nice for a month and then it tears up. All of it.
I went into Savage x Fenty at Westfield mall in Culver City, CA just to look around. Then I meet Alexandria. She had an amazing personality and her energy was so wonderful. She was wearing the black lounge Terry pants. She appeared so comfortable and happy. So many customers were laughing and smiling as she gave us a mini walk down the runway modeling her outfit. I immediately pulled out my card and bought the set in Black Caviar. Her positive attitude and great customer service was so very helpful and appreciated.

I've wasted so much money with savage fenty bras, I even became a vip member. I am canceling my subscription today. This company does not know womens bra sizes at all, I have ordered numerous sizes and nothing fits. I tried to give them a chance since everything is so cute but they need to seriously fix this, Also stop assuming everyone who wears a ddd or g cup is FAT, My band Size is 34, but my cup is G. But their G cups start at 38! They do not cater to all sizes and proportions like they claim!
I gave it two stars because my first order went smoothly. I placed an order again and still haven't received it. I reached out to both Savage X Fenty and Lasership and both companies give me different delivery dates and information each time I call or speak to someone. My tracking information hasn't been updated since I got my notification it was shipped. Each person tells me to give it another week to see if it's delivered. I ordered it at the beginning of March and now I'm being told to give it until the last day of March. I asked to cancel my subscription. He refused. Said he was unable to do that. I told him I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't do that either. I asked why hasn't my tracking information been updated. He said "it has it's still the facility 9 hours away from you. So, it should be there in a couple days." I said where is this facility you're referring to? It was the same facility it had been at since he shipped 2 weeks ago. I asked why did he try to give me false information. He said "it's not false you don't have access to this information like I do." I asked why the customer wouldn't have access to its tracking information. He told me it was the company's policy.
I have since went to their website to cancel my subscription and will be contacting my bank in regards to the payment. This is by far the worse online experience in my history or online shopping. I honestly expected so much more than this from a company Rihanna started.
Their stuff is cute but for a company that is lauded as a "size inclusive" brand to offer absolutely no sizes over DDD is ridiculous. I'm not a particularly large person but their DDD has me spilling out all over the place. I hate to think that I would need to lose weight in order to fit into their biggest cup size and I cannot go up another band size. If they're going to advertise as size inclusive, they need to actually be size inclusive.
The VIP program is setup to screw you. Everything about this site and program is scammy. Here's tip number 1 - anything on sale is not eligible for a refund OR EXCHANGE. Um... yeah. That is not clearly stated when you buy the item. It is in the return policy, but this is just one example of their scam. It's highly unusual for a sale item to be non-refundable for any reason. Clearance items, yes - but sale? So why would you check? Come on. Shop or skip within the month, or you get charged, right? NO Shop or skip within a 5 day period, not 30 day period as you would expect. NOTHING is as you would expect or as you have experienced with similar programs. Assume NOTHING! Check for a scam at every corner, from every angle because if there is one, they've built it in there. Now to the clothes - some are super cool. Bra bands are often scratchy and uncomfortable. Sizing is extremely inconsistent - even within the same style. So being able to return something is key. You have to buy things at full price always, or you can't return them. This renders the VIP "deals" useless because everything is way marked up. I asked for a refund but was only given store credit. So now I have to buy more crap from these scammers or lose my money entirely. So disappointed that Rhianna would put her name on this and basically scam her fans.
I ordered 4 bras and the only one that fit was a bralette so it was stretchy. The other three regular bras were ill-fitting and unflattering but or course that might be due to my personal anatomy and maybe I got the wrong sizes (even though I purchased my regular sizes) so I did an exchange for three of the bras in different sizes just to see and all of them were just not flattering or comfortable as the reviews on site would make you think! So I returned the exchanges on Feb 16th and it's currently March 7 and the package hasn't even arrived to the warehouse I guess? I don't know how far the processing warehouse is for the package shipping to take so long to even get there. I checked the tracking and it has been bouncing around different parts of California, the a few stops in Nevada, and back in California for the past 2 business weeks. It doesn't give me an estimated delivery time either so not only am I still waiting on the package to be delivered to the designated warehouse but I still will have to wait for them to process it and then wait for the refund afterwards. I only shop online and so I'm pretty patient but it's disappointing and concerning how long it takes to even get a return processed.

