I am so fed up tonight,, 3 hours I have spent with useless tech support, all I want to do is free up one license and buy 5 more... Its simply impossible 3 hours! And I am still in chat right now! It's ludicrous! REALLY guys spend your money elsewhere. The ONE model is a complete joke too do not get sucked into that trap and don't use it if you do as you won't get your money back. The whole thing has gone south this year I have no idea why they were fine once. But now they owe me 3 hours so I owe them plenty of reviews.

I connected with Template Monster's Presales team today and worked with Jace Paulsen. Working with him was an excellent experience. I had many questions in which he thoughtfully answered. Also, Jace went over and beyond by providing additional knowledge and svcs that are offered by Template Monster, which I didn't know existed. He even helped me brainstorm my thoughts on the best purchase options. Great experience and I look forward to working with him in the future.

The last 2 days I was fortunate enough to talk with Mr. Jace Paulson on the on-line chat. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me both days! I was looking for something in particular... and not only was he able to guide me to products which may work for me, he then was instrumental in my decision to purchase a ONE membership for the year... giving me access to all the templates I was interested in. He, not once, made me feel like a moron because I don't know how to do certain things (regarding coding). Instead, he guided me in a direction where I would feel comfortable... pointing me to templates which matched my experience level. Mr. Paulson is a fabulous representative of this company! I wish all the sales crew were this helpful and patient. I also wish I could get Mr. Paulson every time I have a question... would make the entire on-line chat experience much more satisfactory!

Worst experience ever, NOT WORTH THE MONEY, they say they have 2 million clients but only one rude technician. I ask for help and his answer was did you read the manual, never was able to resolve the problem now two days working on the issue I usually charge $70 an hour what a saving I tried to complain they transferred me to support to the same person I was complaining about. That is like going to the police to complain about a rapist and the police send you back to your rapist. Nobody in management could help, nobody in pre-sales could help their only alternative was to wait six hours so the morning tech would come in. WOW 2 million clients one tech, things must really be going bad for them.

I looked at their templates and picked one, needed website constructed in mid 2016. Site is still not done (2020). Monster advertises versatile websites but anything you aske them to tweek either cnat be done or is extra money after weeks of confusing answers. They can't' even adjust the number of drawdown menus from 5 to 6 for example or expand a block a bit. They have some subsidiary Template Tuning that is beyond explanation. You ask them to put a picture in an exact text section and it can take weeks for them to do it properly. They agree to put in the best CMS editor to avoid lots of coding but they put in a Cherry Framework that is difficult even for them (hence it takes 3.5 years) Both Monster and TT use this confusing ticket system that rarely gets anything done as they shuffle you around to up to 5 people in the same firm. Names seem fake and English is not any of the workers/managers first language. Asked for a refund within weeks and just got excuses they would do better. They didn't. Templates over hyped and false advertising and service is THE WORSE of any service firm I have ever dealt with anywhere.

From disgust I demanded phone numbers no one called back More emails. It took over ~ 400 emails to get site almost done. They are confused about everything. I had to ask them 5 times to move a picture of a lion out of the Central American text area and into the African area. Over 300 hours from my end of mostly repeating for a pretty basic site of 15 pages, 3 small galleries with their own theme.

Avoid this mess at all costs. Do not use...

I use template monster from 2013. 7 years now my web site www.alphaad.gr, a digital marketing agency in greece uses your services. Today Sandy Clark, a Sales Guru from Template Monster helped me to buy a template that for some tech reason sudently was out of Stock! She helped me buy it via the support and she saved the day. My customer wanted desperately this template so there was only one way. This template or nothing more. :) Sandy thank you very much. Apreciate your help. I will never change supplier for templates as long as live. THANK YOU.

The company processed a refund so I'm good with them. They also gave me an offer for my trouble but I did not accept it after all the headaches.
