Started an account end of 2020. Had the WORST WORST experience with them in every freaking aspect. I dont even take the time to write reviews good or bad but Venus deserves every bad review they get. Very condescending customer service reps. Only ordered twice and had to return each tims. Also on the account end of things. Never had so much trouble paying a Bill. First bill was $41 but they charged me 40 and then said I was delinquent.? Wtf? Charge the extra dollar! Had trouble paying the second bill online bc they only accept ach. Can't even just pay a payment with the simple debit card or credit card. Nope! Had to call and was told it would be a $9 fee to pay online. What a crock! Got sent as delinquent to creditors and credit dropped 100 freaking points due to their janky $#*! pymt system. I pay my bills like freaking clockwork! Goodbye venus. You wont get any more of my money! Do everyone a favor and don't spend your hard-earned money with this place because they are a scam!

SCAM WEBSITE! If possible I would give a no star. At first, I would my items from Venus. As time went on, I started ordering larger quantities and noticed that they would send me half of the things I ordered and charged me anyway. I called customer service and they refunded me but they thought I was lying and stealing the items. Please do not buy from this website. It is a scam!

I rarely order from Venus because in the past things haven't fit. I ordered a dress, 118.00 that said to order down a size. I'm usually a med. So I ordered a small. I ordered the beginning of March. The dress took so long i forgot I ordered it. It arrived at the end of March. The small would have fit and extra large. So big that exchanging it for an extra small wouldn't have worked. To return it however, I would have to pay for my own shipping return in full since it wasn't an exchange. The return was UPS and cost 17.98. A month later they still hadn't credited me. I tried calling on the phone twice but the first time the wait was so long I had to leave. The second time the wait was 29minutes. Then the UPS called me and Venus had returned my package back to me and I had to cover the return charge for the UPS Store which was 13$. Then to send it back to them again was another 17.98. So for a dress they described woefully inaccurately, I have now paid, 118 plus 18, plus 18, plus thirteen. Still no refund. I will never ever ever shop with them again. Horrible when it would be so easy to do so much better.

I ordered a Venus bathing suit and received the bottom and was notified that the top was on back order. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I found out my top for my bathing suit was cancelled and was not notified that it was! Now I have a bathing suit bottom doesn't go with anything. Please refund me for the inconvenience of the bottom since I can't use it for anything and not being notified. I will never buy anything from Venus again. This is the second time Venus has left me down

The purchased shirt I got was not the size I ordered, I sent it back. It took 14 days- and many emails - before Venus send an acknowledgement of receipt. The prise of the shirt was 14.99, the total amount 24.66. Venus refunded me with the amount of 9.16, which is a different of 15.50, more than the value of the shirt. Fact is: I payed the shirt twice! This is in my mind criminal.

I thought the earrings were beautiful, I loved the colors, but they arrived crooked and the medal of the earring wouldn't clasp, and the stone was also not connected to jewelry don't know if it fell off doing handling or what. I received two pieces of defective flimsy jewelry.

I ordered some clothing from Venus for the first time. I wasn't sure how the sizing was. Nothing fit me right, so I looked at their return policy and said items have to be not worn with original tags and liners. I was confused because my clothing came with no tags on them. They came in plastic bags with a sticker tag thing on the plastic bags. I tried to email their customer service to ask for further explanation. It seemed like an automated response telling me the same not very helpful instructions on their website. I'm afraid if I try to return them then I will have spent money and not get anything back and have none of the clothes. So I'm not allowed to take them out of the plastic bags and try them on? They all had no tags attached to the actual clothing. Then before I got the first order I made a 2nd order which was dumb of me. So now I will have to pay off the Venus credit card and be done with it. Maybe I can at least sell then clothes on my own.

I like Venus because the sizing of their clothing is realistic. They also have a large selection of sizes, expanding into plus sizes. The designs are contemporary and fashionable! They don't just focus on one type either. They can fill your whole closet needs!

I Love the clothes and shoes from Venus. Everything I have ordered has outstanding quality and is true to size on sizing chart. The material is comfortable, I have not received anything that is uncomfortable to wear. Also the customer service is great with any issues or questions you may have..

I placed an order on April 11th at 9:44 pm for 5 items totaling over $200 and received a discount of $16 for the lowest priced item. Less than 12 hours after I placed order on April 12th, Venus offered two promotions, one for $25 e-certificate for $50 purchase or $50 off $200 or more. I am disappointed that this offer was not applied to my order. It was quickly shipped out and when I chatted tonight, the customer care agent, said sorry that only one offer can apply at any time and nothing can be done to give me the discount or e-certificate. Is this attitude really customer care service? Other merchants will apply discounts when another promotion takes place within one day minimum up to seven days.

Hi Venus! I have been shopping with you for the past two years now and I love everything. Nonetheless, this last order was supposed to come with a $40 off coupon which I never received. So with that I am disappointed because It happened last summer and I overlooked it but now I am a little frustrated. Please advise.

Venus never disappoints. Clothes are good quality, fit well and are reasonably priced. If you looking for sexy clothes that are not the run of the mill, Venus is the place to shop.

I recommend Venus to all my friends and family. I have placed several orders and thankfully I haven't been disappointed. Very good quality clothes and excellent customer service.

4 days after purchasing an item from this site i got a $45 foreign transaction from DANGHONGHOANG*******733. I was skeptical of purchasing from a random site and now i really don't trust it.

Bright bathing suits and trendy designs lured me into purchasing a few suits for the summer. They were a little pricey but I took the gamble. When they finally came in, the ups product receipt listed everything correctly however THE MOST EXPENSIVE PIECE WAS MISSING. The most pricey bikini top was not shipped. I tried to get ahold of customer service but that led me to nowhere. I just cut my losses- $34.99 out of a $117 bill. Some of the suits were cute and at least bright and of good enough quality to wear in the water. However, the style and fit of things were really off/weird from the models. The bottoms especially feel cheap. Not the material persay but the elastic. I tried three styles of bottoms and only one didn't look entirely like granny panties. I would say maybe the missing top was just a fluke but even so it's too expensive and not worth the quality you get. It's too bad because I really like alot of the styles in the magazines and online. Unfortunately you are not getting what you want or pay for.

I am actually VERY surprised how dissatisfied some people are with this site. I have bought so mamy clothes from here and love 90% of them. Yeah, the quality is a bit cheap but it still looks good. You just have to know what to buy. The dresses amd tops are awesome! Do not dry them in the dryer. The jackets are not great so I wouldn't go for that. The leggings and pants are fine too. Good summer clothes since the quality is a bit thin but I like it. I can post pics too. But personally, I like this site. I haven't tried swimsuits, shoes or accessories but tops and dresses have been good for me.
