I blew out one of my continental tires on my porsche 966. Continental discontinued that tire so I could not get an identical replacement. Tire rack phone help was great about helping me find a suitable replacement plus it was on sale! They also had a reasonable replacement for my spare tire which was original equipment from 2002.

Always had great experiences with Tire Rack. All issues that come up was handle quickly and professionally. Great for the past 30 yrs using them.

The winter weather started sooner than expected this year and came in swinging hard! I was able to buy a full set of snow tires and get them delivered a day later! The convenience of having them pre-studded, mount and balanced on steelies and set to the correct air pressure was beyond amazing. I was able to swap out my current set up and get these installed easily without ever needing to wait on a shop to get this all done. I'll definitely get my next set of tires from here!

Wheel and tire package have been balanced many times as well as tire replacement, but still have major balancing issue. Suspect bad rim. Original goodyear tires balanced twice, but still not good. Discount replaced with Michelins for extra cost and lifetime balancing package, but I'm still riding in a helicopter after 5 times rebalacing Michelins. Even took car into another tire shop to no avail.

Easy way to order tires without having to go through a tire shop. As long as you know what size you are looking for it will be a easy process. Tire rack rack sells good quality tires. Also have the speed rating on each product along with extra info on the add for the tire. Like telling you if the tire or tires are all season etc..

My husband and I have order from tire rack for years. This is our first choice to order every time, prices are great, delivery time is awesome.

The tire I got was poorly stored allegedly. Causing the process to take almost a week. The installation shop didn't call me or bother to take down my number after they "lost it". Then when I drove my car home i noticed my windshield wiper was missing. I would call and complain but there is only one person working at the shop so why bother.

I elected to pick up tires at the warehouse because it was only 20 miles away. After selecting warehouse pick-up I was notified that the warehouse had moved much farther away.

Great as usual tires arrived in great condition the only thing was the delivered 2 tires one day and the other 2 tires the next day which was just fine.

Love how easy it is to search by make/model of your car to find tires that fit. Also love the reviews that give you a good idea on how the tires behave/handle. Bonus that you can have them shipped to a nearby installer to have them installed.

Purchased tires from tire rack earlier this year and was pleased with the experience. Decent prices, for good quality. I purchased 2 tires and got them delivered to my home. It was seamless. Took them to be installed and Ive been satisfied with the tires. Im awaiting delivery of 2 additional as we speak. A holiday sale would have made this experience even better.

Easy and quick to place the order. Same to find the right tires and the pricing was maxing as I took premium tires for less than $200 each. That's amazing even the tires I purchased are 3 years old but brand new. Usually the tires have 6-10 years of chemical life. If you drive to much, that's not an issue if you get this kind of tires. I took this offer but you ca choose if you want the old ones or the one me that were made the currently year but for the regular price ( more than $350 each)

Unfortunately they have never actually reimbursed me for road hazard insurance and I have 4 closed cases. Hopefully this time they honor the insurance.
