Even though the package had arrived, the arrival indication was not reflected on the control panel even after a week.
I'd like to check the parcel, but the shipping company says it was delivered elsewhere.
A few hours after that contact, I received a message saying that the parcel had arrived.
Next, I arranged for shipping.
I got a zip code error.
The system was not able to handle delivery to countries without a zip code.
As a result, I had to issue support tickets many times.
It was very annoying, so please try to improve it.
I've been using Shipito for several years and they were excellent. However, recently things have changed drastically. Charges and fees have increased which I do understand but unfortunately they also apply changes where they shouldn't just to have you pay more than required.
For example, I requested consolidation of several packages to be shipped to my country. I paid the required fees and they did the consolidation. I then paid for the consolidated packages to be shipped. Now, they cancelled the shipment and said that 2 of the items can't be shipped because they contain loose battery. I was surprised because both items have their batteries built into the product which is as per IATA requirements. I spoke to the customer service to explain that these products are eligible to be ship by air but they insisted that there is no way to ship these products by air. My only solution was to split the main package and remove the 2 problematic items (problematic according to them). This means that I had to pay them to split the package. Another surprise for me - when the package was split, the main one which is now lighter in weight is costing more that it was before removing the 2 products. Still, I paid for it and it was finally shipped.
Now, the second package with the 2 products (problematic items according to them) was still in warehouse and they do not agree to ship it to another freight forwarder. I therefore make another request for this one to be shipped... And you know what - they shipped it without any issue! But the thing is - I paid another $73 for this shipment (excluding the split fees etc...). They fooled me so that I spent another $80 something when the products were eligible to be shipped in the very same package. They are just looking for all stupid excuses to steal your money!
I will never recommend or use Shipito services again! NEVER!
Fantastic. Gotta admit I was skeptical at first but it worked out like a charm. Got my package faster then any other package I hace recieved from USA before.
Take out insurance before using this service. Stole most of my items posting only some lesser valued items. Then disgusting customer service. No expression of interest in an explanation or apologies.

My experience with shipito is the worst, I signed up and tried to use their service. Guess what I lost an item that worth over 200$. Contacted customer service several times but they kept on saying I should contact the local shipping company make a claim. I gave up. I will never ever use their service and won't recommend it to anyone.

Do your research & check the reviews - there are a LOT of unhappy victims of these scammers.
They will pretend to never receive your items and keep them. Do not use they are scammers and are also extremely rude when you contact them.

It seems that this company is going downhill. They keep raising fees without improving service or give any legitimate reasons.
In addition, the packing and shipping rates leave a lot to be desired. They will pack your things seperately even if you ask for custom sized boxes. So you will have to pay shipping and fees twice.
Shipito's customer service is absolutely atrocious. My order ended up costing 3x as much as expected (based on their calculator). Their customer service essentially told me "sorry but there's nothing they can do". I used to like this service but it's gotten way too expensive and anytime you have to contact support, they are extremely rude.
What a joke. They ask for 2 forms of ID and statements to prove you paid for the item just to return the items. Never seen a freight forwarder make things so difficult. They also charge excessive amount for even the littlest things, an average of $26+ and they only use UPS. They definitely charge more and most likely profit because UPS labels for 1 lb cost $12, not $26. Nice try. I recommend using different freight forwarders in the tax free region, such as Reship. They never make you go through ID verification for a petty return. This is not some bs review, trust me you will save more money and headaches going with different freight forwarders. I wouldn't be writing this for no reason, i wish this company goes bankrupt. Cunning individuals taking advantage of their excessive shipping costs.
Shipito is a very deceptive company. They claim they provide 45days free storage for premium plans but that is a lie. Any item received before and after your premium subscription still gets charged $1/day. You cannot ship items with other couriers except they mail it with their slow country post office service which they charge $52-$57 for minimum weight even if its 0.1 pounds! With time shipito will fail using these strange policies. I still have an item stuck just 0.3pounds and i have to use $57 to ship it according to shipito. A very mean and fraudlent company. Stay away you are already warned! Dont learn the hard way.
Shipito is very punctual and prompt intermediary. I received my parcels on time, all items was safe packed and in great condition, all my requests were exactly fulfilled.
I submitted a shipment request on 1/14. Shipito confirmed via their website and an email that the item would ship shortly. They then waited to ship the item until after my storage had expired, then waited 10 days to notify me of the delay, then attempted to extort another $20 for storage fees. I really wish I'd read more reviews about this company before working with them.
Very bad experience with their services. They would cancel your ship out request without notifying you, then charge you extended storage fee, and push the responsibility to you for not checking in to see if the shipment has been successfully sent out, as you should not trust them.
I was using this service and it was going well. All of sudden when I got my stuff ready to ship, they held my account for security review. Upon their request, I provided my proof of IDs and verified my card. They are blind on this. I got no reply from them. They removed chat option from their website and not answering any calls. I have already paid them the shipping and consolidation charges. Got no emails from them.
Writing this post as a warning to others considering using Shipito's service - make sure you check the rates of competitors first and be prepared to pay INSANELY high amounts for shipping based on "dimensional weight" (how physically big it is), as opposed to the packages actual weight.
When I was recently quoted ~$400 USD by Shipito to get my 8kg box from America to Australia, I almost fell off my chair. I then researched competitors like myUS, who I found have a drastically lower fee structure for shipping parcels with larger dimensions, as they disregard the dimensions up to a certain point and simply charge based on weight alone. For my parcel, they instead quoted me ~$150 USD, less than half as much as Shipito for the exact same DHL Express shipping service. Of course, Shipito will not allow me to pay to have my package sent to myUS for forwarding to Australia because apparently it is against their T&Cs for some reason... so now my package is now being held ransom at their warehouse until I pay the exorbitant $400USD to ship it out of the country.
Admittedly I should have done a bit more research before using Shipito, but I will take this as an expensive lesson. Despite reaching out to support, they haven't really been able to offer any sort of compromise/price match/discount as a show of good faith and suffice to say, I will never be using their services again. Do not believe them when they say they "offer the best competitive prices" - this is either incredibly circumstantial or just an outright lie.
I use Shipito to buy online and then consolidate and ship to KSA. They provide great and swift service. I havent compared them with Stackry or MyUS.com. I think all 3 are good.
Trash service that is far too expensive for the complete lack of service, communication, and functionality. The website simply does not work and i can only make one payment per day that actually goes through - all others fail. So if you have multiple packages waiting to ship, good luck paying for them! I know it's the shipito site, too, since i use paypal and the payments go through just fine on that side (and even generate the automated "you've authorized a payment to..." emails) but then shipito throws an error and refuses payment. It's f-cking ridiculous and wayyyyy over priced. Do not use shipito, just have a friend collect the items and send, give them your money instead.
Do not use shipito. The costs are super high for small parcels. My expected delivery date has come and gone, my tracking information hasn't been updated in over a week and their ticket system, as other reviews have mentioned, is nonsense. No one has gotten back to me. I've paid $60 for absolutely nothing and there is no way to get help from customer service. I guess I'm just out the money.
