I ordered a shirt paid for express shipping i needed it for an event that was Saturday the 7th and I am still waiting for the shirt. I asked for a refund they played games with it I ask for the 40 dollars I paid for express shipping nothing. Don't buy from this company

Shirts have been hit and miss on sizing - nothing uniform about them. Ordered the correct sizes the first time - too large. Ordered second set of shirts (different shirt) and they ran two sizes two small... extreme shrinkage. Customer Service at Woot - To Bad so sad... not our problem - what piss poor customer service, they really don't want to keep their clients now do they...

Ordered 1 dozen masks on June 20th, they took my money, notified me that order was complete, I never received. Can't find a phone number to call and they haven't responded to 3 emails asking where my order is. If you are watching your reviews, where is order #864 from June 20,2020?

It's such a rarity to find a clothing company that manufacturers in the US. Not only is this brand's clothes not made in China, but it's also really good quality. I get so many compliments on anything that I ever buy from SWC. It's a refreshing ice breaker and easy way to start a conversation! My favorite things I've bought so far are my two swim suits, my velvet hoodie (pictured) and bucket hats (also pictured).

The website and the concept is to good. We can customize the printing and also give the suggestion about it before the t shirt printing. We can also see the picture of it. There are software containing the website which gives various features to us... its very very good...

I always used buying some off-the-rack shirts, usually wearing a medium in general. So then I figured that discussing this topic might be useful. Backstory: I ordered a bespoke shirt a couple of years ago. I wore it sparingly, thinking it too nice to be wrong regularly. Recently, as I was trying to apply for jobs, I wore a said shirt to a couple of interviews. Each time I put the shirt on, I couldn't help but give a little "wow" to how well it fits, how good it looked, and how comfortable it was. For me bespoke shirts are better than some off-the-rack shirts. It was like wearing not just a suitable but also a well fitted and best looking comfortable shirt. And the most important is that you're wearing a limited edition special shirt made from the exclusive brand just for you.

Special shirts buy 2 and get the third for free when NO! Only got 2 so I emailed them, when they replied to say that there was a promo code which didn't exist as I looked at the advertisement again and sent it to them, so they said a new is in the mail 1 month later nothing so BEWARE!

I ordered 2 t-shirts, the money left my account straight away and I received a confirmation email of the order, all seemed well. After a week or so with no dispatch email I just assumed they don't send one and proceeded to wait, still nothing. I politely emailed through their contact form asking if my items had been dispatched yet and that I understood it was around christmas time so it may take longer. I received no response which is when I became concerned, after looking at other reviews on the internet i found mixed responses, some people had issues with their returns policy or the quality of items received and many had received no items at all. I emailed them to voice my concerns and told them if I did not get a reply, the t-shirts or a refund within 2 weeks I would be reporting them to trading standards and making sure to write bad reviews everywhere. As you can probably tell, I received no reply and te tshirts are nowhere to be seen. DO NOT use this site.

I ordered 4 more Gift for myself LOVED them all I got size 4X dose not shrink after washing them love the images Fits great. So I ordered 2 more very pleased with them as well I just placed a order more cant wait to get them, I have a few the same but different colors I am very pleased with this company and there Customer service dose returned my email in a timely manner. If I had a issue its with shipping takes a long time have to keep email to find out the location that says it was delivered or why they were not ship together I am pleased when they arrive! Big mistake using this company as a US customer. No idea what the product will look like, but the web site did not advise 3-4 weeks delivery time to the US. Things like that you put out front on your web site. This will be a disappointing Christmas gift - in January some time.

My boyfriend was in a wedding and wanted something to wear once the ceremony was over because he doesn't ever wear vest and he wanted something to be comfortable in. The shirt color matched his dress perfectly. The material felt comfy. True to size. Definitely recommend!

I order the shirt below and it never arrived at my address. Even though the company said it was delivered, me telling them it did not arrive was not good enough. Never tried to work anything out. I decided I would give them a 2nd shot and never received that shirt. I waisted two orders on this company. Never will I shop from this company and I will advise all to be careful with them. What a rip off.

I'd give them no stars at this point. I've been in their affiliate program for a while and they aren't paying me commissions earned. They don't answer support tickets from the help site. Some of the supposed support staff emails come back as undeliverable. I'm seeing other affiliates and customers who are also having trouble with them on their FaceBook page for BlueBoxTee.com. I've even contacted the owners through their FB pages (the only contact info for them listed on the site) with no luck. BEWARE! They seem to be a pit of bad business practices! Update 7/8/15: Just got a message from the wife of one of the artists whose designs are being sold by this company and she indicated they owe her husband almost a thousand dollars in unpaid shirt sales and are not responding to communications at all. So they aren't just ripping off consumers, they are ripping off the artists as well. Stay far away from anything related to ShirtMoney!

I no longer have the receipt or order # and it states that I don't have an account. I try not to save emails. It arrived beyond wrinkled, even after steaming it. I had headshots for work too. Come to find out when I arrived that the shirt is crooked. The yoke is completely off. So needless to say that I had to wear a disfigured shirt to my headshots which is more than disappointing since you pay so much for it. I could have gotten the same shirt at Express with less buttons, that actually is symmetrical. I like the idea of extra buttons there to prevent the gap, but it is seriously off. BE WARNED this is not the professional women's shirt that it is touted to be.

I bought a hawaiian shirt from this company, at a good price but a fair price for the product. It was a rayon shirt, dyed, and when I followed the laundering directions exactly, the colors ran. The proprieter of the company refuses to refund my money or exchange the shirt. Stay away from these guys... they've got lousy customer service, and they're rude to boot.

I ordered 4 shirts on May 28. I recieved a confirmation email on the 28th and the 30th indicating my order had gone through and I had been charged $37. I contacted the company to ask a question about my order on June 5th. They responded saying the shirts had been shipped. Around June 18th I tried contacting the company again (the shirts hadn't arrived). When I tried to go to their site I was redirected to a porn site and malicious code was downloaded to my computer. I finally made it to there contact page but couldn't send a message because the security code needed to send a message wasn't working. I finally responded to one of their previous emails and asked for the status of the shirts. On June 21 they responded telling me my shirts should arrive around the first of the week. It is now July 30th and still no shirts. After searching for info about this company/seller I found this is common practice for them.
