I shipped books in mid-November and they have yet to process shipment. They said they are short-handed over holidays. I will more stars once processed.
I sent in my books for buyback. I put them both in the same box and the buyback order is saying that they only received one out of two books. I emailed textbook and have not received a reply. I am still waiting for them to reply or send me a check for the books I sent.
