I spent the better part of an hour picking the brain of one of your Support Agents. She was very patient with my many questions, she did a good job trying to understand what I was asking, and then she gave clear explanations and included documentation. I really appreciated her professionalism.

Amazing group of people over there, I love their products! I purchased a standing desk a couple years ago and recently upgraded to a larger desktop due to pandemic and needing to work from home.
Their friendly customer representative was extremely amazing and helpful, she located some cable extensions I needed and arranged to have them ship to me extremely quick!.
Thank you, 10/10.

Great customer service

I spend several days reviewing the different standing desk companies via their websites and YouTube reviews. There are a number of choices one has to determine; whether to get a 2 leg or 4 leg version, a commercial version, different tops, cable management etc.

Uplift's website was very intuitive, and explained the different options.

Their customer service was good as I called with questions a number of times, in particular Victoria and Daniel Freeberg were outstanding, knowledgeable, and patiently explained various aspects of the desk like how and where the grommets would be installed on the 4 leg versions and the different finishes of the tops.

My desk arrives in 5 days and will post a photo at that time

I ordered a Eurotech desk chair on Wednesday. Standard policy is to ship in 3 to 5 days. My chair was delivered on Saturday, four days total! The assembly instructions were simple and clear, extra bolts were provided for key parts. This is the kind of service one usually only dreams to encounter.

In addition to receiving a really good, world class standing desk, customer service (Daniel Freeburg) was amazing. While prompt responses in email were already exceeding my expectation, the company went one notch higher in keeping me updated on my mobile at regular intervals to make sure my issues are addressed and taken care in time. I would heartily recommend Uplift to any of my family/ friends.

I have been using it for 13 year, never had a problem that the good people at this company were unable or unwilling to help me with. I have replaced "wear" items like casters and now the gas cylinder, and every step of the way there was a great person on the other side of the line to help me. Yes, when I first purchased it, I thought "this is an expensive chair for my home office"... then I thought "I sit on there almost as long each day as I sleep on my mattress". Ok, I do deserve this. So I purchased it. Now, after 13 years I had to replace the gas cylinder and I will surely get at least 7 more(maybe more) years with this chair. Bottom line, over its lifetime of use, this is a very inexpensive chair and you'll be comfortable for as long as you own it. Do something nice for yourself... buy it, you DO deserve it. JM

My order had initially been delayed due to logistics (I assume d/t covid). Andy helped walk me through the options to alter my order so that it would arrive in time for my birthday :) He explained thoroughly the different options, cost differential and took the time to give me the measurements for the grommets and a quick dummies guide to installing a grommet. Was a fun coincidence to have the same name as well. No hassle to alter order and no upsell to other products. Would contact again if I had another order issue.

I recently received the v2 standing desk and love it. Customer service was great during the ordering and shipping process. Shipping was fast and the instructions were great for the assembly. The desk itself is beautiful, stable, and already helping me so much with accomplishing some work at home with a toddler running around the room!

I was looking for a good standing desk at a reasonable price. I decided I wanted to go with my own table top and just buy the frame. Uplift has the option to buy only the frame so I reached out with a few questions on stability, price, etc. to their customer support. Tim R. Was awesome at not only providing me answers to all the questions I had but also getting me a price I felt was quite fair. Fantastic customer service!

After building my desk, I received an email notification that my desk was on back order for over two months. I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman named Daniel Freeberg. He was able to find out that only the top was on back order, so he worked with me to find a new top that I was happy with and got my order shipped out the next day! This is what a customer service experience is supposed to look like! Thanks again Daniel!

My desk is absolutely awesome, but the customer support that I received from Mitch was even better. The desk arrived with some damage, which is due to mishandling by the shipper, not Uplift. Mitch was quick to solve my problem and even checked in with me multiple times over the course of a few weeks to make sure everything was resolved, and that I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new desk, office furniture, or office accessories. They rock!

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with UPLIFT has been nothing but great, so I had to share. The two desks and one chair I have purchased are amazing. Craft table for the wifey is next. Any time I have had to work with support, my issue has been resolved with minimum effort on my part. For example, and to respond to other negative reviews; today I noticed one of the seams on my desk was splitting. I jumped on chat where Marcus B was quick to greet me. I explained the problem, sent him a picture of the issue and his response was "Got it. I'll make you a replacement order for the damaged top."
Easy Peasy, all done. No questions, or push back of any kind.

To anyone considering purchasing from UPLIFT, my experience with the products and support has been nothing but spectacular.

You're probably looking at buying a desk. You should definitely buy an Uplift. You will dance through your office or home on your way to your workstation, happy and carefree at the thought of standing or sitting at this desk all day. This all-purpose desk will be your friend and a beautiful backdrop to your day- lifting your spirits, providing moral support, and probably even offering to do the laundry. You should definitely buy an Uplift desk and name it something nice, cuz you'll want it around forever (and it's of high enough quality that it will probably outlast you. Put it in your will. Give it to someone you like.)

For reals though: The customer service is amazing- shout out to *employee unnamed for privacy reasons*, who was prompt, polite, answered all my questions, and had excellent problem-solving skills. He was so good that I asked for his manager's email, and told her that he deserved a raise. The desk is high quality and very sturdy (I got the upgraded commercial frame), pretty, functions perfectly, and is well-designed. The accessories are also unexpectedly functional, well-designed to fit with the desk, and pretty. Shipping was amazingly fast- two to three days, I think? YMMV of course.

Marcus did a great job on the customer service front. I had a few questions about a two-drawer filing cabinet via the online chat portal, and Marcus answered all my questions and was able to quickly look up my account history since I was a previous customer, and sent me a direct estimate quote on the product in mind via e-mail. It was a seamless interaction with Marcus and I was fully satisfied... and never thought such customer service was possible via a chat portal... ha ha!

Order process was smooth, and product is just as great as I imagined it. Wobble at standing height is negligible (I am 5' 8"). Moreover the desktop I received had 2 small marks one red and one gray that isn't that bad, I wouldn't have bothered with it if it was not in the center of the desktop and noticeable. However, after leaving a voicemail and receiving a call back within 2 business days and communicating frequently via email, Upliftdesk offered to send me a new replacement desk surface. In summary, fantastic customer service that is one of the best I have received recently and a great product. Recommended.
