They sent me a pair of shoes that were damaged. When I went to return they wouldn't cover return shipping for the damaged product! The policy on the website clearly states they will cover return shipping on damaged products- but when you submit for a return they never send you a label. When you request a label they never send it.
Customer service Reps then claimed the policy is free returns over $50, but it clearly says Free Returns for damaged product right on the website. I ended up paying for the return shipping which cost about $8. So I'm out money for receiving messed up items in the first place.

Wheres my package!

Ordered the shoes and had to call to retrieve my shipping conversation. After I called I received a screenshot of my shipping information which raised suspicion. When I checked my tracking yesterday, the tracking information said the package had been delivered that morning. No dice. Been having a hard time trying to located my delivered package all morning... but its the wkend... and shoebacca is only available m-f... professionals are we?

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

It took three tries to get an accurate return shipping label. While struggling with the return label issue, they sent me SOMEONE ELSE'S shoes. So now I had TWO boxes I had to get back. I finally had two accurate return shipping labels but when I attempted to deposit it with Fed Ex they rejected the boxes that they had been shipped in to me as "too flimsy." So I had to head home and find another box (now the shoes are in THREE boxes) so it finally could be sent out. I am hoping that they credit my account, but I give it about a 50:50 chance of actually occurring. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ok they didn't sent the tracking info they are probably really busy. Once I emailed they sent me the info I needed, free shipping took a little over one week from the day I ordered... no biggie I found a great deal over 50%off shoes cost 150 everywhere I seen them found them here for 65. So what they don't answer the phone. Small price to pay for a great deal. I will look here first when looking for new kicks!

I purchased a pair of shoe and mistakingly I ordered two pairs. NOw I have called several Shoebacca times and my number was blocked Which means it a deliberate effort refuses my call.

I'm still expecting Shoebacca mgt response.

On Dec. 9 I ordered a pair of shoes and then again on Dec. 14 two pairs of shoes through Sears Marketplace from Shoebacca. They arrived in timely fashion but none of the shoes fit. Sears wasn't of any help trying to contact this company, so I had to do an online search for this company to find contact info. I sent an email for return info but got no response.In the meantime I reported the issue to the Better Business Bureau. I got a notification from BBB that Shoebacca had been notified of the claim. Finally it took me two phone calls to Shoebacca to return the three pairs of shoes. One pair came in one box and the other two came in a separate box. I had to print out the two shipping labels in order to return and make copies of the invoices to put in the return boxes. I returned all three pairs of shoes via Fedex. I have record of Shoebacca receiving all three pairs of shoes as of Jan. 11. Here it is Feb. And I am just now getting the refund credited to my account but for only two pairs of shoes. When I called the company about it, they said they only received 2 pairs of shoes back! Impossible since they had credited me for the one pair of shoes that came two pairs in the box. I got nasty with them about it, then they said they would credit me for the third pair of shoes. That remains to be seen, NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Too much of a hassle trying to make returns and get refunded properly.

Never buy from here. She was never arrived and still havent refunded my money. Customer service was Nonexistent, I got lucky that I even got to speak to somebody. The customer service representative had no clue what they were doing and kept saying that they would look into it.

There is no customer service. No one responds to your emails or voicemails. They say the returns are free but they don't provide you with a pre-paid mailing label. This is basic customer service and fall short from the very first step. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will report them to the better business bureau for their NON-SERVICE.

This site is a joke I ordered timberland boots only to receive a refund 5 days later with no reason.
I assume they were not in stock but atleast take them off the site or give a reason for the refund.
Just by the silly name of this company I should of known what I was dealing with

Not anymore!

This will be my second shoe purchase from this site, first had no issue. The 2nd shoe i bought did not fit right, i mailed the shoe back paid $11 for USPS, shoe sent was not in original box. Waited for their reply... waited... waited... called customer service, just to find out that they sent it back, because it's not in it's original box. Now cannot get a refund or exchange. Never again Shoebacca!

They came through!

I ordered some Air Jordan's for my bf 2 weeks ago and received a confirmation email that I would receive the shoes in 5 to 8 business days. I didn't get an email when the item would ship, so I was getting anxious. Glad to say that I got the shoes two days ago with no issues. Just wish that they followed up with a shipping email as they said.

Placed my order, 10 days later still no shipping info, called 4 times - no answer, finally got a hold of customer service. Item was shipped, when I received it they had sent the wrong item in the wrong size. I called again, asked them for the exchange and they said no I would have to just send it back and reorder the right item... Went onto the website, it item I had ordered is no longer available. Save yourself the headache and frustrations! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
