Love that EZContacts offers a "virtual try on" feature but must say these Prada sunglasses are so much more lovely IRL! I ordered this pair after seeing them in a department store for almost $200 more. I was worried when in the "virtual try on" the tortoise shell coloring appeared much lighter than they were in the store. But since the SKU number was identical, I took a risk — which actually wasn't that much of a risk given EZContacts seemingly easy return policy (though I never had to use it). Absolutely love these! And they arrived super quickly even without any expedited shipping! Would definitely order from EZContacts again!

It was extremely easy to find my name brand replacement frames and the delivery was about 5 days across country. Great customer service as well.

I like EZ Contacts. The sunglasses I received were pink in the picture and when I got them they are purple. It's not worth returning them. They are still great.

My ordering was flawless. It was marked prossessing & then seemed to get hung up. It is hard to say how long my Dr took to get to you plus you had a holiday. Sooo what said should take about a week to arrive took about three. All in all I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Thank you
I got excellent customer service as I had not chosen the correct contact according to my prescription, which was new. However, delivery was very slow. You had better order at least 3 weeks before you need them.

No one notified me that part of my order was on backorder. I sent MULTIPLE emails. I waited, and waited, and waited. You had my money, but I didn't have my product. It made me VERY uncomfortable. I finally got it, but...
Took longer to ship than expected. Kept checking order status and was stuck on waiting to be picked up by carrier. Had to submit an inquiry as I was about to cancel and order from someplace else. The order then shipped after a few days although I never received a response to my email.
In most cases they have the frame I want, from vendors I don't carry. And their prices are very good. Maybe I won't make as much on the frame, but I have a satisfied customer and still made some profit.

Just received my glasses the other day I wish I picked a taller lens with the bifocals not being Progressive. In time I get used to the line.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
