Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again

I have subscribed for a very long time. I loved the accessibility of products, and variety. Unfortunately, the company recently sold- and when this happened my account went with them... to www.justfab.com This is one of those companies that turns into a hive mind- and now I have no idea how to access my account. I am being charged monthly, and trying to log in- only to be prompted as a new customer every time. YET the charges continue. I reached out to customer service, and got an email back two days later that simply read "we will be with you shortly" and then nothing came after that at all. Except, several emails with promotions and ads in them titled bitingly "the answer to your question" WITH NO ANSWERS INSIDE-JUST MORE ADS! SOMEONE HELP ME :'(

I thought the website pictures looked great, easy to order. Takes quite a while for your order to arrive. Quality is poor, sizing varies. A med in one top large, second top small. I will not reorder from them again

In July, I purchased some bathing suits as I was going to Europe for 3 months. I read their sizes correctly. I am a size 8, but decided I'd better go with a large based on some of the reviews. I ordered 14 separates. When they came, they were so small, even my 9 year old daughter couldn't wear any of them. I wrote the company and was told they would give me a $28 credit? Uh, no thank you. The cost of each piece was cheap, but it came to $70. The quality wasn't the issue. The sizing was. I asked if I could exchange. They refused. I asked for a complete refund, they refused. I took it to PayPal, and Paypal sided with Zaful. What? Thanks, Paypal. Zaful, was dismissive and uninterested. They didn't stand behind their product, and couldn't give me an explanation as to why everything was so small, EXCEPT, they are Chinese sizes? Really? Big help. Since I don't live in China. The smart thing to do is just don't purchase from this company. They are a scam.

As major new customer I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes and all was in order they came brand new w/labels! I placed a second order and it was very obvious that these shoes were worn before with no labels, crimped and tied shoe laces, even one of the heel cups was creased. When brought to customer service agents attention there was total disregard! I am out $100. For this company and I. Will never buy from them again!

Awesome looking fine leather shoes. I loved the color (black), fit and finish. All just perfect. I haven't worn them for a long day but it already feels like that they won't need breaking in. Just put them and go.

Love them! Such a beautiful, quality shoe. They are more comfortable than other wood based clogs I've tried on. Customer service was great to in helping me order & return a second pair to compare sizes. They do run a bit small.
