It took about 1 to 2 weeks to start seeing it means shipped after purchasing. The mattress protector came first, then the platform, and finally the mattresses. It will come in pieces. Great purchase.

Only had it for a day but seems good so far, seems kinda stiff but hopefully it breaks in. Only annoying thing was about shipping, I didn't get one of my item's tracking info until it was basically here and somehow they didn't put my Apt # on the shipping address labels so my packages got lost for a few days before they arrived. Luckily FedEx was smart enough to figure it out. Not sure what happened.
I was recommended a wink bed. I chose the luxury firm to help with hip, shoulder and back pain. Plus we're both side and back sleepers. My boyfriend has less hip pain but I still have back pain. The bed is firmer than we expected.

Although we are still trying out the Windbed Firmer mattress for comfort (this is our 1st week on the bed), our initial surprise at the poor craftsmanship was shocking. The finishing around the edges of the mattress (seems, piping, etc) is very sloppy, uneven, and unfinished. This makes us question what the craftsmanship in the INSIDE of the mattress must be - and has us cautiously examining our purchase. At nearly $2000, I expected so much more from this purchase and this company. I expected a refined product and that is not what we received. We may return the mattress solely based on this. Very disappointed.
The promised delivery date by Shopify was misleading. Don't get your hopes up from that. The order was for two mattresses, and when the first arrived, I thought that the order was shorted. A couple of days later, an extra FedEx number was issued, and the second mattress was eventually delivered. The supplied letter opener is a nice touch, but it is so pointy that it can easily snag the bedding. Also, this is a promotional product the consumer will keep - why miss putting contact or branding on these cutters?

Nice that PayPal "pay in four installments" was an option. Splitting the mattress and mattress protector into two separate shipments made tracking a bit confusing, as did the handoff to the mattress removal company. Nice that they promptly refunded me the difference between what I paid for the removal and the cost that the removal company posted on their website, but it was awfully quick and easy, almost as if Wink Bed knew they were overcharging? But the mattress arrived in less than a week and I love it, so overall a very positive experience.
If you have a bed partner that moves and shakes you awake multiple times per night, this is your solution! I sleep like I'm the only person in the bed!
I truthfully am really looking forward to sleeping on this bed, as it feels very comfortable! However, we have had to quarantine our master bedroom. When we finally managed to get the (absolutely destroyed) box all the way up to the second floor and open it up, the terrible plastic-y smell assaulted us. It has been airing out in that room with the windows open, multiple fans and air purifiers on, for a few days now. The smell is still terrible. They need to be curing these mattresses before shipping them out - this is extremely inconvenient. And that is assuming the smells goes away eventually!

Was frustrated with the delivery. Told me out for delivery 4 days in a row. Off gassing smell for almost a week now and not gone.
Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Big guy, 365lbs, twin xl, and after 13 months, it's really like new. It's softened just a bit, but no sagging or anything. I can tell because as I side sleep for an hour or so, my arm no longer falls asleep where my shoulder pushes down into the mattress. Best mattress purchase ever, works perfectly for me and being a big guy, I had almost given up hope.
