I've had nothing but great service from them. I've got 3 different items all were brand new and arrived in a very timely manner. I was never double charged or anything and when I went through a very tough time financially they really worked with me. When I finally got stable, the payoff process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend them, just don't bite off more than you can chew because it is rent to own.

I've used them for several years and have only had one complaint, hold times on the phone. My experiences have been awesome. For those of you who left complaints...
First of it's basic simple math even a 5 year old can understand. If you sign a lease agreement you already know you have 90 days to pay off the item price plus $50 they take on as their "service fee." If you do not pay it off on the 91st day the "rental fee" is applied. Usually 1.5 times the cost of the item you're buying. Is anyone confused from this point?
Everything is written clear as day in the contract. Plus, if you should have any billing questions there is a toll free number or online chat option for concerns. Now, I agree if you have a double debit charge that could be a system glitch. If the amount is a lump sum debited, well in my experience the only time this happens is when I request a pay in full to be authorized. So not sure what these people are talking about.
In all, I usually pay off my items within th 90 days. Suggestions, dont buy into more than you can afford. If you buy something that costs $1000 make sure you can pay that off in the 90 period. Otherwise you could pay up to double that within the 52 week period if you just pay the minimum. And even though there are no hidden games or tricks, its still a good idea to read some of the agreement so you can understand what you're buying into just like anything else.
While flexshopper and FlexshopperTires is an easy enough credit to apply for and obtain, The real interest paid by simple compounding is more like 80 percent vs. the stated 2.4. I financed 2400 and paid 3400 in 8 months. I advise caution and only buy what you can pay off in 90 days
I live on a cash basis only; I do not have or want credit cards, but sometimes, especially around holidays and/or birthdays, I would like to get something and might not have enough saved. (I also wanted to replace some furniture that was outdated). I have purchased over 30 items with FlexShopper! THIRTY+. Never had a single issue; no double charges, no unauthorized debits... I find the other reviews to be ridiculous. It leads me to believe people are not reading the fine print; if you do not purchase the item in the 90 day period you will pay more, a lot more. Remember that! I have never gone over the 90 days - I don't purchase anything I don't think I can pay off in 90 days.

I couldnt be more pleased with the service I recieved from this company. They made the process very easy and simple. The lease agreement is very detailed and agents do a great job in explaining the 90 days same as cash and full term. It's a win win for me. Easy, simple and convienant. Only advice is communication... its key... dont be afraid to call them and ask questions.
I got my car parts leased! First and far most the car repair company took advantage of getting approved for the flex shopper. My bill started at 360$ was bumped up to over 800$ This company will rob any bank card you have on file. They will take more than what they say, they will do multiple transactions. They will drain your bank account and accumulate many unauthorized payments. Terrible and rude customer services

Over $400 was removed my account all at once a month ago. Kept giving me the run around with getting a refund. Kept saying,"It should there by tomorrow or next week" etc etc total b. S. never got my money back. And they still have the nerve to try to charge me weekly. Don't waste your time. Seriously stay away.

Terrible. Stay away. I was on hold twice, nearly half an hour both times before hanging up due to no one coming back. On chat the left the chat to go home for the day with any word she was ending the chat. Terrible all around. Her name was diamond.

I have been making monthly payments for almost a year. I got 3 items from here the total of these items was $886.09 I have paid over $1,500 for these items. They take out double payments ALL the time. How is this legal! At one point during this trouble processes, I got the balance down to $448.40. Only to find out that the next week the balance went up to $1,036.91...

This page is a RIPOFF, who abuse of people who cant afford paying the item in full. I was looking to buy some apple airpods. I know they cost less than 200$ at Walmart. But i checked in here they cost almost the triple of the actual price at the apple store. They basically double up the price to get more money from people. Im soo glad i did my research and decided not to give this company a penny. People if u cant afford it DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LOOK FOR MORE OPTIONS!

Staright up joke and RIP off. They r constantly taking out double payments and then additional 2 to 3 dollars here and there. Tried to do the chat about the issue and waited for rep for like 10 mins after giving up. Do yourself a favor and just buy it out rt or go without so not worth it here.

I don't like to give negative comments on other people but I believe this will be helpful. I passed an order yesterday night that was declined an hour later and I will get my security deposit refund in 3 days but that was not the issue. The issue was the agent Luella not letting me finish my sentences so I asked her if she could let me finish talking. When I finished and answered her question she literally told me "That's all I needed to know sir". I guess she had to get the last word but it's fine by me. Even though the item was in the site she told me that i needed to open a personal shopper to get it. I am just waiting for my refund and will probably not use the website again. I read the reviews before but told myself i would give it a try. But my experience so far has only been red flags. I am sure the company can improve and strive though cause it's overall a good idea.

In a bind and desperate for tires and brakes, I let NTB convince me to use this service. The total purchase price was only $1455. 78 ended up costing me $3250 and I exercised the early payment option, only "leasing" the equipment for 25 weeks. The terms are difficult to understand and customer service is not helpful in explaining the early payoff during the initial process. Unless you have no other alternative, you should avoid this financing option.

I had a bill of 500.00... I kind of let my payments go and just ignored it for a while... after checking my bank account... flex shopper took over 2500. 00 for my 500.00 bill! And the day I called in to ask for my money back the woman on the other line says " oh congrats your loan was just paid off TODAY!" Yeah bull$#*!! She refused to give me my money back stating i had outstanding fees... F**K THIS COMPANY

Do not use flexshopper or give them access to your bank account. If you do, you will be sorry. Believe me when I say this, they take money that is unauthorized from your account. They say they don't but contact me and I will email you what they took in one day. Did 8 withdrawals from my account using different amounts. Fraud fraud fraud.

I have never written a review before but i felt like people need to know. I have been a long time customer. I've always made my payments and paid off all items. For some reason this year, flexshopper started doing multiple charges and not recrediting my account, they also would charge my account on days that arent authorized. I had called in so many times to fix these issues only to find they never were or that my conversations werent documented on my account. I constantly took time out of my days to get things fixed that were there issues. I then called because they started charging my account a bunch on one day and had to have my bank handle it. I called to speak with a supervisor (HIS NAME IS JONATHAN) who not only was extremely RUDE but interrupted me, wouldn't let me speak, put words in my mouth and said I refused to pay and would put a note on my account of repossess when I never asked or denied paying. I am completely disgusted with this company. I hope no one goes to them.

Don't do it! I had a issue with my card and a payment didn't go through, I called them and told them I would be getting a new card but I just received a replacement with the same numbers, instead of calling I just allowed the regular charge to come through... oh they definitely charged the regular payment but KEPT CHARGING! They took atleast 200 and kept charging until it started declining. Ofcourse I called FURIOUS. They told me because I didn't call with the new card information they sent my account the a different department and I was charged for everything I owe. My question was, why wasn't I informed? And I also stated the OBVIOUS... clearly my card information didn't change because you have my money... so I want a refund for the extra charges. He refused to give me one. So I blocked them from being able to charge my account. I gave them an account I don't get paid on to control what they can take. It's sad I had to do so but I do not trust the company what so ever. If your a customer I suggest you do the same. The moment I can pay this completely off I will and I do not recommend this company to anyone! Horrible.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
