Not what I expected

I did have a delayed package, but nothing drastic... 2 day delay. My biggest issue is the sizing... a "XS/S", cannot properly fit a person who wears XS regularly. It is all too large. Are "petite" people not part of "inclusive" anymore? I had the same issue with JustFab and had to cancel. I will try another item in a couple months from SavageXFenty and if it still comes back too large then I will discontinue my VIP Membership because so far things are not looking good.

Horrible customer service

The merchandise is good, runs small but good. Customer service on the other hand is horrible! I've gotten denied 2x because my shipping address was different than my billing... WHO CARES AS LONG AS YOU'RE GETTING YOUR MONEY! WHY ASK FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS IF IT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING?!?!?! I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FROM OTHER COMPANIES. THIS IS NOT FRAUD, Y'ALL DIDN'T EVEN GOVE ME A CHANCE TO PAY YOU OR NOT TO PAY YOU SMH, TALKIN AVOUT FRAUD! I can not talk to anybody, all they keep saying is the back office this and the back office that, 48-72 hours to hear a response well it's been 3 weeks and I'm about ready to cancel. And I know 1 person doesn't make a difference but it's still bad customer service for a reason of a different shipping address. Oh and did I mention. I have gotten lied to through out this whole experience! I hope you all get it together soon.

I forgot to skip a month of subscription since I never used my credits from last month. They refused to give me a refund. I tried to ask about where I can give feedback on this issue and the person who was helping me ended the chat! I continued to contact 2 other agents and both of them ended the chat when I tried to ask about feedback! I even called into the mobile line and they put me on hold and never got to me in line. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and not even given the opportunity to express my concerns! I will never be buying from SavageXfenty again. I hope that one month subscription was worth losing all the future business I would have brought in. This feels like a very cheap and stingy way to do business.

Horrible 1st time experience

For my first time shopping on Fenty x I was excited. But the day it was supposed to arrive it got delayed three times and is still in transit. Been following the package and it's been sitting in a warehouse not too far from me. I tried to explain to customer service and got cut off and just keep repeating the company guidelines. I then asked twice just a simple question as to see if it's normal for a package to sit for days in a warehouse. Was cut off again and repeated himself to where I gave up said okay and he hung up.

I ordered three times from this site and only received one item. Luckily most of the items were never shipped so I was not charged for them but I was super disappointed. The items are also overpriced. I will most likely never be ordering from here again and will not be recommending this to anyone. Customer service is also useless, just about the worst website experience I have ever had.

Even though I love the styles, patterns, and the number of options they did not have my correct cup size for a year making their "inclusivity" only to standard A-D, maybe a DD on some but it was not always available. Their size guide has not been updated for their new sizes making it an unknown territory on the site. The clothing smells and feels of swimsuit material and shrinks when washed which for having such a high price point I would expect higher grade materials to be used across the site not just on the bras and underwear. The membership isn't good one unless you are able to spend $50 once a month for "VIP discounts, promotions, and credits". Credit use is limited to $49ish dollars and free shipping isn't applied across the site with a membership like promoted when advertised. The VIP discounts only discount high-priced items, even though I feel as if they should be site-wide, and it does lead you to think it is actually site-wide. For such a large amount of money, you spend on the membership, item(s), and possibly shipping it racks up your monthly bill. In order to cancel I was prompted that I would have to call in order to cancel my membership in very fine print at the beginning of last year, if they offered a button press cancel that would help HOH individuals and not force them to find a translator or hope there is a better way. Finding the information itself is very hard to find. I will say when I had to call and get my shipping address changed customer service was excellent. I simply had to call, ask to speak to a representative, got added to the call back list, and within 10-20 minutes, I was called back with the issue fixed in 3 minutes. That however does not at all help the other issues I have with the site's misleading information and membership issues. I intend to find a way to spend the credits but with the amount I have collected after a year, I don't think I will be able to get through it very quickly with the almost $50 cap. I strongly don't recommend buying the membership nor the clothing and to look at different reviews on both the site and youtube videos in order to make a purchase you feel truly comfortable with due to the high price point.

I see now that I am not the only one with a shipping issue. Their site does say 5-9 business days for regular shipping but they're not responsible for the third party shippers? I've ordered twice on two different dates, my first package, November 27th, was supposed to be here last week and it's been exactly two weeks since I've ordered. My second package, December 3rd, got an estimated delivery time (which will probably not be my delivery date) faster than my first did. I'm very excited for these products but seeing how Rihanna didn't put much thought/effort/communication into this portion of her business unless you're an ambassador is really embarrassing and disappointing on her part...

Worst Service.

