I have a pair of Sketchers that the Insole all started bunching up after only a few wears.

My husband just purchased 2 Pairs of Sketchers just 4 weeks ago, the insole is already causing issues!

My question is, if Sketchers ( who have apparently known about this). Still continue to use defective materials. Maybe this is a question for. Marketplace show!
I have now lost all faith in Sketchers shoes!

First time at sketcher's
July 9, 2022

My sister and I visited the sketchers in West Springfield mass. Both Nancy and Tori were very helpful and pleasant you could tell they enjoyed their job. There was a large selection, unless you had wide feet. I would recommend the store to friends and family.

Bought my first pair of Skechers Shoes on 4/9/22 for $96.06. Within the first month, the sole on both shoes started coming off. I tried contacting Sketchers customer service by email with no response. Very unhappy with my purchase and would not recommend Skechers Shoes to anyone.

I bought some composite toe work shoes, I've had them about 3 month
These are the worst work shoes I've ever bought, the sole changes after wearing, so it doesn't conform to your feet, it feels like something is stuck to your shoe and your walking on it, until you can walk the sole back into place, I think I'll need surgery on my feet to fix them after a 8 hour day of walking on these work shoes
Worst work shoes ever DO NOT BUY! These will cripple your feet

First of all they use a terrible shipping company with terrible reviews, Loomis (Overall 1 star). My shoes were delivered to the wrong city over an hour away and was even signed for by a random man. I had to reach out multiple times to not only Skechers but also Loomis before I even got a response. After many emails and 3 weeks later of providing proof of the incorrect delivery, the customer affairs representative, Brittany, continued to tell me that it was delivered to my house (regardless of my proof showing otherwise, which is literally through the tracking link THEY provided me) and that she is sorry that I cannot find my shoes. Which in my opinion is insinuating it is my fault. Anyways, I remained without a refund of my almost 200$ and my shoes for almost 2 months. After constantly pushing for my refund and threatening to open a paypal case all she was willing to do was offer to SHIP ME NEW SHOES. So she is expecting me to wait another month to POSSIBLY receive my shoes which is honestly very hard to believe as she wasn't even willing to admit it was a fault on their end or find a reason as to why it was delivered incorrectly the first time. So I am very convinced that if I don't receive my shoes the second time that I am SOL and will not get my refund. Luckily I paid through PayPal and declined their offer so I can pursue a case to receive my refund. From my experience their customer service/affairs team is very uncooperative, unfriendly, and take forever to get back to you. Just avoid this company. So many better shoe brands.

I tried for four days to get to speak with someone in customer support for an hour a day. No one ever answered! I called the Skechers store they were as lost as me... no help at all. If you believe that they will stand behind what they selll... YOU ARE A FOOL!
I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a $180 pair of golf shoes and a seam burst after only 20 rounds. The Co would not replace the shoes even though they were essentially new, and the customer service was terrible. Beware of Sketchers poor quality and even worse customer service.

They have a plain 2-year warranty. I spent over 10 dollars shipping to return a broken flip flop which happened only one year of purchase. But they refused to send me a replacement. They argued in used it too hard. The flip-flop is for people wearing not for shelving.
Now my another pair need to be replaced but I decided not buy skycher's again

Ordered 2 pair of shoes on line they sent them to the wrong address I notified them of that and they asked for my correct address I gave it to them and have not heard back from them it's been over a month plus they never credited my account.
I called there customer service line 3 times waited first time 20 minutes then 45 the 30 never answered.
Horrible customer service there is none,

Literally will fall apart
February 22, 2022

I used to jog on gravel roads with Skechers & they would last. Now I get barely 5 months of steady wear before they fall apart inside & out. Would not recommend unless you plan to hardly wear them.

I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers…
I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers work boots from their online store. These boots are specifically made for construction/standing etc. they are work boots. They lasted about 3 months, after that, whatever cushioning they advertised was gone and now they are like wearing concrete pads. I have severe back issues and these boots only made that worse as well as making me exhausted all of the time. I reached out to the customer service website and spent way too many hours gathering photos, receipts, explanations, etc. at their request only to find out that the customer service was for Sketchers in India only. So, I started the process all over again with a different Sketchers customer service website and again supplied all the same information. This time, I supplied the information many times at their request via numerous emails, only to be sent (after wasting another 3 weeks) a form letter telling me that I needed to return them to the place of purchase and that had to be within 45 days. The revelation of 45 days from purchase date was never mentioned in the 3 months that I've wasted trying to return them. So, I'm guessing that Sketchers only expects their products to perform they way they are advertised for 45 days. I would not buy any Sketchers products ever again. What a waste of my money, time and certainly my health. Way to prove why people hate customer service Sketchers. Well done.

Happy Customer

My husband and I went to the Boca Raton Mall to return sneakers that were ordered on line. When we arrived we found a nice clean store with 3 wonderful employees. Paola, Alba, & Sabrina. They provided outstanding service and handled every customer with alot of grace and appreciation. Paola lead by example and the others followed. My husband and i were a bit annoying because we kept tryin on different sneakers they were patient and respectfull. We wound up buying 4 pairs. We both work in Hospitality you are lucky to have all 3 ladies in your establishment... KUDOS to Team Boca!

This company has went to the dogs. They don't serve their products or customers. Had a pair their shoes recently that plastic come through inside of shoe and dig and cut into the heel of your foot. No refund or exchange, however they have plenty of excuses. Offered 35% discount on other products. No way no how, what a Joke. Done with these folks

I owned about 5 different pairs of this shoe brand before I realized that they're very poorly made shoes, are uncomfortable, easily tear apart, are made of cheap material. They only LOOK decent. Their "shape ups" were a gimmick and Skechers were sued for false advertising.

Specifically; Outlet located in Van Nuys, Ca., The staff will take that extra step to ensure your purchase experience is the best! Comparing the top name brand and quality to Skechers will be a shock! In addition, sales are constantly never ending! Why pay full retail at the high end malls... its your hard earned money!

I bought a pair of shoes on 1 May. It was buy one get one at half price. They did not have the second pair in stock. It was to be mailed to my home within a couple of days. A week later i called As i had not received them. The salesman said he would check and call me back. He did not call back. I called again he had left for the day. They gave me a tracking number for UPS. I had to download a site and it still wouldn't track. Sketchers stores suck although i do like their shoes. I again.not shop ther
