I really love everything that Sheinside has. They're clothes are so cute and I'm absolutely in love with my sweater. It's really comfortable and soft. The price is probably just right, not to expensive not too pricey.
SO MAD! After over a month I contacted customer service twice to figure out where my item was. Their tracking number for USPS didn't work and no one had a record for my package. Then suddenly it appears at my door a few days after my last angry email and what do you know?!?! IT DOESN'T FIT ACCORDING TO MEASURES. I am between a size 8 and 10 in Misses clothing and ordered an XL wool coat, according to their measurements it should fit but the waist is too small by at least 6" HORRIBLE. I will never order from them again. My friends who have ordered feel the same way about the lack of customer service and slow shipping. Some love their items some hate them. Most say they will never order from SheInside.com again.
I have to say, I had a good experience with Sheinside. I ordered a collar accessory. I have no complaints regarding delivery time. The item was as described and I am happy with the quality. I can not understand a lot of people have had a hard time with this company, my first experience was good. I will purchase from them again.
I ordered sweaters and blouses on sheinside, received them after fifteen days, they were the same as in the picture.The size was suitable for me.
You know I’ve read the reviews for this site from others and I can honestly say that I DID NOT have the same experience. I ordered 3 items from Sheinside– two sweaters and a coat. They came neatly packaged and were exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I had expected. And they all fit perfectly, I used the size chart provided and my exact measurements during ordering to prevent having any issues. I would definitely order from them again.
I absolutely love the two dresses I bought. They fit perfectly and look amazing. I also bought a sweater that's absolutely adorable. Great service and great items.

I ordered a dress for over $80 over 2 months ago. After 1 month I got a tracking number. The USPS website says that it was delivered to an address that is not mine - Sheinside customer service has been awful! Every e-mail or online chat just says that they've shipped it and to "wait patiently." I have asked for a refund multiple times - The most recent e-mail says that USPS has the addresses wrong and that I need to go to my local post office to pick up my package - which obviously, it's not there. I have filed a complaint through PayPal. DO NOT USE FEELUXURY.COM or SHEINSIDE.COM"

I will repeat what most of the other real reviews say: DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE! Please notice that most of the 5 star reviews are from people whose ONLY review is for sheinside. More than likely, they are FAKE reviews by the staff of Sheinside. Sheinside is unreliable and although the clothes are cheap, you may not receive them at all so in the end you are giving away your money and getting nothing in return. I registered for this site just because Sheinside is such an outrage that I can't believe they are getting away with what they are doing.
My situation:
The shipping took almost a month, so by the time the order had shipped I was on vacation with my family. When I returned and checked the tracking number, it said that the package had been delivered but I obviously did not receive it, and my neighbors had not seen it. I then contacted the post office and the post office said that the package was not there. Sheinside does not have signature confirmation even though they take a ridiculously long time shipping (~1 month) and they ship overseas, so your package can be lost at any time and if the package actually arrives it can just be dumped at your door without a signature so that it can be stolen. In addition, customer service at Sheinside is unhelpful and refused to resend the items or give me a refund. They basically kept repeating that it was the fault of the post office, no matter what I said to them. It was like they did not or just chose not to understand what I was saying. IF THERE IS NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, THE POST OFFICE IS ALLOWED TO PUT THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR SO THE POST OFFICE IS NOT AT FAULT! A responsible sender needs to ensure that the package is delivered in a SECURE manner, especially if it comes from overseas!
I have paid ~$100 to Sheinside for a package that has somehow been lost or stolen because of an unreliable shipping method THAT THE SENDER HAS CHOSEN and the sender refuses take responsibility for it or correct it in any way. Basically, this means that I have given $100 away and waited for a MONTH on my order and I have gotten nothing for it. Order at your OWN risk, because once you order, REGARDLESS of whether you receive your item or not, your money is theirs forever.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Daughter want a sweater from them, payment take immediately and email came in minutes later that item being processed. A day later I received an email that the item has shipped with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number a few days later and much to my surprise item had no tracking information. I keep checking tracking and still nothing. I contacted via email as there is no phone number.(which ticks me off to no end). They gave me a new tracking number and that doesn't exsist as well. I don't know if I will ever get my shipment AND/OR a refund. I'm Super P*ssed

I ordered a sweater from SheInside about a month ago (mid-November 2013). When it was shipped about 3 weeks later, they did not put my suite number on the package so the mailman would not deliver it to my office building where there are many offices. Within about 2 days, the package was mailed BACK to SheInSide befopre I had a chance to go to my local; post office to retrieve it. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have been in touch with SheInSide via email and they are supposedly sending me another one, but I cannot track it using their order number and the CHAT link on the website goes links to nothing. I finally went on the Internet today to see if the company is a scam, and now I see all these comments! It's a WONDER they are still in business. There are so many start-up companies out there trying to compete and make a living, and then you have a company like SheInSide that apparently has a a strong following despite the fact that they operate worse than a 4-H Club. UNBELIEVABLE!

