Easy to install, sounds good, not outrageously loud, and cheap! Literally perfect axle back if you want a quick install and something that sounds smooth and that volume where you can hear the exhaust but be quiet at the same time. Also on my 2014 Mustang GT I got burbles just with the axle back I love it!

I was getting ready to place an order for a set of lug nuts and a new shift knob, and had called with a quick question before I placed the order. My call was answered almost immediately and the lady was able to quickly provide a clear answer. I placed my order and it was delivered a couple of days later. Order placed using a coupon code. Said order would arrive by 11/24.
I was charged the correct amount, but then a second transaction posted to my credit card that I did not approve.
When I looked into it, they said the coupon code was not eligible for that item. However, I was never contacted about the error. It showed approved when I placed the order. American Muscle charged my credit card a 2nd time without my consent to reverse the discount.
When I chatted to voice my concern and ask what happened they agreed to refund the discount amount. I was still not happy at all, but at least they made it right.
Then I get a text from the person I chatted with - no mention of American Muscle or details of the item, but I recognized the name - stating that my order was backordered for 12+ weeks and asked if I'd like to wait or cancel. It seemed either very unprofessional or a scam since it didn't mention the company name, so I asked who it was and what item, with no answer. So I went back to the chat.
The new chat rep said it was NOT backordered and was shipping out normally. However, it ships directly from the manufacturer so they wouldn't even give me a ballpark of an ETA, and informed me that I would not get it by the advertised 11/24.
At this point, I cancelled the order.
Appalling customer service and fraudulent behavior to charge my card an unauthorized 2nd transaction amount. Not to mention the unprofessional text from the chat representative trying to get me to cancel by falsely indicating a 12+ week backorder, or the fact that the delivery date on the listing and my "order status" on the website was also apparently false.
Best price I've seen for the Attack Blue Air filter for C8 Corvette. Easy to find and checkout. Only wish they had free shipping. Even with the shipping, the price was still better than others.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the bushings in my order required Teflon Grease to install them. This grease was supposed to come with the bushings and did not. To get this type of grease from anyone else required another 3 day wait, delaying the repair even longer. At no time did I find anyone who had Teflon Grease but Ford came the closest with what they call XG8.
Ordered axel back exhaust kit and it was exactly what I wanted I'm not sure about customer service because I didn't have any issues.
I ordered part Friday, it is now going into Tuesday. When I check tracking, it looks like ups label was created, but part never actually shipped from where it is coming from. It would be great if my part could be put on the ups truck, so it can eventually make it here so I can fix my broken car I need this part what is going on?

I located the purchase for the Oil Filter Adapter and see that this item was ordered on a Saturday. We shipped it on Saturday, but UPS did not pick it up and scan it until Monday the 17th. Movement was shown the following day, and I see it was delivered on the 20th. UPS is on the slower side when it comes to shipping sometimes, and for that, I apologize. Easy to navigate and easy to find your parts and verify correct fitment. I have ordered 2 different times totaling 3 items.
1st order- Barton twin post shifter bracket, was as described and arrived within the given time frame. 👍
2nd order- yellow fog light precut tint and clutch pedal extender ( 5'8...) Supposed to arrive tue/wed. So far has been overall a good and worry free experience. 😎
They'd rather you order piece by piece, rather than helping you find what you need, I ordered the other things that American muscle said were not compatible, mind you they are, LMR was way more helpful and I found what I needed at a less cost to myself. Disappointed!

Only ever had one issue with AM and it was with clutch kit that didn't fit the way it said it did. (Made for an 8-bolt crank, mine is a 6-bolt. It says it in the title/description that it fits my car AND that it's an 8-bolt. I am/was still learning so I didn't know how many bolts were on my crankshaft. To me that's not all the way their fault i should have done more research.) But they took my return and gave me a full refund with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I've shopped here 10s of time and this is where i get the majority of my parts from. They always come in 2 days and never have been lost or in bad condition. Some things have install videos that is really helpful. Great place for beginner car people with Mustangs. Just make sure you read the full title and description for your parts and if you're unsure you can chat and call and they'll help you out. Very satisfied and will continue to shop here until my build is done! (Date on the experience is wrong i don't remember the exact date I just know that it was around December 2023

Regarding the coupon code, it did not apply to your order because the product you purchased was ineligible, so we charged you for the full amount of the product, shipping, and any taxes in two different transactions. We do not need to reach out to the consumer to do this if the credit card information is on the order. As for the miscommunication, our system removed the product from our warehouse since it was no longer available and switched it to ship directly from the supplier.
