Package was delayed, at no fault of VampireFreaks (This fell on FedEx)

Package was visible opened with contents hanging out (can send photo)

Package was received in VampireFreaks branding. Not a fan during the holidays. I did not know it would arrive in a branded bag, or plans would have been made to intercept before gift recipient saw said package.

Again, not a huge issue. Just some general feedback.

It's easy to find many amazing gifts on the website. Ordering was a breeze and the items were well packed and arrived on time, intact! I had a great shopping experience.

I purchased gift wrap for Christmas. It was very heavy weight paper. Perfect for my Christmas theme and plenty of paper to wrap all my gifts shipping took a few weeks, but when it arrived, it was packaged neatly and just what I needed.

Could never see any tracking info for any of my orders would always say fulfilled on a date and then never show up with any tracking info on any order. And after a bit on one I emailed them and they said it was delivered 2 days before i sent my email. Was weird the first one and the next one were a day apart actually i believe just hours difference. But the products are great. Everyone is going to love em. They did respond back. And everything showed up finally. Will order again and am not sure what happened or why no tracking ever showed up for the orders. But they did. The first one showed really fast as I paid for priority. The second one did not offer it

Finding what I was looking for was very easy, I love the genre options that make it easy to identify what vibe you're going for. I wuality for the bracelet cuffs, I got one spiked one and two of the celestial chained ones, had very nice quality! The products are very stunning and absolutely worth the price!

Website was easy to requiring less than three clicks to get to something.

Customer service responded promptly and resolved my issue before my order was filled.

Overall, and stoked to order from them again.

Sizing is true to size. At least for the men's t shirts and sweatshirts.

I ordered the hoodie box and subscription box. Everything was pristine and nothing was duplicated. High-quality which impressed me, especially the water bottle.

My stuff was here super fast. Unfortunately we were experiencing flooding but no problems getting it. The quality of the items seems good. Currently wearing my hoodie. :P

Took a bit longer than expected due to black friday sale timing but was kept informed by email of the delay. Still arrived in a reasonable time.

The order came perfectly. The delivery was very slow and drawn out and a pain but that's not the shipper's fault. It's the post offices fault.

I was shopping for something that a relative of mine would like and found these Tripp pants, they arrived within two weeks and they look awesome! I don't know what he thinks of them yet, but I personally love them and WILL be getting myself a pair!
