I will not buy anything but sketchers. They wear well and they are comfortable. I also like the fact they are washable.
Sent a shoe back because of a broken arch which cost( me)$ 29.56 foe S/H and the shoe was$ 110.00.warranty dept said it was broken and sent me a shoe comparable which wasnt even close. Wrong model and color was black which I dont like black shoes.after emails after emails and shoe that I didnt want and would pay extra for a shoe of choice they said they dont do exchanges.which blew me out the water...so dont buy a skecher for the warrenty because they do not stand behind it and their customer service sucks! Now iam out $110.00 and $29.00 and a pair of shoes that I refuse too wear.! Any thoughts on where I should go next?
Had our of the best experiences with sales associate. Christian! He was so very helpful, welcoming and more than accommodating. Hr advised me that I was eligible for a corporate discount due to my current employer, and I had no idea! He saved me a great deal by going above and beyond. I was thrilled and extremely grateful. If ypur in Houston go to the Copperfield store and ask for Christian, he likely the one smiling and willing to help. All of the staff here is great, but Christian is golden!
I ordered a pair of golf shoes to be sent to the store for pickup however a week later I received an email that my order had been canceled because I never picked up my shoes. I called customer service and they stated that the shoes were out of stock at that store and the store and canceled my order two days later. Which I was never notified. The only emails received were daily requesting I download the app on my phone. After talking with customer service the only way you can verify if an item is in stock is if you call the store. What good is it to order online when you're constantly having to call the store to find out if an item is in stock. They have a great product just the online purchasing needs a serious revision.
Do not buy these shoes if you walk on an unpaved surface! Pebbles, small debris and mud get stuck in the soles. Say they are washable but after several attempts, no notable difference.
Skecher slipon rubber toe cover is very thin. Wore off and frayed in several spots within six months. The toe underlayment material is a soft foam material that will no doubt wear completely through quickly making the entire shoe useless. Thus is not a very durable shoe.
I bought the shoes at Centurion mall Pretoria as a present for my wife but the size I bought is wrong the manager said they not going to accept the shoes I have to buy another one and they only 2 days
Bought a total of 3 pairs of shoes, 1st pair very comfortable which was why I decided to try them. Within the first 6 mths one of the trainers started to split. At the side. However still able to wear them. 2nd visit to shop I saw they sold waterproof walking boots and shoes, ideally for what I was after. Buying 2 pairs, both great for the 1st few mths then my socks felt damp. Taking them off I had confirmation both pairs leaked. Later I noticed the soles had started to part company with the uppers. Basically these shoes are great on the comfort side but total crap at doing what they claim to do, poorly made and the laces come undone regularly which wasn't the case with my 1st pair. Sadly wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
These sandals which I bought because they looked good turned ought to be the worst sandals I ever bought. They offered virtually no arch support or foot support with a clumsy and awkward bottom construction. I tripped and twisted my ankle and leg while wearing these, have received medical care, and have been in several months painful recovery from wearing these sandals. Will never buy Skechers again, this was my first and last time.
Was at STC store to purchase new Sketchers slip in shoe. Met Audhora and her response to my request to see the slip in shoes was extraordinary. She took her time to show me all the available colours/styles and brought out all the available shoes in my size. At the same time while I was deciding which shoes I was going to purchase Audhora took the time to help my wife select the right size/colour and outline a promotion for the slip in shoes. Her efforts to help us resulted in our purchasing 2 pairs each.
This is becoming quite ridiculous for a company like Skechers to not even care about customers, today I get an email about reviewing my shoes when I haven't even received them or heard anything about my problem of getting the shoes. I will definitely be reviewing this on social media and warning customers. My husband orders shoes and gets them the next day delivered to our door,. Just picked up my shoes at Loomis in oshawa, total joke you have to be let in compound with security gate but no way to call anyone just lucky a truck driver was leaving and he let me in. Then had to ask guys where to pickup as they share with canpar, guys told me around corner and upstairs, senior citizen plus major foot injury and 13 stairs later I picked up my shoes that delivery guy was too lazy to get out of his truck to deliver to my condo door. There is construction at front of my building but accessible to everyone, same day as Loomis was here so was Amazon and Purolator with no delivery problems. DONT DEAL WITH LOOMIS, I will never order from skechers again.

I recently bought a pair of sketchers slip ins for my daughter and reluctantly paid $50plus tax for a pair of sneakers that she or I wouldn't have to worry about tying. She wear size 1 and they are a little big for her feet.i bought her size 1.5 hopping that they'll last her a while and they are already tight on her feet. I'm really disappointed to find out that sketchers size is inaccurate. If not for that I'd be happy with my purchase but now I've spent $50 on a pair of sneakers that'll only last a couple months.
I bought a pair of work shoes for my CDL driver job and in 6 months the stitches were popping. Customer service said they were out of warranty but they would review them and make a decision if I was willing to ship them to their customer service department. They responded with a no repair available and no replacement available and also that they Would Not return them to me. There was supposed to be a gift card sent to me instead. That was a month ago and their emails have been Crickets! Terrible customer service!
Purchase pair of sketcher golf shoes. The spikes Came off in about one month's time maybe use them 4 times. They said there is a new pair of shoes coming but I had to pay $17 for a defect of their shoe. This will be a huge factor for when I buy shoes in the future. A huge inconvenience Not to mention the $17 I had to pay for shipping.
Do not buy from this company no customer suport none.

If you only wear them once a week, and don't get them wet, they will last a year. If they get wet, they fall apart. Treads wear out very fast. Total Garbage! But that's what everyone wants you to buy today. GARBAGE!
Have had, on numerous occasions, the front and sole of my Skechers('dual lite' and 'go walk') suddenly 'stick' to the floor as I'm walking, causing me to lunge forward. It's usually my right foot and it's happened so suddenly it caused a complete loss of balance. The most recent was an extremely bad fall at LaGuardia Airport, which resulted in shoulder replacement surgery.
It only seems to happen on hard, clean and polished floors like the ones found in airports and supermarkets. The front material and the soles just seem way too 'grippy.' Initially thought it was my clumsiness but it started to happen so often - only in Skechers - I decided to Google and found many other people have had the same experience in Skechers.
While I've always loved how comfortable and light my Skechers are, can no longer recommend them. Would love to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience walking with Skechers.
Have bought several pairs all different types over the past year, but I don't know why I have persevered they are comfortable but wear out very quickly. The inner heel has worn through on my latest pair and the sole on one shoe near worn through in only a few months. Will not buy any more. Am trying under armour instead see how these fair.
This has to be one of the worse companies I've dealt with.i tried to cancel an order less than 24 hours after placing it and was told initially the warehouse would be contacted and i would receive a cancel confirmation email which I never received so, I contacted Sketchers via email about this and was told you only have an hour after placing an order to cancel. There is nothing on their website I could find that states this. This is a terrible company to deal with I'll be returning what I ordered and never buy anything from this company again. I don't do business with unscrupulous companies too many reputable companies out there.

When they came out their products were good, now is pure garbage, they are surviving because all the money invested in their commercials using celebrities and sport personalities
There are other brands out there with much better quality, I have tried Orthofeet with a pair of work shoes and their quality is really good,
