I ordered a robe on 12/17 with expedited shipping to be delivered before Christmas. LaserShip emailed and said they had an issue. I tried contacting them with no response. Then all of a sudden the tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. I contacted Savage and they reordered I asked for a different shipping company and they told me they don't have control over that. The second package was also marked delivered and was never received. The shipping company LaserShip they use is HORRIBLE. Now I'm trying to get a refund and they constantly tell me they need to "escalate" this. I have spoken to at least 7 reps and a supervisor and still no refund. I have confirmed that it is a private house and not an apartment or commercial building every time I call. It should not be this hard to get my money back on an item that wasn't delivered. This is a horrible first experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
Placed my order on Thurs. Paid for express delivery. It is now wed it was being delivered on Mon. Mon night I call there is a hold on my package. Nobody at Lasership knows what is going on. Trying to get this sorted out now. As a first time customer a bad first impression makes it hard to order from here again. They really need to change the shipping company.
The VIP Xtra membership is £49.95 a month, however, if you pay this, you can only use it on an extremely small amount of products. Everytime I checkout, it takes the money from my bank account instead of the membership money. This is a total scam. Please do not sign up for the membership
I purchased the Military olive green tagged by savage onesie 12/2021. Blue fabric dye rubs off on my hands and everything I sit on, I rubbed it on copy paper and dye rubbed off. So dissatisfied, purchase with caution.
I tried ordering fenty 2 times and till this day fenty keeps cancelling my order and dont even explain the real reason why it was cancelled. I give up ordering from fenty.
I placed my order Nov 11th, 2021 enough time to get it here for Xmas. My items frm China I order came & still Nothg frm SavageX & there produce is being delivered frm Perris, Ca. I kept chkn my Tracking showing its out for Delivery & apologize for the delay due to busy season. Well I decided to call Dec 20th to chk on order. I'm told that my package was RETURNED & Nobody frm CS nor email said Nothg! I live in a private community the same Mailman for yrs. They lying they jst F*** Up & they hve nerves to charge $49.00 per month extra fir a Membership. I placed my order on November 26th or 27th. I never received any type of communication my order so I reached out to customer service and was told they only send emails when the order is shipped. I wait about a week and still had not heard anything about my order. I reached out to customer service again and was told my order was shipped via lasership and the soonest I would receive my order is 12/23/2021. I went on to tell the customer service I hope I get my package because lasership is the worst courier there is. He then stated he understands my frustration because they are also having issue with lasership and he wish they would change to a different courier. I'm pissed because the item I purchased was a gift for my friend and we were suppose to be exchanging gifts this weekend. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT A MONTH FOR PACKAGE PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Been charging me for months and months after cancelling - and after calling again, they said I had no membership, but got charged recently again. How is this allowed?
The whole business model is very scammy - they entice you with lower prices and then you need to read the fine print to realize you're being tied into a monthly payment. I wanted to return several items and they:
A) only processed the returns for 2 out of 3 items, the third has still not been refunded to me as of this date
B) only want to send refunds as credits on your fenty account - I just want my money back
Overall I've experienced very poor customer service processes - every single email that I send I need to explain from scratch the situation and send screenshots etc, as I always get a reply from someone new to the case and they never have any of the history of communications
They have great items at a good price and even cheaper when you do their VIP service that you can cancel at any time. But I ordered when everything was on a great sale (during black Friday) and I had placed my order as a gift for my fiance. They canceled my order and didn't even state why they did. I completely lost that sale price and would have to get the items at the regular price. Not so great place for getting lingerie.
Taking membership fee without full disclosure. Appalling company who are being investigated for fraud. Cancel payment with your bank as they will

Laser ship company never updates their delivery status, literally the status of my package is always the day before. It says that my package has been in Ohio for the past 5 days now. This delivery company is giving big companies a bad rap and no longer should be in business. There is no way to contact the company for updates. I will from now on check to see if the company I order from uses Lasership to deliver their products, if so I'm canceling my order. SAVAGE X FENTY STOP USING LASERSHIP!
