I'm approximately a size 10 and ordered $50 worth of clothes in size L and XL. They came in and fit a XS to S. It was absurd. Plus it's impossible to return the clothes. And they were super cheap, with one sleeve longer than the other sleeve. Don't bother ordering from them. You'll waste your money.

If you believe the reviewers: "Ursula A.", "Eileen F.", "Flora D.", and "Clairery W." etc, you should considered yourself scammed on this website by sheinside, too. If you read the "about me" on the website, sheinside.com, all of their grammar and comma placement is exactly like these "user's" poorly structured sentences here as well. And notice how they all have a first name with simply an initial for their last name. Obviously some inside work going on. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I promise it is a scam. They are stupid enough to post on almost every website review site. Stupid, stupid people. It's amazing the extent some will go to when money is involved.

It's true--this isn't a good site. Unfortunately, I agree with the rest of the commentors. Although this site has cute clothes, they're extremely low quality, the customer service is non-existent, and EVERYTHING takes an eternity to get down. Super disappointed. There are better sites with Asian clothes out there.

Ok, fellow shoppers. Stay far, far away from this company. Order took six weeks to arrive, arrived with absolutely no tags or paperwork. The size was much smaller than listed on the site. I sent an email to request a return address and have never heard back. And after reading the posts here, I don't expect to!
Take a look at the language in the positive reviews on here. You will notice very quickly that they're not written by native English speakers. Lines like "all my friends make good comment on the dress". Clearly the company is placing these positive reviews to counter the reviews from their actual, unhappy customers.
Buyer beware on this one!

I ordered a blazer on sheinside.com a few weeks ago, my order arrived just a few days ago. I was a bit surprised with the order because it looked better than what I thought because it was so cheap.
Friendly customer service and great sweaters.
I ordered four sweaters and received them in about 3 week. Having worn with the sweaters all winter I am extremely satisfied and could not be happier.
I love SHEINSIDE i never had problems with them, delivery is always on time! The quality of the clothes is good compared to the prices!

Ordered a denim jacket which was not the measurements described in the listing. They would give me my money back but not pay the shipping from UK to USA. As the listing had been inaccurate I expected a full refund. They didn't reply to my emails after a while. The customer service people did not speak English well so it made it really difficult to communicate. I would never order from there again.

I bought a lovely red dress for my beautiful daughter. I had actually meant it has a birthday gift.it really makes her more cute. I have to thank sheinside for timely delivery and proper dress quality.
I must say i have a very different opinion with those who view this store negatively. I have bought three dresses from this store and i had a smooth buying and had an opportunity to interact with the amazing staff at sheinside. I would surely buy from tbdress again and again
I have ordered many dresses from sheinside.com and have always been satisfied. Either all these horrible reviews were paid to write bad reviews or people are way too picky.
Sheinside is my favorite online store. It's almost a year i started buying there, and i always gratefull with the quality and the godd information it has about each item
Best online shopping experience ever. I ordered a floral print sweater and cartoon print sweatshirt on sheinside.com. I was so worried ordering online and kept thinking it would never arrive. But the package arrived on time, the cloths were the same as the website described.
I loved the clothes on this website and I ordered a really cool dress but after 9 days it still hadn't even shipped. When I contacted the online help chat window, the woman just told me to be patient and that she could not give me a day or time when I would get my dress. So, I just canceled the order. It was a lot of unnecessary aggravation in my opinion.

"I ordered three packages totalling over $150 because my daughters were in love with the clothes.
All ordered well before Christmas, and not one arrived until the beginning of January. I estimate it took 5 weeks. In addition, items only mailed after I inquired as to why they hadn't shipped yet, but money taken immediately out of my account.
The one containing the most expensive items has gone missing. (funny that)
The tracking numbers supplied have never worked, and to make things worse, each time I ask for a tracking number, I am given a different site to track things from. And the tracking numbers change with each email. The supplied tracking numbers have still yet to work on any of the sites I get sent to. I strongly suspect that the emails are automated and that there are no real people dealing with complaints.
I will also strongly suggest that the 5 star reviews on here are planted by Sheinside.com.
Quality is ok - given the fact that it's cheap discount clothing designed to appeal to teens.
Given the amount of stress I've gone through trying to track down missing/non shipped orders - I will never order from here again.
**UPDATE***
After opening a dispute with PayPal and numerous email exchanges where Sheinside told me to cancel the dispute and upgrade this review BEFORE they resent the items and issued me a refund for an out of stock item --- they finally refunded me in full.
I think refusing to resend items, issuing faulty tracking numbers and holding my refund hostage unless I changed this review is dreadful customer service. However, I DID finally get my money, so have an extra star. As promised, I've upgraded my review. Thank you PayPal."

I won one coat from sheinside free trail.The quality of clothes are good. There is no shipping cost so that's great. I love the designs and constant updates.
Their clothes are very good quality, i had ordered one cable knit sweater and a cartoon print sweatshirt, color were same as the picture. But delivery took longer than i thought.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
