ANYTHING that I have purchased from BeBe that is painted, leather, or faux leather, has peeled and fallen apart-- looks like a horrible sunburn that is finally sluffing off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
$200 or more for a pair of shoes/boots/jacket... SMH.

Putting aside that all of their products are cheep and over priced, I called for help with my item and the women on the phone had such an attitude I didn't even bother proceeding with my purchase. No wonder this company has completely moved to online. Do better all around.

Since today I am officially not buying anything from BEBE, and I encourage you to be careful buying things online (Instagram) from them. The online store is horrible!

I used to be a Bebe regular, but today I decided not to buy anything from them. The return policy is terrible! They send you a sticker with the product's name but do not get confused with it. This is not the return sticker, you have to make sure you receive a sticker, saying you will be returning it. Then you will have to print yourself the return code. When we compare with companies like "Revolve" "DKNY" or "Lancome" it already has a sticker ready for you to send it, so you avoid all the hassle, easy as put it back in the back, stick the return sticker and take it to the USPS store.

Bebe DO NOT stand behind their products anymore, and more further, customer service is HORRIBLE (for instance: today I spoke to someone that according to her, she's Crystal. She was extremely rude, the first thing that came from her mouth was "you are all over the place" while I was trying to explain the hassle while trying to return my purchases.

Bebe was always my go-to store. The measurements on the size chart are way off, customer service is incompetent, returning products/policies are a hassle. I'm done ordering from them.

I bought a pair of shoes from Macy's and they have torn apart just by being walked in. I don't do anything crazy in these besides walking down streets for everyday tasks (e.g. Walking to buy groceries). Shoes should not be worn down this easily just by walking in them. I tried to get a refund or replacement and was told I could not be given one since they weren't purchased online. Waste of $40, they otherwise could've been very cute. Spend elsewhere unless you want to replace these every other day.

I tried buying some tops. None of the promo codes on their website worked, even the one written under the item. I signed up with my email for a discount. They didn't send me anything back. The size chart is not very helpful. It seems very expensive to me for a clothing company that has no store and you can't try anything on and if it's the wrong fit I have to pay to return. Some items look really nice. But their website says if anything on sale you can't return it.

I'll NEVER purchase from this company again!

Tried to spend over $1500 with Bebe.com to buy gifts for Xmas. Was given 2 day shipment and the next day I recieve a tracking number for product to arrive Dec 21st. I look up the tracing numbers at FedEX and UPS and they did not exist. After several days of follow up I receive a new tracking number showing packages were not even shipped up til 2 days after when I was to receive delivery. 2 day shipping on the 23rd with delivery now coming on Dec 28th. Customer Support hung up on me today the first time I called today to show then the error in their communication and was given a supervisor who said she could do nothing for me... nothing after 15 years buying ALOT of product at my wifes favorite store.

Clothing looks perfect on models but once received at home, the color is off & the sizing is off. Refunds take 3 months with multiple phone calls. If you get your refund it'll less the shipping cost which I think is $8-$9. I have tried to write one star reviews on particularly their snakeskin pattern. It's so toned down you can see it and the metallic colors are not shiny, instead look dark brown. I have tried to write 4 one star reviews on the articles of clothing I purchase. All get erased. Therefore it only looks like they get perfect reviews. You all know if everything is 5 stars perfect, they are liars. I can't order form them anymore it's too frustrating and of the 10 pieces I bought over time, I only held on to one. Not worth it. Too costly for a name that really has no relevance like it used to.

Be careful, I have been a customer of Bebe for a long time and I have always liked the style and quality of her clothes. Last time I placed a large order of which I only received a part. When I called to make the claim they simply told me that I had to pay the total when I never received the complete package. They don't care about that and they don't try to satisfy the customer either. Be careful!

I just received a dress i had ordered for my bday and its not the color as on their website and is the worst quality ever. I bought it as a final sale for $44.97 and its not even worth the price the original price was $119. This was literally a waste of my money. I used to love this brand so bad when i would buy at their store. (Fiery Coral)

I was on phone trying to find out about the return policy. After a little explanation the representative hang up the phone this happened twice for the same day. I had other questions to ask but never had the chance of a day to do so!
It's sad knowing that you spend your money on their website for someone to be very rude.
Their clothing is good quality but their Customer service is poor, plus return policy is not good. If your store is going full online there needs to be free returns as other online stores!

I PAID an extra $20 to get it delivered in 2dys! I was SCAMMED! They're not ONLY LIARS. But THIEVES TOO! They keep say'n I placed my order after 12... I released I did order after 12 that's why instead of NEXT DAY SERVICE I requested 2nd DAY SERVICE! Well, when I orginal called the 1st rep that named SAVANNA told me it'll arrive tommorrow 04/29/20@ 8:00am. Its now May 1,2020; NO PACKAGE! This place has gone to the DOGS! If I've NEVER REGRETTED ANYTHING in my LIFE. I regret dealing with BeBe by placing an order with them. I see why they've been removed from malls and now doing online ordering; which was the WORST decison... EVER! Because, the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! The IMMATURE, CARELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE customer support team they have representing BeBe now has brought BEBE DOWN to GROUND ZERO! That's why I give them a ZERO RATING!
