I order alot from charlotte russe and i rarley have any problems with them. Except this one time when i ordered 2 bras and only one came. So i called customer service and she told me it was not in stock but she told me to order something that matched the price. So i did and she just had my items be overnighted shipped which was good. I always recieve the products that i ordered after rhat incident lol. Sorry for everybody that is having such horrible experiences with them. Overrall great customer service, my orders usually ship in 2 days.
I did my order in 12/1 and my order still processing, I did call to customer service to cancel my order, BUT they said that they can't do it.
I placed an order two weeks ago and on my tracking history it says it was delivered at my house last week on Monday yet I HAVE NOT seen that package. I call customer service and they tell me that I need to place a police report in order to get my money back or for them to re send it. A POLICE REPORT? That's so stupid. Not only am I mad because I spent so much money on this but I wasted my time. I WILL NEVER shop here again. It was my favorite store seriously would buy so much from here NOT ANYMORE.
I made a purchase during their black friday sale and was so excited but then I received an email that weekend saying that my order was cancelled. I finally got a hold of someone the following Monday and they told me that my order was cancelled because my address had changed. However, my contact information was exactly the same so they could have called to confirm that the address was correct and that the purchase was in fact done by me but they took the lazy route and just cancelled my order. Then I asked to have my purchase reordered and they said they would but that 6 of the 10 items I picked out were no longer available. Later I went online and saw 2 of the 6 that were "sold out" on the website marked as in stock. And now I just received an email saying that two of the four items that were "available" are actually unavailable and my second attempt to order them has been cancelled. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they said that they would price match similar items of equal or lesser value for me. Excuse me? I picked out items that I liked, 1 why would I want items that are only similar to the ones that I like, and 2 why would you price match items that are already of equal value or even worse of lesser value. If I wanted a similar item I would order it in the first place and I certainly would not want to pay a higher price for it. I have shopped with this company for years, I've moved a few times during these years but never has my order been cancelled because of my change of address. I've also never had my order cancelled because the items I ordered weren't actually in stock. I'm not sure what has happened to make this company so incompetent lately but I will not be shopping with them anymore because of it. If an item is sold out, don't make it so that customers can order it just to later get disappointed and if someone has a different address contact them before you just cancel their order. I am so angry at all of the wasted time spent trying to purchase the products that I wanted when I could have been shopping with a company that actually has their stuff together and would get me the products that I paid for.
Last week I ordered over $100.00 worth of clothes and I regret it.The factory smell was terrible and the company refuses to take the clothes back. I went to the store for a refund and the manager inspected my items and took them back. She said to me whats thats smell? I said the clothes and she shipped them back for me.The quality is very bad do not shop here.Go to American Eagle instead.

I was so excited to get these booties for the fall that were on sale for such an awesome price and free shipping. I got the package delivered on time but opened it and they sent me someone else's shoes. I live in Texas and somehow they managed to send me someone else's order who lives in Washington?! So sad. They have given me a full refund but a lousy apology and not sort of store credit. I'm usually not the type to ask for things like that but in this case I'm so upset that I didn't get my shoes that were for such a great price.
I was so excited to get a pair off shoes in the mail, however they sent me the wrong size. They sold out of the size I was promised and now I have to do additional work to send them back just to get my money back. Even if I wanted to go up half a size they said they would be out of stock by the time I would get to them, like there is nothing more they could do. I'm not one to do a review but I was very disappointed. Really I should be getting my money back without going through the process of returning them, I suffer because they made a mistake, that's horrible customer service. These things do happen, but I had hoped they could do more for me considering the mess up was completely on there end.
I ordered an E-card as a gift and after a week it still has not been delivered. The customer service has been horrible! How long does it take to actually send and E-gift card?
Charlotte russe is an Ok site to order from, the worst thing about them is the delivery timing, I ordered from two other sites in addition to them on the same day and theirs was the last to arrive, I placed my order on a Monday, it was shipped Tuesday, delivered Saturday. I ordered a pair of boots which seem ok so far, I would consider ordering from them again cause their not too bad. The delivery time sucks because they use smart post (FedEx to post office) which ends up being the slowest delivery method but if you can deal with that you'll be ok!
I am one disappointed chick today. I ordered from charottlerusse.com for the 1st time last Thursday. I was so excited because I found out about the site on the very day that they were having a 50% off and free shipping sale. So, I started loading up my cart. My order ending up being 3 pairs of boots and a dress. Then, the aggravation began... the order took a long time to process and to be shipped. I just received the package today, a week after placing the order. I was happy to have finally received the much anticipated arrival of my purchases. When I opened the box containing the first pair of boots, the first thing that I noticed was how cheap they looked. The seams were raveled and it looked almost like I'd made the boots myself. The second pair looked some better, but were not the color that was pictured on the website. I was however, quite pleased with the third pair of boots ( they were NOT Charlotte Russe brand as the other two were. They were Soda brand.) Much nicer quality. I was also content with the dress. So 2/4 I guess isn't absolutely horrible, but I will not be ordering from charlotterusse.com ever again. I wish anyone else interested in ordering from Charlotte Russe better luck than I had.

