They provide me with outdated 10 years old theme 1. 0. 1 Conifer.
They refused to give money back, since the theme was delivered. But the theme is not working theme. You cannot build good e-commerce website on it. They are scamers who don't take responsibility for what crap they are provide.
After months of going back and forward changing programmers they refused to refund me for web sitye building services. I had two horrible programmers that barely understood English or directions. At the end after several times that I complaint they refused to give me back my full refund claiming work was done. Nothing was done but a few images in a screenshot that they did right after I asked for my money back. I even told them to keep the $45 that it cost to set theme up even though it was never set up in live version.
Horrible service be ware!
Was over-charged for the template (was supposed to be half price), and requested assistance in making the site live, and changing the logo.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. I am a business owner and understand they can hurt. I was completely lied to by the sales rep. I was told many lies to buy. The website was built by someone who didn't understand english very well. As you can imagine it turned out TERRIBLY. I asked to fix and could not communicate due to language barrier. The seo I bought on top was not even started 3 weeks in so I said to cancel. I had to hire someone to clean up their mess. It was a disaster!

The worst! Would give 0 stars if I could. I am going to have to take legal action because I can't get ahold of anyone. I purchased a template and the All-in-one package from template monster (After chatting online with one of their sales/help reps and he convinced me this was a legit service) Their all-in-one is supposed to set up my template. I went through the template and created a document with detailed instructions on what to change to make the website my own. They not only took over a month, but they only changed my logo and a few labels and then told me everything else was an upcharge. And my logo is blurry on the site! THE WORST AND A RIP OFF. They need to be reported for fraud.
This is an informed review. Firstly I rarely make reviews. Which I should change. Secondly, IBM was been working with Template Monster since roughly 2010. I think it's our ten-year anniversary! I'm leaving this review to point out the extra mile they went this and last week for me. I had a site they put together for me as they always do. They put up the template and I work with my clients to write and decide pages and titles. I also design the necessary images. So it's a great relationship. But this is time was different. I moved one of my sites and stopped watching it while I had a bout of hospital visits and it got outdated and went down. Now this was only my copy of the site, a live version I can show off, not production one the client uses. But I use it to get more business so I wanted it back. I reached out to Template Monster and told them I don't know what's wrong with it but it won't load and sometimes I can't even log in. We emailed about it and they said they have a hard time knowing what to charge without looking. Fair enough. So they offered a small fee to go in there with their engineers and diagnose it. Then from there they would give me a fix-it price. They did. (Both.) I paid. (Both.) The sure was back up in two days. This is a real review. I am a real Multimedia Designer who makes websites and I prefer making them from templates because I get to show my clients a version of what they would get before I do any work. This gets them committed and they are less likely to ask how it'll look. They already know. But I didn't know Template Monster would have my back like that. That's something special. Like a friend that you Haven't spoke to in a while and then you turn up with an emergency and they act like they'd help you because that what kind of friend they are. Make the move. I purchased a package that included the nice template, which was under $100 plus about $700 additional for help to install and customize the site, most of which I did myself because every time I hit them up with a batch of content or a list of mistakes or glitches it was at least a week before I even got a confirmation that my email was received by the service manager. Sometimes it was weeks before an edit was performed. By then I usually figured out how to do most of it myself. I still haven't launched the site publicly because the logo and menu's got dropped from the Front Page and it's been two months since I purchased the package. The site was super slow and they refused to admit it was their template, blaming my hosting server. I have two other sites on the same server drive and they run super fast. This company sucks. Once they have your money you'll be cast down with idiots who don't care if you're happy or not.

The service has gotten terrible!
We talked with customer service and told us that a package that we were interest in contained a numerous services. We decided to go ahead with that package and bought it. When they were installing it they told us that the services that we discussed with the customer service agent were not included and we had to pay more. We sent them the chat transcript showing that their customer service agent told us that were included. They blame their customer service agent and they didn't gave us any solution finally they gave us back the money, leaving us with a delay on our deadlines.
I would recommend on buying their templates because they are nice but then hire a freelance developer to do the services, is much cheaper and they do a better job.

I purchased a template and the professional installation from TemplateMonster as I have done many times over several years, but something has changed. I was given 72 hours to contact TM after my purchase to give them the details for logging into my website to upload and install the template. I purchased the template on 5/13 and provided the information on 5/20/2020, that is when I had the time to get things to them due to my schedule. However, TM closed my ticket on 5/23/2020 stating that I have gone past the 96 hr mark, I thought they were working for me and my schedule, not the other way around! Anyway, they have yet to contact me and my template has not yet been installed. I've requested a refund of the installation fee but I don't have a lot of confidence that they will comply. Don't buy their services just go to Fiverr!
