When their social media site shut down in February, I wanted to purchase some things for my sister. After waiting over a week and not hearing from anyone my order was "refunded" (didn't show back up in my bank account until April) because apparently everything I had ordered had been sold out. Once the refund comes in over a month later, I try again, but this time I just ordered her patches and stickers and bracelets instead of clothing. Once again, I wait over a week, and I get a notification saying I'll be refunded again because they are sold out of the things I ordered.
I have been trying to order stuff for my sister since February, and both orders were "sold out".

Awesome merchandise, speedy checkout, amazing and conscientious customer service. My order was processed very quickly, I really liked the mailer used (the leopard print was such a great touch!), they tossed some free SWAG into the mailer (stickers and whatnot), and even included (dun dun DUUUUNNN) a free purse-sized hand sanitizer, which is pretty valuable right now in these weird Covid times.

It was a streamlined experience until I had a delay which was fin it was omly another day. But as I was excited to try them on and see what kind of comfort Id be looking forward to the zipper broke as I pulled it up, not even yanking or trying hard just a simple pull and it broke a tooth off the zipper and came undone. Very unsatisfied as well as the button itself is loose which is a minor problem to not being able to zip them up. Please fix the quality issue. I paid almost $80.00 for this poor experience.

The clothes are cute but made for very skinny women so beware when trying to size. The overall clothing quality is a mixed bag, some items are amazing but sized improperly while others aren't great quality but fit amazing.

With everything that's going on didn't expect to get them so quick but got in about a week. Will be ordering again.
