Purchased a $699.00 chair from thehumansolution website in 2011. Their website states the chair has a "Lifetime Warranty." The caster wheels have deteriorated, and they will not send me new castor wheels because they state this chair has a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." This is false because I have copies of their website warranty policy on this chair stating "Lifetime Warranty. I would not have purchased a $699.00 chair in 2011 if it had a "Limited Lifetime Warranty." After going back and forth, they offered me a $20 discount towards the $40 cost of caster wheels. What a cheap company, nothing but crooks – stay away from them – Thank you for reading this post.

I ordered a product, have ordered before. Federal government, so tax exempt. Submitted proof we are tax exempt. The accounting clerk kept asking for a state form to prove we are tax exempt. Problem is: state does not issue such a form to the federal government. I asked to speak to a supervisor and my request was not honored. The accounting clerk also would not talk to me or consult with his management. He also lied and said we had never placed orders before when in fact we've placed several orders since 2019. Probably no more since we had this very poor interaction.
Bought a standing desk years ago and it randomly broke. Called Uplift Desk directly and spoke to someone (with terrible customer service skills) who told me this never happens, that I must not have bought an Uplift Desk and that I'm not under warranty. Dug around and discovered that I had originally purchased through The Human Solution. Kianna was AMAZING. Not only was she patient and professional but super responsive (and timely) with all my questions via phone and email. She worked with another team who requested images to investigate. In the end she was able to help me get my desktop replaced and made this aspect of the process incredibly easy. Would highly recommend THS and working with her in the future. True customer service still does exist in the world and I appreciate Kianna for demonstrating that. Thank you from a now lifetime loyal customer!

I had a part for my treadmill that needed replacing, and I tried to contact the manufacturer myself many different times and in many different ways to get the replacement part. No progress.
Extremely frustrated, I got reached out to Human Solution to see if they could help. I talked to Avalon on the phone, and she took care of everything extremely quickly.

This is my second uplift desk. This time I needed to go a bit bigger, so I got the 80x30 commercial V2. Daniel F. Handled my order and got me everything I needed quickly and seamlessly. The shipping arrived 3 days after ordering and was lightning fast.
I love these desks for a few reasons: 1. The assembly is very straight forward 2. The desk feels very sturdy and 3. There have been instances where I needed customer service from the company, and they delivered parts and items very quickly to address any issues.
As this is the second desk I've ordered from them, obviously I would recommend them to others!

Exceptional, fast, and fair customer service and issue resolution. Steven Bostic was assigned to my case and provided me with timely, accurate, and clear information regarding what my options were and what the next steps in the process where. Steve personally followed up every step of the way to ensure I had what I needed and that i was informed of the status of my request. Good customer service these days is extremely rare... and thanks to Steve I can say that Uplift is an outlier in that this is an experience i haven't had since the early days of Amazon (they've sold out as of late, and service suffers...).
Overall i'm very happy that I chose to purchase from Uplift, the product is high quality and the customer service is unprecedented in today's world..
After an initial phone call, Julian Lanza exchanged multiple emails with me to ensure that I chose the appropriate keyboard tray for my desk. I appreciated his prompt and helpful replies. It was very easy to get in contact with him — it's the reason that I chose to purchase my keyboard tray from The Human Solution.
As we all know, the pandemic has brought about a tremendous pressure on shipping around the world and small things can fall through the cracks. Doubly so during the holiday season. My original order took a bit longer than expected and so I reached out to Uplift's customer support to check on the status. Avalon Myst replied swiftly and professionally to help me track down my errant package. Turns out it was in fact lost somewhere along the way but she was able to get me a replacement out the door the very day after we discovered the issue.
No fuss, no muss, just a very pleasant interaction. I hope she and the rest of her team have a wonderful holiday season!
Great in store service, Allison was amazing. We received our desks and chairs ahead of schedule, we have two Uplift desks and two Steelcase chairs. They are amazing. Highly recommend the folks at The Human Solution.
4 years ago I bought a blue office chair and I ended up not liking the color, so I contacted support and they exchanged it no questions asked. The next chair I ordered came damage during shipping, they overnighted a new one. 4 years later I needed a new seat cushion for the chair I bought them so I contacted customer service once again, and within a week I had a new seat mailed out to me free of charge! This company is awesome and it has been a great pleasure dealing with their customer service! 10 Stars!
Purchased Uplift UPL921 desk in March 2016. Started noticing numerous chips on surface in 2017. Called customer service and representative stated "chips were caused by my mouse". I explained my mouse was a Logitech trackball model that was stationary and not used where the chips were occurring. Representative stood firm and said no warranty repair options would be offered. Highly recommend not purchasing from Human Solutions.

It's hard buying an office chair without sitting in it first, and she helped walk me through what models might be best and find comparison tools online. Nothing but fabulous fabulous fabulous. The desk I received EXACTLY as ordered this past year and was able to put it all together by reading the instructions thoroughly page by page a few times and watching the extremely complete videos online that are provided.
I had one hiccup, cannot remember exactly what, called the customer service line, spoke with a friendly guy and voila, within 5 minutes issue was fixed.
The desk is SUPER high quality, and I'm pretty picky. I use this desk everyday for 6-8 hours at least up and down and love love love it! I got the mat and board free as well. I ordered the desk in white with gray legs and it looks so good, I have it in my living area! Everyone is jealous.
I had a glitch last week where it got stuck going up and down for the first time in the first year and after looking at the FAQ answers, tried the reset option as instructed in 3 easy steps, and again, bob's your uncle, it worked!
I am looking at chairs right now and will go to them for this as well.