For the past three years, I have been charged annually for a service Savage X no longer even offers. I have contacted their customer service, but they have been unsuccessful in canceling this recurring charge every time. This is beyond frustrating at this point, and I will never make a purchase from them again. The item quality is not worth how much I have paid for a non existent subscription. Don't shop here.
Never received my package or items but they sure took my money right away. After trying to call the customer service line I was rudely hung up on bc they couldn't give me an answer. I then went to the live chats option and again they ended the chat rudely without any answers. At that point I was beyond frustrated so as soon as a representative got on the phone I asked for a manager. The apparent "manager" was also no help and clueless. How can you pay for items and then lose them in your own warehouse? They couldn't help me as to how we are going to fix this or even give me my money back. They said they will have the warehouse call me back within 24 hours. I was so excited to try all these amazing outfits but now the service part of this company has ruined it for me. So now I'm out of product and money.
I ordered a couple of items a few months ago using a prepaid debit card. Took 30 days to receive the merchandise and it was wrong. I was going to exchange it but I figured that would take 2 months to do so I gave the stuff away. Because it was a prepaid card it wouldn't renew the vip, which was fine by me. Well Early November I'm scrolling my regular bank account and noticed that they had debited my visa card. So I called and asked the lady how they possibly could have gotten my card number. She put me on hold and then HUNG UP. I called back and got another lady who told me she didn't see the card number on file and didn't know how it got charged but could only offer a credit to the site. Great. So i find something and order. I have yet to receive the item. Its been sitting "supposedly " in a mailing facility in Irving texas since November 20th. This is the worst company ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
The quality of the bras and underwear are 0 the material is cheap and broke my skin out they need to invest in better quality however i love the designs but victoria secret has better material rih is a billionaire she need to invest in her garments
I love the styles and options and I also love how every body type is considered when making the gorgeous clothes but I've recently ordered and paid for next day delivery and it's now 8 days later and I haven't even received any updates and it's still waiting to be dispatched. I've been refunded the delivery charge but it's still annoying. On the plus side when you do find out how to contact people they are lovely and very helpful.
These ppl who do the customers service are really rude! And do not help you at all I can barley understand WTH they are saying and they will get mad and hang up calls they will convince you to keep membership i will not order again I've spent lot of money only to receive either wrong size or late shipping!
Made multiple mistakes with my order, when I called to see where my new package was at, they said they lost it in the mail so therefore I will not get a new package. No refund either. They put me on VIP membership when I did not ask for that, called 3 different times to get removed off that membership and every single time after the phone call ended, I had a -49.95 from SAVAGEXFENTY on my bank. No one in customer service was helpful at all. They have in total robbed me almost $300 and have yet to do anything at all about it. I've spoken to someone from customer service 5 times this week and they just keep taking money.
I ordered the men's robe and pants and they both look like satin on the video and photos and they arrived and feel soo cheap. I'm so upset as I loved the look of them. They're not at all what they look like in photos
Answer: SCAM SCAM SCAM! THERE A FEW COMPANIES UNDER THE SAVAGE X FENTY brand. They offer no corporate name, number, address and they will literally hang up when you catch them in a lie. Example: I was told my first order was sent in 2 packages and they are in transit. I said that's a lie because I received my package 3 days ago all in one package. I asked what did they send in the first package and they couldn't tell me which items or even how many items they sent out. They said I was blacklisted and I've only became their new member since 10/25/20. I've only made 2 purchases, didn't receive my items and then you blacklist me? They have over $500 of my money and I have no product. I call "corporate" number and they give you 2 options that will hang up on you either option you choose. It's these small little companies under the brand name like JustFab and Lavender Lingerie and Textile; probably even more companies I'm not sure. But it makes Rihanna's brand look very very bad, untrustworthy and deceitful. Look at their BBB reviews someone rights a review almost everyday about how they got scammed! This is crazy!
