The free phone app comes in very handy traveling in North America.

Setting up the app is no longer easy... Does not work most of the time

I had a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra that didn't work with the 4G sim card so I got a cheap older 4G phone and it works great with the TextNow Sim card. That's the only thing you get way better calling clarity with a 4G phone the new 5g ultra wide band s21 ultra didn't work well at all was constantly breaking up and couldn't hear the other person at all. But a older 4g phone works great can hear each other no issues after that.

I have never had a call drop, I use the app as my number one phone number. I have never had a problem with text now or especially with payment information.

Great service and also Free! Would recommend to anyone. Have been using for a few years.

Really need this it's great thank you Text now seriously. I was in a bind phones shut off on account after 18 years. I use daily without issues.geyvadvertisemebts that really are a pain but it's all good I understand.

I received the 2nd SIM card, it wouldn't set back up my eSIM after deactivation of the 1st eSIM. Now I don't have a link to refresh the eSIM and setup the app. As of now I'm without a service

I've been using TextNow for a little while now, and it's been a surprisingly smooth experience. The interface is clean, messaging is fast and reliable, and I haven't run into any glitches or annoyances.

This number for a long time now and never fails. Clear reception and I'm able to send text as well as phone calls.

I like it, keep it the way it is. I have been using this app for 2 years and loved every bit of it.

Ilive on avery limited incme and using text now saved my life when i used the service to phone the ambulance...

I use it as a second number to receive code for account but it is impossible to use to talk to anyone. Other people that also use the system say the same. I will be actively looking for a different system.
