My experience with TechToolSupply.com was extremely disappointing and felt like a classic bait-and-switch. I placed two separate orders through their website after finding network testers listed at great prices. The first product I ordered was marked as in stock with same-day shipping. After not receiving any tracking info the next day, I reached out to customer service. I was told the item was out of stock and that I could either wait or have it drop-shipped from the manufacturer — which I agreed to. Then, the operations manager contacted me saying there was a pricing error and they would only fulfill the order at a much higher price, which was well outside my budget. They refused to honor the price listed at the time of purchase — a mistake on their end. Still trying to give them a chance, I found a different tester on their site at a reasonable price and placed another order. That order was canceled almost immediately by the same manager, claiming the item had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Here's where it gets worse: * The same product was still listed on their website — but now at a much higher price.
* I contacted the manufacturer directly, who confirmed the item was not discontinued, only temporarily out of stock. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business ethics. I understand pricing mistakes can happen. But reputable companies honor listed prices or at the very least, apologize and explain honestly. Instead, I received excuses, misleading information, and zero accountability. No apology. No resolution. Just canceled orders and higher prices. I cannot recommend TechToolSupply.com and would strongly caution others to verify stock and pricing directly before placing an order. My experience shows they do not stand behind their listings and are quick to shift blame without making things right.

I can't say anything bad about this website. I have ordered a number of products from them and I have always been pleased with their level of service and commitment to the customer. They always go above and beyond to help anyone who purchases from their site.