We had high hopes for this site but it absolutely was horrible. We ordered an item and no confirmation email was sent to us. When we reached out almost a week later we were informed that we should have received it and an email will be sent out 24th after which did not make sense. We asked is the customer rep could send it now but they responded with our system is currently experiencing backlog (for emails?! Seriously that's stupid). Furthermore we found out that although it a been a whole week our parcel wasn't shipped yet. We asked why and we were told that they had a back log and it took 3-4 days to get the package ready and then about 10 days to ship out. We finally did receive the package but he kicker? It was thrown onto our neighbour's driveway and the package was horribly mangled. Like seriously?! We spend a good amount of money and hoped that our package would be handled with care and not thrown on a driveway. Very disappointed with this site and will not be shopping here again. The brand name isn't worth the $#*!ty service.

While I wanted to give the product as a gift - the delivery date has come and gone and is now in limbo. I can appreciate wanting to use alternate shipping services but let us be real at what cost? That being said whenever I receive this product it will be my last time shopping with Savage X Fenty until they figure out their shipping options. Sorry, this is a bad reflection on you team Fenty.
This is the worst company i have EVER dealt with. It takes over a week to even START getting tracking information, AFTER waiting daysss for the items to even ship in the first place. They KEEP changing the delivery date... And pushing it back EVERYDAY. And every tracking update is saying my package has been in the same state for 3-4 f*****king days 4 hours away from me. I will NEVER order from this trash a*** cheap a*** unprofessional a** store again. I STILL havent Received my order

I dont even want to give it a one star review. I purchased my products and signed up for their vip membership... huge mistake. I got my products and the first time i went to wear them it ripped and the metal clasps broke. I even ordered a size bigger just to be safe. I immediately called and got someone in customer service (no name was given). She proceeded to tell me there was no return policy even though it is clearly written in fine print. Maybe she was upset because I was upset but as i work in customer service myself I know how to treat a customer and just because you were having a bad day doesn't give you the right to mess with someone else. I then told her I wanted my membership canceled and she told me that it was done and I should receive confirmation. I never did. Then a month later here I am getting charged for a "member credit" I then tried to contact customer service again and it didn't matter if I chose chat or phone, as soon as I mention refund I got "disconnected". I tried again today and got a chat to actually talk to me. He/she proceeds to try to sell me on keeping said membership, I kept telling them i did not want this and i wanted confirmation. They told me it has been canceled and i should be getting an email and if there was anything else i needed. I sent my response asking about how to get refunded for this credit and they just ignore me. I sent 3 more messages with no response. Still have not received my canceled confirmation email. I ended the chat and filed my dispute. This company is only out to get your money. And they have no customer service what so ever unless they are getting a sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHEAP AND EXPENSIVE!
In their vip thing i tried to skip a month of vip payment and still ended up getting charged the $49.95 after it told me since i skipped i wouldn't be charged this month.
I ordered twice from this company and since then they signed me up for a membership I called last August because they took $50 out of my account they did replace it but then after that they continue to take $50 out every month and when I called they kept hanging up on me I'm still waiting on a refund! And they still continuously hang up! Watch your bank accounts dealing with these people it's not safe to put your credit card number in with them
Nov 2021 order still listed as "in transit", never arrived, it's now Feb 2022, live chat listed as 24 hrs but is closed, called the # listed & got hung up on, called back & cancelled membership.
After years of purchasing online, I've never had an experience like this. Its been over two weeks and I don't have my package. It says that Fedex delivered it and now Im going back and forth between Fedex and Savage because no one knows what happened to my package. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered here. Please if you read this, don't order from this website, it is the worst I've ever dealt with, and I do like 90 percent of my shopping online.
UPDATE: 2/19/22 After a month of filing claims with Fedex, Savage then sent me another package, and it was sent by Newgistics. I finally ended up getting my package. Still do not recommend!
Answer: SCAM SCAM SCAM! THERE A FEW COMPANIES UNDER THE SAVAGE X FENTY brand. They offer no corporate name, number, address and they will literally hang up when you catch them in a lie. Example: I was told my first order was sent in 2 packages and they are in transit. I said that's a lie because I received my package 3 days ago all in one package. I asked what did they send in the first package and they couldn't tell me which items or even how many items they sent out. They said I was blacklisted and I've only became their new member since 10/25/20. I've only made 2 purchases, didn't receive my items and then you blacklist me? They have over $500 of my money and I have no product. I call "corporate" number and they give you 2 options that will hang up on you either option you choose. It's these small little companies under the brand name like JustFab and Lavender Lingerie and Textile; probably even more companies I'm not sure. But it makes Rihanna's brand look very very bad, untrustworthy and deceitful. Look at their BBB reviews someone rights a review almost everyday about how they got scammed! This is crazy!