Not only do i get free shipping i got a 30% discount on both my items!. I love the way that items got shipped they look excatly like the picture and they fit it me perfectly. AND they even sent me a return sticker in case i didn't like the items!. I love the website. 10/10 highly recommend
This was my first time ordering from Charlotte Russe, and it will not be my last. I bought three cut out black dresses and I'm absolutely obsessed with them! They are a little long, but I am only 5'2 and it shouldn't cost much to have them altered. I bought all of the dresses on sale for roughly $20 a piece. Absolutely worth the money!
I have been a client at Charlotte Russe for a very long time, and I really love their products. I have never had an issue with this company before, but my last order was a very bad experience for me. My order had the incorrect address, and even though I tried everything so that it got to the right address when it wasn't even my fault, because I had the correct address selected. The worst part is that the items are now going back to Charlotte Russe and according to them, they can't re-ship it to the correct address. It was my B-day this week and I wanted this items for my B-day party. I guess is not happening anymore since most of the items are sold out and they can't just sent my package back. I'm not the type of person who likes writing bad reviews, but I am very disappointed because I am a very loyal customer, and my product should have gotten sent to me again

I have been shopping at Charlotte Russe forever. They used to be my favorite store to shop and as of today they will no longer get my services. I am going on vacation and ordered a few dresses that I was in love with. I ordered last week Wednesday, Thursday I got an email that my order was cancelled, I called and they stated that my address was incomplete. I gave them my address again and then had to reorder my items that had increased in price because the sale I caught was finished... (first bad sign). Estimated delivery was yesterday 6/24/15 then it was changed to today. Came home excited to try my clothing and finalize my packing when I noticed there was no package, after tracking my order again, it said that my order is being resent to the sender because of incomplete address... sigh. I called again, very upset as you could imagine, vented and explained my frustration and disappointment and was told that after the package has been returned I will be refunded. The a$$ hole that I spoke with decided to tell me to watch my language after I dropped the f bomb... is he serious?! You just ruined my vacation to Jamaica!
Ok, let me calm down... I checked the address on file and noticed that the address I entered was indeed correct but somehow throughout the process the rep I spoke with last week decided to not use a digit for my apartment #.
How does this even make sense that you do not try to satisfy your customer after they are loyal to your company?! It's quite baffling. However lesson learned.

I tried buying women's clothing for myself from the website. I had a few questions so tried live chatting. Only a male was available to answer my questions. This made me feel uncomfortable, as I am used women being able to help me when I make women's clothing purchases. So I tried calling, twice. Again, only men available to answer my questions and concerns. No thanks. I'm all for gender inclusion, but are there no places left where a woman can feel comfortable buying women's clothes? Also, their website does not seem to be secure. There was no promise of a secure checkout, and that padlock never appeared in the address bar when it came time to pay for purchases. I've never shopped here before and was stopped before I could start.
Terrible customer service. They do take advantages of teens and not letting them return. They where very hostile and rude. Clothes are cheap my experience there was terrible.
Order delivered to the wrong addressed. Same street wrong town. They told me to file a police report. Still won't credit my account until they recieve case number at their fax number. Customer service is the worst!

Usually I give the greatest reviews to every place, but I'm getting kind of sick of bad service. Even if whatever I got wasn't the best and it's my own fault, I was really disappointed because I love Charlotte Russe. But this was the first time I ever even ordered something online, and I chose the wrong place apparently. Don't get me wrong, I give them two stars because at least they put the correct attire in it. But they were lacking in everything else. The online exclusive lime-green dress was neon yellow... Did you put that to make it more attractive to people? I'm not sure but it wasn't even about that, they made it seem so good when it feels like you're putting on a slip and doesn't fit right at all and I ordered the right size ( a small). It was way too short and I don't even mind the shortness if it was at least thicker material and you couldn't see straight through it either. Plus I ordered another romper and it came with the tag off and slightly torn. If I needed to return it... how the heck am I going to?!?!?!?!?!? IT SAYS THE TAG NEEDS TO BE ON TO RETURN :| I'm lucky I tried this on at the store and that's the only one I loved out of the three I got. Just irritates me that it was even off, and like why was it!?!?! Lastly I got that lace bralette with the cool lined backing on clearance and need to remember to look at what you can and can't return because it fit perfectly... OTHER THAN THE FACT THE STRAP WAS BROKEN! So... I'm staying calm even though I hated everything accept that perfect dress I got that I wouldn't have been able to return if I didn't love it because the tag was off. Never the less I'll probably continue to shop there. Just go in the store guys. It's not worth the trouble ordering online. No offense, but I've had lower end stores do better.
