I ordered 4 new wheels and tires with end caps for the wheels. Order came, waited 4 or 5 days and then went to put the tires on. The end caps where not sent. I reached out your customer service said they had to ship them separate but they never notified me. I ended up having to take the wheels off once the end caps arrived and they shipped the wrong size end caps, 15" instead of 16". I had to reach out about that as well.

Site was easier to order. Probably going to look at a local company for help ordering from now on. I own a small repair business.

I ordered a tire to be delivered and installed by one their approved shops. The day it was delivered I called the shop to make an appointment and the next day i showed up and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I had purchased incorrect tires at a different retailer. Pressed for time, I placed an order back in '22 and recall them arriving in 2 days just in time for an upcoming road trip.

For me, Tire Rack is the only place to shop for tires.
The selection is good with great information and even comparisons on all the tires. There's also a great sorting routine to narrow down the very wide selection to just what you're looking for.

I just like the variety of tires to choose from, not limited to local stock, but i can still work with local installers. Great model

Tires were delivered on time at my door. This is my third order with Tire Rack and I like getting the 2 yr road hazard with it.

Very convenient platform to order competitively priced tires. Also, plenty of tire info is available on TR's website, making decisions on what to buy very easy. Many good experiences over the years.

If you need auto parts, order online and save your running around to stores. My experience has always been that delivery is fast and parts arrive in top condition.

Ordered closeout Brigestones and they are awesome on my car! Now its winter and they are performing well in the snow. Tirerack was fast on the delivery and Tirechoice did a fine job with insyallation

Excellent. I talked with Rudy for information on which tires he would recommend for my 2023 Pacifica. I looked up the tire information offline and decided the tire he recommended was the best suited for my car. Thanks Rudy.

Had sidewall damage on a tire and had to order a new one, the hazard warranty really came in handy and covered the cost of the new tire.

Great, call your local shop first and asked what they charge if you supply the tires.
Many shops have a higher fee if they do not supply the tires.

It has always been a good experience with Tire Rack, more than 20 years! They have only gotten better with onsite testing and a larger database of customer reviews. They say what they will do, and do what they have said. What more can you ask?

I have ordered from TireRack on multiple occasions and every time has gone smoothly and I received what I ordered with no problems. It's easy to order online and they give you plenty of options for pick up and delivery.

Picked up General tires from Roseville, MN warehouse and got the pick-up discount. General Altimax RT45 tires have been performing better than expected. Ride is quieter than previous Falken tires.

The tires I ordered were not recommended for the vehicle. Tire Rack technician called me to correct the order before shipping. Very much appreciated their diligence and proactive response with the order.

Tire purchases have always gone smoothly. Got a great deal on a set of tires for my wifes new-to-us minivan. Only issue I had was a couple years ago with the mobile tire mount and balance. They sent a girl out who couldn't break the bead on 2 of my tires (they were just normal passenger car tires) and I had to end up taking it to a local shop instead to mount and balance. Otherwise, I've been a happy customer for almost 10 years now
