I've had the 2014 JK for about two weeks so far I've ordered about $4000 worth of parts. All upgrades all very nice. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time some Mom arrived early. I like that no games they play straight and everything I bought as a video with it to show how to install and what it does. I watch them daily to make sure I know exactly what I want and how to do it. Thank you ET for a great shopping experience and a great customer service.

I paid for express delivery to a hotel in Miami - it was due to be delivered on Friday (it is now Saturday and the bumper is not at the hotel and my family member who was going to bring it back, flies out tomorrow- super disappointed and no idea how the bumper will now get to me the Cayman Islands. After 205,000 miles the drive shaft yoke and pinion yoke were deeply grooved and leaked too much. Thanks for new parts no more stains on the driveway! I now have a YJ that does't mark its spot!

I bought high beam and low beam LEDs for my tacoma. Both are bright as can be and both helped me avoid deer the first night I used them to get to work. Outstanding performance.

My first chat was great. Customer service was very nice and told me the issue would be taken care of. When I tried to return the item, I was then told there was a $25 return fee and I would not get a full refund. I later got a phone call saying the $25 fee had been reversed and that I would get a full refund however out of $180 order. I only got a credit of $103.! I'm using my credit to purchase something else and I will never be back to this store again

Ordered a set of shocks for Jeep, front shocks never arrived. After several phone calls and missed promised delivery dates (yes dates) I got a random email stating order was cancelled

I see that these were shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, and at that time, they did not seem to have them in stock. When you spoke to customer service, they submitted a change in supplier; however, we had to cancel the order and refund you instead. Since then, we have updated the way we can change suppliers as needed for products that are out of stock and may be available from someone else. Purchases an open box item, product damage was exactly as described in the item description and I believe was priced reasonably in accordance with this. Really glad I found this site as there are plenty of nice products with open box versions if I desire to get a used product without having to go through the trouble of dealing with Facebook marketplace.
My one complaint would be I received requests to submit this review every day after the order was placed before I had even received the product. My request from a customer experience perspective would be that feedback requests go post delivery
Purchased this BedStep for my 2026 Tundra SR5 Crewmax 5.5
Installation went well up to the point where I had to attach the bracket at the very end of the installation(part 5) in the installation guide.
First bolt was fine. Treaded right into the linkage. The Torque bolt that goes into the frame rail did not have the necessary conical bolt to secure it to the rail.
I was lucky to have one in my parts bin to finish but that is a big swing and a miss on your part. Really don't understand why you wouldn't just thread that bracket or weld a bolt to the back of the bracket to make it easier to complete install. At very least include the extra bolt!
I dislike that ET decides what my build items are and I cant unflag them. This makes it hard to find my selected items and further clouds emails and texts and sales because I have to wade through all the items they want me to buy. Too bad the customer isnt in control if their 'favorites '.

I like how you can build shopping lists of items you thinking of buying and how the website saves your vehicle and can show what fits and what does not. They have lots of options for anything you may want to get.
2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU Sport S: I have too many upgrade considerations and ultimate purchases/installs to get into details, but have been relying on ET for years.
I ordered a set of bolts and leaf spring bushings for my YJ. The bolts would not fit all the way through the steel sleeves and had to be drilled out. The bushings were oversized and had to be compressed into the jeep frame with a C-clamp. Then of course the sleeve wouldn't fit in into the bushing because the bushings were too large. So… I had to remove them and sand down the bushings just to get them to fit properly. My overall impression is that these parts are absolute garbage. If your into wasting your time and money well this is the place to order your parts from.

Received everything I ordered fairly quickly. Only issue was the radiator overflow cap was not the correct size. I was able to make a ~95% seal using a rubber o-ring I had in the shop.
