This is the only place that I have been able to find a goth umbrella that i like. The staff are always friendly about any issues i have had with my orders and the shipments are quick.

You sent me the wrong product. I ordered the freak neclace and sent me a zombie neclace. With that said the quality of the product you did send me concerns me looked used or cheaply made with air bubbles through out the peice with a cheap chain I could buy a better quality from hot topic for same price range. Still would like a replacement of the correct item

Love this store. They are very quick about getting orders out. The quality of the mask is great, I was worried about being able to breathe properly through the mask, but once I put it on, it was comfortable and I had no trouble breathing.

Product I ordered was smaller than expected but I should have looked at or for dimensions better. Looks bigger in the picture. Still quite nice and the oder processed and shipped promptly, arrived without damage, and generally just good all around.

It's really simple to navigate the site, and the clothes are awesome. The prices were good, the selection was decent, and I will definitely make purchases from them in the future.

I placed a order for a necklace and it was easy to order, great price and fast shipping. Only problem I had is when I opened the package the chain was broke on the necklace and I had to take to a local jeweler to repair it.

Items came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to use the filters on one of the styles I had purchased. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and experience.

The murder boy bag wasn't what I expected. It felt cheaply made. I am really wondering if it was actually worth the price I paid for it. It doesn't look like the bag will fall apart. But I was thinking I would get a better quality of cloth. But it wasn't too expensive.
