Horrible site

I bought a song for my wife for mother's day and paid extra to have it available
At anytime on spotify. Long story short the app takes total control of your phone tirns on randomly when you turn it off and won't let yiu search for uour songs. It sucks and I would leave ZERO stars if it was an option. I hate this app it is worthless.

I cancel my service 4 months ago, they have continued to charge me since. I have tried to deal with them and they keep saying they are not charging me. I sent them proof and still nothing. I turned them into my credit card Bo for fraud. They do not offer a phone service, it's all done my messages and Ai!

I just accidentally reloaded my Spotify, and what i saw disgusted me, i hate the home screen i liked the old one, and please make the lyrics tab show bigger lyrics again, i don't know why you would change that, i dont want to sit on the app the entire time to sing along to some songs when i could be doing hundreds of other things

I pay $10/month to have the ability to manage my Library. I've jacked with every setting possible to get Spotify to shuffle my Library of over 9,300 songs. No matter what online tips, suggestions, and settings I've tried, Spotify continues to play the same 10-or-so artists, sometimes back-to-back. There is no way to get Spotify to truly shuffle your Library of songs. So frustrating.

I LOVE SPOTIFY

Please …. The only place I can listen to hard rap and brown noise at the same time…. I love to make playlists, but I hate when people follow it I'm so scared of the public. I wish they didn't change the heart to a plus sign so I could love my songs instead of just plussing them. Also they never help discover new music that I like- it's always new music that I hate.

DONT GET SPOTFY

After a week, the DUO plan does not work. They have no phone number. Their answer is to delete your account and re install the app. I had done this. FOR A WEEK. Now im worried that this $#*! show has my account number. The "chat" will ruin your account further if you start asking the HARD QUESTIONS LIKE ARE YOU LIGIT.

I have been using Spotify for years and generally, I don't have issues with this service. Until I signed up for the Family Premium version, everything was working great...then out of nowhere they kicked every member of my family off the plan...these people live with me. When I resent them the link Spotify blocked them for a year so they can not re-connect. WTF! I paid extra money for up to 6 licenses to use and they dictate how and who can use them. In my honest opinion... if I pay extra for these licenses it should not matter who I share them with family or not. Their greed has resulted in me downgrading my plan to a single version. In your attempt to be greedy f*$#s you lost $$$ Good Job Spotify!

Excellent Podcast!

Spotify is a great podcast for those who want to listen to music on the go. For about $10 USD a month you can get the Spotify premium subscription. This subscription allows you to download songs, so you can listen to music in places where there's no service (airplane, rural area, sometimes office/school). Would recommend!

Pause before purchasing Spotify premium. One will get just about the same service using the free version. Customer service is also almost nonexistent. Good Luck.

Complete Crap

I have to listen to more ads than song time only for the song I am waiting to listen to, to not actually be that song!

How is it that I select song A have to listen to 3 minutes of ads go to Artist (whatever) and song (whatever) but it is showing the artist and song I was trying to listen to?

Example: I selected Rob Zombie, Super Beast.

What I got was a random 90's song from Rage Against the Machine. Guerrilla Radio, to be specific.

Do not force me to hear ads then NOT PLAY what I asked for.

Garbage service.

Spotify canceled my subscription w/o approval. I've had Spotify for a long time and have always been a fan, Except for now. My subscription was canceled without my consent and now I'm not allowed to get the Premium package that I purchased. I can't just renew it now to what I signed for since they claim it's no longer available? How does that work? Please be cautious and diligently monitor your account. Spotify will change it without you knowing it. Not good.

Please for the love of god do not signup with them, they will rip you off, after a year I found out that they've been charging 2 a month, to most people they charge without a subscription, just google what I'm telling you and you will find out. This company was created supposedly to help people have a fair and healthy platform to listen to music but now greediness got into them and are doing the same thing as the other company. Just google Spotify double charging people and you will see.
