Initial issues with the order were resolved successfully. The desk is nice and serves my purpose well.

I love this store! They helped make me comfortable while working and my productivity is up. I ordered an adjustable height desk and they delivered. Very helpful folks work there. Shipped to me no problem. Easy to assemble. It is really nice to position the monitor exactly where you need it and have your desk space back since the monitor hovers over the desk instead of sitting on it with the large monitor arm base that comes with most monitors (it doesn't sound like a big deal but it is). My desk is beautiful and functional and a great value.

Unfortunately, I cannot back this flattery "review". In my case, a very unkind person from them retreated to pretexts in order for NOT delivering the paid goods, saying my address was not "verified" - this for PAID goods. Since, unfortunately, I am a European "customer", I have encountered this behavior sometimes in the US, and indeed there are some moneymakers in the US that know very well they can take your money and run since you won't take them into action, 12,000 miles from there.

It's experiences like this that make me more and more belief that "humans" are nothing but sh**, and "thehumansolution" is the perfect expression in this regard.