I bought two dresses from them. Waited 12 days. My Sheinside account said they were delivered - I never received them. I contacted Sheinside's "live" chat and after 41 minutes, someone responded telling me that my order was shipped. That's it. Order at your own risk. That was my first time ordering something and I never received it, never got a refund. Nothing.

Okay - about the shipping, PAY ATTENTION. READ. On every listing they show the shipping options, and they clearly state that the free shipping option takes around 25 days to be delivered after their 5-7 day processing time. And yeah, it's free, so that's understandable. I paid an extra seven dollars and my order arrived in under two weeks. If you're going to cut corners to save a couple bucks on shipping, then of COURSE it's going to take a long time. It's free and coming from across the globe!
As for the quality, I've never had a problem with SheInside. I've purchased seven items from their website and I've always been pretty satisfies. I feel that half of these reviews are just coming from people who don't read the listing and are surprised when something is made from nylon or polyester.
They also have very responsive customer service. I wanted to change my shipping option after purchasing an item, and their online help chat had the issue fixed in less than three minutes.
My only beef is the lack of sizing beyond a 35" bust size. It's pretty hard to find someone that's "Plus sized" since it's a Chinese company.
This online company is AWFUL! I placed an order and paid for express shipping 3-5 business days to ensure I would have the dress I ordered on time for an event. When I received the confirmation email stating that it would take 7-10 business days to process the order I contacted them through their online help chat to find out the approximate date I would receive the dress. They told me even though I paid for express shipping, due to it being the holiday season shipping would still be the normal 7-10 business days after the 7-10 business day processing time. RIDICULOUS! Why did I pay $16.00 extra for express shipping then and why wasn't that explained to me when given the shipping options. I told them to cancel my order and they stated they would refund my money to the card used within 1-3 business days. It has now been 8 business days and I still have not received the refund to my account. I've emailed and chatted with them and they claim it has already been refunded and there is nothing more they can do. I'm absolutely taken back by the lack of communication and customer service by this company. I will NEVER order from them again and would hope that others don't give them any business. In today's market there is no reason to accept such poor customer service when there are so many other companies who strive to provide for their customers. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.

It took them 2 weeks to notify me that 1 item of my order "needs to custom-made by their factory" because it was their "best-seller" and the shipping wouldn't be for another month. Told them to cancel the entire order, then they pulled the stall tactic for another week (whether I meant the entire order or just that item). Then finally said it would take another 5 days until the refund. Seriously? 1? They weren't this slow taking the money.

Please don't be mistaked by this glamorous site, you will be sooo disappointed!
I' ve read a couple of good reviews about them and though they were pretty cool and how WRONG was I.
First, you should know I am still waiting on my order! No as you might understand it's now been at least 40 days since I have placed it on their site. The most outraging part is the costumer service is horrendous, really. They have an Online help with a sales person where you will never get any other answer except:" this is your tracking number and here's a link where you can track it please wait patiently". They wouldn't give me a normal status update on my package. I have written to them saying please answer and received the exact same answer, when I ask for a refund saying I am extremelly unhappy about the shipping commitment being a lie! They didn't bother to even reply. Havn't heard from anyone since. No money, no clothes... I feel like I have been robbed and I won't ever order from them again!
A friend of mine ordered from them some time ago and waited ages for the package to arrive.
I just hope you won't be fooled as I was, the point of this review is absolutely to make sure you know the truth about SHEINSIDE.

My experience was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about this site and how long it took for people to get their products, but I got my sweater and headband in 3 weeks and they are exactly what was pictured. People need to understand the stuff is made in China, so it may take awhile to recieve. I will definetly buy from them again!
I was terrified looking at the negative reviews here. But now I am happy when I got the delivery of the dress. The dress was awesome and perfect, I never can ask more from them. I recommend them to others.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
