Worked fine on computer, but on Android I couldn't change the delivery address (for a gift). It got stuck on MY address as "default" and wouldn't change.

You allowed me a purchase a book that was not actually available. Now my Christmas gift will arrive days later than my initial order! You should at least have compensated me with free expedited shipping on the new order!

And then the coupon code I used on the first order was no longer available on the second order because "you used that code too many times". Are you kidding? I used it once on an order that YOU cancelled on me. I should be able to use the same coupon code again.

Overall, as my first order with a new company goes, this has been really $#*!ty. But the good news is that there's so many OTHER places I can buy books.

My package arrived 4 days late and when it arrived the edges of the spine of my book were damaged from it not being in a box only in plastic wrap

I think that when a person has multiple books in their cart that somehow the computer should try to group as many books as possible from the same seller that way it saves the customer money on shipping and save on packaging, which is better for the environment.

1 book was a little dirty and 1 had a slight imprint. But over all out of the 18 books I bought they were in wonderful condition and shipped in a reasonable time.

Several options for shipping enabled me to get the book before Christmas! This was my husband's most memorable movie from his teen years and it is a gift for him.

Having received 2 cancellation notices in the past 2 days, it's frustrating and time consuming as the notices don't include the order number or the recipient. It's difficult to track what exactly has been cancelled when multiple items have been ordered and even more so when there are orders for multiple parties… Please fix this. Thank you!

So easy that it is the best way to get out of print books. Other sources are not as accredited and do not have as wide a resource selection

Shrinklets is or should be required reading for everyone who considers themselves literate. My copy is lost among the thousand or more books in the living room but I needed two copies for friends. I ordered them and the condition was excellent as advertised. Gifts were happily received. One recipient already had a copy... in her library of several thousand books but her daughter had not read it so she immediately sat with a cup of tea and read several classics. The other recipient decided 2 books at a time would make the pleasure last longer.
