I order complete package and when it's a complete package, it should be a complete package. I would never order tires without the sensors so my light stays on all the time that makes no sense but apparently there was an extra click or box check that I failed to see so my tires come without sensors I had to turn around and order them Plus, I'm getting charged here to install them. The fix was fairly easy but needless hassle added to the process.

It was easy to navigate the site and find the right product. Delivery was on time, and communication from Tire Rack was excellent. I was informed every step of the way. I also appreciated the option to have the tires delivered directly to a shop close to me for installation, which was very helpful. Loved my experience—thank you!

Tires being second most important element of driving experience (only to the loose nut behind the wheel...), so happy to get all the information from this site and have them delivered right to my house, usually very quickly.

My experience with the website; was very easy to find what I was looking for, but the rims and tires that I did want originally were either out of stock or did not have a complete set available. The tires, and rims that I did finally make a decision to order, were delivered on time, and look great. I have not had them mounted on my car yet, due to not being able to schedule a firm date to have a service center put them on and to register the new tpms in each tire to my car. So I can not say anything as to there performance on my car.

The vast variety of tires and rims available cant be beat. I have bought several sets of tires from TireRack and consistently this is the cheapest option, with the widest variety of selection.

Web site is outstanding. Very easy to follow prompts on website to research best tires for your vehicle. The information on each type of tire is thorough and honest. Prices are competitive and delivery is fast.

I bought some Goodyear Eagle tires last time I used Tire Rack and they gave me a better deal than I could find anywhere else. Had them shipped to a local installer and it was quick, easy and a good price and the tires drove and lasted like they were described. Very satisfied.

Tire warranty is/was a waste of time. The "FREE" coverage is a misnomer. I had used the coverage one time and it was nothing short of begging. I had attempted to use a second time, it was worse than the first time! I decided to purchase the same tire from another seller. Piss on your "FREE" road hazard coverage! Thank you

I purchased some new tires for my wife after seeing they were 1/3 of the normal price on here. They were shipped right to our tire place and all my wife had to do was go there at the date/time I picked out to have them put on. No surprises and everything was easy for her to understand.

I purchased tires from tire rack before. They work great. They also ship the tires to any address you want them to go, including directly to a repair shop of your choice.
I love the fact that they test the tires. Makes all the difference.
I will never buy a tire without knowing the test results.
I drove a nail in a tire. Since its a new tire and can't be plugged. The road site insurance pays for a whole new tire.

I had a single tire order to replace a spare (that was from 2006, ouch!). TireRack did a great job treating it with the same priority given to a $2000 set. Rudy from customer service even called because it was just slightly different from the 4 that were bought for our car. He cared! And then, he confirmed that our selection would be very appropriate for a spare tire. Amazing customer care!