I have ordered from this site twice and have had delayed shipping both times. It states on their website "Normally, orders can take up to 2 business days to ship." then orders should arrive within 5-7 days in the US. My packages did not arrive for over a month and customer service does not care. You will get hung up on and put on hold constantly. Also, a horrible return process.

I fell for the "membership" with the promise of beautiful pieces for less and for plus size girls. Well, I have received some of the items. The shipping time is HORRIBLE. The product was pretty good not bad, I did receive some pretty pieces. Sizing was on point. The problem is they can send me an email with a new item in my size, I go directly to the site and they are sold out, - EVERY TIME! Did they ever have it? Why as a member who is wasting no time getting over there am I just out of luck? These are the master questions of the universe. So I do NOT recommend it for plus size ladies at all. I believe I can cancel this membership deal, I just have to call. I "skip" each month and the website if very easy to access this feature but I really don't want to have to remember to skip every month. So I will be cancelling but maybe check them out once or twice in the future. Also, if you are looking for your item in less than a month, GOOD LUCK!

I was lured on to the this subscription service due to the rollover membership credit of 50$.
EXCEPT that those credits aren't eligible to be used on with on sale items. Resist prices for lingerie are usually over 50$ a piece.
You have to remember to cancel your subscription for the month within the first 5 days or you'll get charged. To cancel it you need to talk to customer service on the phone.
The first time I ordered my bras, they were too small to even fit. And the return was beyond complicated so I gifted the lingerie to my sister.
Second time i sized up 2x, as instructed by an ambassador. Quality was okay but not what I expected.

I ordered about a month ago, and the shipping information was sent to my city 8 days later, and the package was supposed to arrive 3 days after that. It's been a month and still no package. There has also been no shopping updates. I called customer service last week and she told me Monday and it is now Friday, still no updates. I understand that there are delays, but this is a massive one. It would be fine if I actually got updates and expected delivery dates but there is nothing. I'm not even excited anymore, just frustrated especially because this is my first purchase with them.

I loved shopping on this site because of the diversity I saw- in size and skin tone. As always, the Fenty line delivers in style and delivery. When it comes to the products I ordered, the sizes were spot on, the fit marvelous, and the designs were unique. I love how often the face of the site is updated as well. I did not like that there was so much plastic in the shipping, and the bag was torn when it got to me. Nothing was damaged luckily. I love the items I purchased, and will continue my subscription even though it is not my favorite method to have the auto draw with no text alert for opting out.

It's a shame I can't give 0 stars because I would. The products I did purchase were the cheapest garbage I've ever recieved in my life. It's beyond over priced and worse quality than Victoria's secret. Tried on 3 separate occasions to have my membership cancelled. The second time I had to contact them the woman was incredibly rude to me. She eventually refunded me but she never cancelled my membership. I clearly stated I wanted to be refunded AND cancelled multiple times through out the chat. Eventually she refunded me and immediately asked if I needed anything else and left the chat before I could get screenshots. If you purchase, good luck getting your membership cancelled.

Not all I thought to be.

So, I am a big busted woman (42 DD) and I started the promotion they had. I ordered two bras, one in black and one in brown. Beautiful bras. I tried on the brown one and it fits perfectly. But when I tried on the black one, it fits but the wiring on the side of the bra sticks me. So I have had the bras for about four months and both bras are tore. The black one middle straps have unattached itself and the brown bra, the seam is almost gone, showing inside the cup. All I wanted to do was get a nice bra for the tata's and I'm guessing, I will have to stick to other place.

I made an order but I decided I didn't want the items anymore. I also became a member because of my order but I did not know of the monthly fees. I talked to someone on a live chat to cancel my order. The entire time the person tried to convince me to keep my membership. I understand why they would do that but it took me almost 10 minutes for them to comply and cancel both my membership and my order. I most likely will not shop there again. If you do decide to shop there, make sure you know what the membership entails and that you actually want what you ordered. I give this a 3 because the service was not as bad as others have experienced but it could have been better.

I have currently been working for 3 months on generating a return label for the items in my order that did not fit right.
(1) the website process that takes you throuhg generating a return label did not work and directed me to call customer service
(2) Phone customer service took me through the process of resending me the return label which I did not receive. They then went on "escalating" my issue since the "system" would not send the email including the return label since my email account was somehow blocked in this "system." I'm not sure what system would block a generic gmail account and how no one else has had this issue, but anyways, I complied since there was no other option. They said it would take a couple days. No reply.
(3) I reached out via FB messenger (very convenient feature) and customer service again took me through generating a return label. Again, it did not work. Again, they escalated the issue. Again, no follow-up.

Summary: Buy off Savage X only if you are not planning to return any items. Their customer service logistics and system are terrible and more and more I believe there isn't a managing team. Service reps are great but clearly whoever the "escalation" is dirt.
