The cashier Kay at store #1051 helped return an opened box of printer cartridges. I had no receipt just the opened box. She was able to quickly process getting the product back into inventory and helped exchange it for the correct item. Very pleasant experience!
I ordered an outdoor banner which they have to send away for. Order got lost some how and they expedited new order. Banner came in with wrong font. They gave me that one so I could cover my business while waiting for a new order to come in. Order came in with correct font (yay) and they didn't charge me for my troubles. It's really great to see a company that will stand by you and I want to thank my local Staples for their effort in remediating my situation. I will always use and recommend Staples printing department going forward. You are a class act
I stood for fifteen minutes at the counter while 3 associates huddled together talking.I was totally ignored. I told associate at register n he said "Sorry about that" I called Corporate regarding this. I was told it will be addressed. Then went to UPS store and was taken care of immediately. Won't be going back to Staples!
I brought a ECO tank ET-4850 printer for my husband's business during Christmas season 2022. The quality of the printer was awful. I attempted to return and/or exchange it for an HP printer and I was told I only had 30 days to return it however I was never told that when I originally bought the printer. I have my original receipt, but the box was discarded. The sales associate told me I would have to call Asurion, the people that I was instructed to purchase a warranty with upon buying this product in order to return it. I am not interested in retrieving my money back I just want to exchange it for an alternate equally priced printer and am even willing to pay the difference if necessary. Never again STAPLES.

Good morning: I am so upset with the guy that took my print job order today at 10:30 AM at the Port Chester Staples store. I only needed 50 color copies back and front. He said, would you like to wait for them. My response... oh okay, you guys have the time now to print them. His response, yes. I said okay I will wait for them. When I pay for them I have a $10 charge for express printing. When I asked him about it, his response what, I asked you if you you wanted to wait for them and you said yes. Exactly, that is all he told me and did not say there was going to be an extra charge for it. I did not need these till 6pm! I could have saved myself the $10! He did not comunicate exactly that there will be an extra charge for it. He needs to make that clear to customers. I am not happy at all... I should have not paid the $10 becuase he did no make that clear!
My wife is back home in tears after her experience with tge manager at staples staples Saddle Brook New Jersey. Shae placed an order over the phone yesterday to get 304 cards and she was assured it ll be ready. Instead the manager rudely told her to finish cating the cards herself. She didn't even respect the fact that out little daughter was watching the whole scene. She is now home in tears after the disrespectful experience. The manager didn't ever want to give her tge receipt and told her you can find it in your phone.
I m going to sit her and finish cutting the cards one by one for tge evening just because some manager ego chosed not to do their job.
I visited your store number 31 on 3/10/23 at 9:55 am est. To purchase ink, envelopes and miscellaneous items. I asked the cashier if he could check to see if I had any rewards. Reluctantly, he finally did check and asked me not to make that request again but to print them prior to my visit. I was the only person in the store at the time. There are many other retail stores that carry these items. The cashier number is ******* and could probably brush up on his customer service skills. My rewards telephone number is *******229. I went to Staples to print some documents and asked for someone to help me because I can't figure out the self service machines.There were 2 women behind the counter neither were busy with customers and didn't look busy with anything except talking to each other.When I asked for help they told me no.They don't help with printing anymore.So helping customers is no longer something Staples does.I will find a new office store
I was absolutely in a tough spot because my client needed some last second changes to multiple documents right before a major meeting. I arrived at this Staples location from out of town in an Uber trusting that they could get it done. Not only did Carey S., the Print & Marketing Production Supervisor, save the day, the whole team stayed after closing long enough to complete the mission. The meeting was flawless the next day due in large part to the grace, professionalism and teamwork afforded me by this Waltham MA Staples team. Thank you so much!
Terrance Adams at Trussville,AL told me he " did not know what got my noodles boiling" when I questioned his return policy vs. company policy on my unopened, non expired ( expires next year) ink bought 5 1/2 months ago. He said it had been too long.
Guy was rude from the moment I walked in with my bag, glaring at me. No customers were at front, and he was short, snippy with his questions and responses. He would not even try to process the return, even when I stated the company policy. He said that this was how he was trained. Apparently the GM makes his own return policy.

Don't ever buy anything on line especially w a gift card. They take return and won't exchange until you get a HARD GIFT CARD even though refund is processed. Bought on the 8th and still waiting on the 20th. Can't buy anywhere else because they have my money.
I've never used staples.com before but they sent a bill to ups on my behalf with my address billing me $40. Apparently they send bills to random addresses hoping that they will pay it. When I called, the receptionist said that "it might just be a bug in out system" and she'll transfer me to billing. The billing department had no idea about the "bug" and I either had to pay the bill for them or work it out with UPS. I have never used staples.com and I definitely never will. If you're someone like me who they send a random bill to, you can get it deleted out of the system because UPS is aware of the scam.
My cousin and I visited Staples in Bloomfield, NJ to print our grandmother's obituary. While waiting to be helped, we notice Jeremiah was the only person that was able to assist the customers. Jeremiah's demeanor and Professionalism was EXCEPTIONAL. He acknowledged every customer who was waiting on him. Jeremiah displayed a tremendous amount of patience, and he was very knowledgeable. If it were not for him, we probably would have left the store because there was a long wait. While waiting, he also handled an irate customer who walked in and jumped the line demanding her money back. He was empathic and showed excellent customer service skills even though she was rude. Staples need more employees like Jeremiah.
As a small business owner, I always needed things done quick with high quality and a good price. Today, I visited the Staples on 442 S Oyster Bay, Ararad from the printing depart helped me to make a banner for my marketing event this weekend. I was impressed with quality of the banner. Ararad was a true professional, I struggled with sending the image to Staples and he patiently helped me. I also visited the main cashier where Stephanie helped me locating the accessories I need for my marketing event. Stephanie was very resourceful in helping me getting what I need.
I was in my local Staples today. I was astonished at how dirty the store was. I also look for the item I needed. When I didnt locate it I finally asked for assistance. I was told the item was on aisle 11 on the right. I went to locate, but nothing. I hung around a little longer. Still no help. I'm very disappointed this is the only place for me to purchase office supplies.
Today I went into the Staples on Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. I went to purchase a laptop bag. The price display at $16.99 however, once I reach the checkout the price register at $39.00. I explained the price is incorrect. Walked over to where I found the bag brought the cashier the tag, only because she asked me for it. Upon returning with the tag cashier checked the sku number and told me, the laptop bag was in the wrong place. There were other laptop bags there with different prices. I thought the one I grabbed was on sale. I asked if she was going to give it to me at the price it was displayed? She said, no.

I picked 4 different colors of inks and waited a casher to pay for 15minutes.
Nothing busy.but only one cashier-red haired teaching for something for a lady endlessly and other check out site light was on but no one stay there.

Always their service was rude and slow in my 8years experience to visit this store.
Also store workers- mostly Latinos- don't know about product well. This was my last visit of this store and Never gonna return again.
