Had a lot of trouble getting a cell phone refund, and still didnt get a full refund! Was foreever getting this refund, would not recommend this company, unless you dont have a choice, like myself, my credit is not great, and i was approved here!

This company is absolutely awful. I called in to pay off my account and I'm getting a run around about of it's not accepting payment. 3 different cards were used. Customer service sucks nobody has knowledge of anything. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I was finally contacted by someone in the billing department. She was very polite, listened to my concern and explained to me about some issues their processing system was having. She understood my feelings and was very respectful to me, unlike the associates in the past. She did resolve my issue to my satisfaction. If I were rating her, she would get 5 stars. She's the only reason FlexShopper is getting 3 stars on this review. FlexShopper, you need more employees like her!

FlexShopper reached out to me through this site asking for my contact info so that someone could call me. I gave them my number and no one called. I called last week to make a payment (I do want to pay what I actually owe) and requested a payment ledger again. My payment was double charged! I, at least, received the payment ledger, and sure enough, $77.24 of that series of payments was NOT reflected on my payment ledger. I have sent an email with a copy of my bank statement to the billing department. I am ready to pay this off and be done, but I am not willing to pay more than what I ACTUALLY owe. This has been an awful experience! I will update again with the outcome.
Never knew about Flex till today and it came in handy for sure. I couldn't afford all the expenses on my car and was stressed and worried about how to come up with it. Thanks to Flex and getting approved it took all that worry and stress away and with 0% interest for 90 days made it even better. Everything was so fast and easy and I did everything on my phone with the app, got instant approval and the whole process took just a matter minutes. I got quick emails and a courtesy call right away and that was it, all done!
I had an issue with an order I placed that was accidentally canceled, Albert called me directly to resolve the issue and we worked out a replacement order and receiving the items in store same day!

I used flexshopper to purchase a DSLR camera and a camera bag with the intention to utilize the 90 payoff option. In the contract they only give you how much you have to pay for full payoff each week. They do not give you the actual date of your final day for the 90 day payoff. As I approached what I calculated to be my 90th day I went online to make the payment. There was no option to make online payments and nothing to indicate how long I had left to pay off my purchase. I called and after 3 transfers and 20 minutes I was told my final payoff day was the next day. A Sunday. When their call center is closed. Thankfully I had the money to pay right away, otherwise I would have been stuck paying outrageous fees. The payoff day given to me never made sense so I went back and calculated again. Based on my calculations I should have had an extra week to pay. When I called and inquired about the discrepancy I was told that the 90 days started from the day the order was placed, not the day you received the item or the day of the first payment. I found out recently companies like this are REQUIRED BY LAW to give you at least 90 days to payoff your item before adding their fees. This company seems to do everything they can to ensure you do not payoff before the 90th day.
We are sorry to hear that the process to pay off was frustrating, but hope to provide some insight to make things a bit smoother.
Payments are taken by phone to keep your information safe. We do understand the convenience of making payments online and this option may be available in the future. If your payoff should fall on a business day we are closed, we are happy to take the payment the following business day. Your online dashboard should reflect your payment history and also give you a status on how many weeks you've paid towards your lease. I recently had to get a new set of tires and they financed me through this lovely company. I was told I could make a monthly payment as soon as I made my first weekly payment. I need a monthly payment because I live on Social Security. They took out their weekly payment and five days later took out another weekly payment which I had called and protested, and told him they weren't to start my monthly payments until the fifth... well on the fourth they took out four weeks worth of payments! I told the guy I can't afford this! This is why i need a monthly payment and he told me to take my tires back where I got them! And I said I'd be riding on rims and he said that ain't my problem lady! So we got into it pretty good and then he told me he was the youth pastor at his church and yes he really was concerned about my problem LOL right! That's when I told him well then he better pray for me because I can't afford these $#*!ing tires! Well today is only the 3rd and I open my bank account and they've taken out five payments instead of four! (They told me if the month has five Fridays then they will take out five payments.) Hello July only has four Fridays and they took out five payments! I'm furious! You can bet they will be hearing from me!
My advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ASSHATS!

I purchased an Apple Watch 4 Nike+ from them, down payment of $50 or so and $27 a week all good, then I asked about returning the item as it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. They proceed to tell me I would not get any money back, and I've only had it a little over a week! And they approved the return. I've contacted the attorney general and my bank as they will NOT get another penny from my bank! Biggest scam company ever with several shell corporations to cover $#*! up! DON'T DO IT!

If you rent the goods for at least the initial term and you give us proper notice, make all of your required payments and return the item in good condition, the Lease ends and you have no further obligation to us. I got a response from them on trust pilot. I didn't order through personal shopper so I don't understand why they're telling me this. Also, the total price for my order is different than what I'm being charged. Why was my stuff placed through amazon and not best buy? Why say you can get it and pick it up where you want if that is not the case? Is my account going to be credited for the price difference?

Last year I order a dell desktop and a monitor. They were separate items. Paid them off about a week ago. Had to call to make sure how much i owed and they rep stated my account was paid and she put in a note for my account and the next day I got a an email stating so. About 2 days ago I ordered a dyson ball animal 2,2 jlab wireless earbuds, and a rug doctor carpet shampooer. The only problems I have with them so far is that if you change your payments from weekly to monthly, you have to pay in advance, before you get the order and their website doesn't reflect payments when you do that and currently their website doesn't even reflect the fact that my new order was shipped from amazon (was supposed to be best buy) and says tracking numbers pending but usps sent me notifications today that my stuff would be delivered today.
Edit: I added the screenshot for how much each item is. I pay about 38 usd a week for all items.
Charged multiple times without asking me I have been using Flexshopper for awhile and never had any complaints until recently. I pay $27.89 weekly. One day I noticed they charged me it twice. I didn't care, just figured I'm closer to paying off my items. The next week they charged me $27.89 six times! They caused my account to overdraft multiple times. When I contacted them they were not helpful and extremely rude. I have never dealt with customer service like that before. I finally got them to agree to only charging my account twice a week. Not even a month later they charged me NINE TIMES in one day. A week later they randomly charged me $83.55. I will never do business with this company again. They lost a great customer.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
Answer: JoAnn you are obviously an idiot and CANNOT read. You have to look deeper into the statement you idiot. This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
